Definitions
- the present invention relates to a spinning machine with a large number of cross-winding devices arranged next to one another and on two machine sides located in the longitudinal direction of the spinning machine, which are each provided for winding yarn onto tubes, with the cross-winding devices comprising a large number of sections being combined, with a number of tube magazines for storing empty ones Tubes and with a tube transport device arranged along a cross-winding device for supplying the cross-winding devices with empty tubes from the tube magazine, and a method for operating tube transport devices on a spinning machine.
- Modern textile machines such as open-end rotor spinning machines or winding machines, are able to wind different yarns onto bobbins at their many work stations.
- For the individual different yarns it is often necessary or at least helpful for later recognition of the respective yarn if different types of sleeves are made available on the textile machine.
- a yarn type is wound onto a specific sleeve, which in particular is color-coded.
- a spinning machine is known with a large number of spinning positions arranged next to one another, each of which is provided with winding devices for winding up cross-wound bobbins.
- Movable bobbin changers are arranged between the spinning stations and a tube loading station, each carrying a magazine for empty tubes. There are two bobbin changers on each side of the machine, with each bobbin changer serving one half of the machine.
- the WO 2016/102456 A1 a rotor spinning machine with a central tube store and an intermediate store, with both the central tube store and the intermediate store being assigned a tube conveyor belt. Winding devices can thus also be supplied with tubes from the buffer store, although for this purpose the tubes must first be brought from the central tube store into the buffer store.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to create a spinning machine which is able to store different types of tubes in a magazine and, if necessary, to be able to transport them to a corresponding work station with the shortest possible transport time.
- the spinning machine according to the invention has a large number of cross-winding devices arranged next to one another and on two machine sides located in the longitudinal direction of the spinning machine, each of which is provided for winding yarn onto tubes.
- the cross-winding devices are grouped into a large number of sections. In each section, for example, 8 or 10 cross-winding devices are arranged on each side of the machine.
- the spinning machine also has one or more tube magazines, which are used to store empty tubes.
- a tube transport device arranged along the cross-winding devices serves to supply the cross-winding devices with empty tubes from the tube magazine.
- each tube magazine is assigned its own stationary tube transport device.
- the sleeve transport devices extend along all cheeses on one side of the machine.
- Different types of sleeves can be stored in the sleeve magazines, with a suitable sleeve being removed from the magazine and transferred to the stationary sleeve transport device as required.
- the stationary tube transport device then conveys the corresponding tube to the cross-winding device on which the tube is required or, if the machine is equipped accordingly, also to an intermediate magazine which is provided at one point on the machine side.
- the stationary sleeve transport device has the advantage that it is easy to use and control. It can be a conveyor belt on which the tube to be transported is placed or a transport chain, possibly with compartments or hooks, with which the tube is transported to the requesting work station or the intermediate magazine.
- the stationary arrangement avoids complex drive control of a movable bobbin changer for transporting the tubes.
- the bobbin changer can perform its more demanding job of changing the full bobbin with the empty tube faster, which can increase the productivity of the machine.
- the supply of the right tube at the corresponding cheese device or work station can be done within a very short time with the stationary tube transport device.
- the tubes are removed from the tube transport device by means of corresponding, known devices, for example grippers on the cross-winding devices or workstations or intermediate storage.
- corresponding, known devices for example grippers on the cross-winding devices or workstations or intermediate storage.
- the corresponding sleeve is removed from the associated cross-winding device directly from the single-tube store, provided this cross-winding device requires the corresponding type of tube. Otherwise, the sleeve is removed from the sleeve magazine, placed on the sleeve transport device as described above and taken to the winding station where it is currently needed. If a multiple sleeve store is provided, different sleeves are temporarily stored in it.
- sleeves can either be of the same type, so that the appropriate sleeves are available in several multi-sleeve stores distributed along the machine. It can be stored in the sleeves sorted and placed on the transport device when the corresponding sleeve is needed. It is also possible for several different types of sleeves to be stored in the multiple sleeve store, which are selected when there is a corresponding need and placed on the sleeve transport device.
- Each sleeve magazine is preferably assigned exclusively to a predetermined side of the machine for storing empty sleeves for this side of the machine. This makes it particularly easy to design the sleeve transport device, since it only needs to run in a straight line and the sleeve does not have to be moved to the other side of the machine. Since in many cases the different types of cores are divided according to the machine side, the core magazines can often be easily loaded by type. In addition, the sleeve magazines can also store the sleeves randomly and transport the respective type of sleeve to the work site with an appropriate selection system.
- the tube transport device is a transport belt arranged in a stationary manner along the cross-winding devices.
- the Conveyor belt is inexpensive to manufacture and a tried and tested means of tube transport. It is particularly suitable for transporting the sleeves in a straight line.
- the sleeve transport device in particular the conveyor belt, can advantageously be driven reversibly, sleeves can be transported in both directions from the sleeve magazine or also from an intermediate store. This further increases the flexibility of the system. Accordingly, the request for a corresponding sleeve can be made in such a way that it is sent from the sleeve magazine that is closest to the requesting work station. It is also possible for the sleeve to be sent from the magazine that has the requested type of sleeve when it is stored in the magazines according to type. Due to the reversible operation, the transport of a tube can be started with the first tube transport device and the transport of the tube can be continued with the second tube transport device.
- the sleeve transport devices on each side of the machine run parallel to one another or one above the other.
- the handling of the sleeves for arranging them on the sleeve transport device or for removing them from the sleeve transport device is thus particularly easy to implement, regardless of whether the sleeve is to be transported with one sleeve transport device or the other.
- the tube transport devices assigned to the individual tube magazines are only arranged along part, in particular half, of the cheeses on one side of the machine and they complement each other up to the entirety of the cheeses on one side of the machine, then the entire side of the machine is supplied with tubes by the individual tube transport devices.
- the one that is divided in the longitudinal direction of the machine can be produced more cost-effectively than two tube transport devices running in parallel.
- the multiple sleeve magazines are aligned parallel to the machine side. This facilitates handling and loading of the cases from the case magazine.
- the installation space of the machine is reduced and the assignment of the individual tube magazines to the individual machine sides is thus made easier. Overall, this also increases the capacity of the tube magazines, since they nestle against the machine along the side of the machine and thus several tube magazines can be made available.
- a plurality of tube magazines are arranged next to one another on each side of the machine, the capacity of the tubes provided is significantly increased compared to an arrangement of the tube magazines on the face side. It can be magazined so much more sleeves. The mostly manual loading of the shell magazines with shells can thus also be carried out very efficiently, since the high capacity means that a new loading process rarely has to take place.
- the several tube magazines are preferably arranged in the area of supply units of the spinning machine, in particular on the drive frame, intermediate frame or end frame of the respective machine side. In this way, the tube magazines can be distributed along the machine and, overall, result in a reduction in the length fed to the spinning machine.
- the sleeve transport device can very easily take sleeves from the sleeve magazine and convey them to the corresponding sleeve store or work stations.
- the sleeve store is advantageously provided with a receiving and/or dispensing device in order to be able to receive and release the sleeves from or onto the sleeve transport device.
- the sleeve transport device can thus be kept free for the transport of other sleeves and is not blocked by the temporarily stored sleeves in the sleeve stores.
- a method according to the invention serves to operate tube transport devices on a spinning machine as described above and which has a large number of cheese winding devices arranged next to one another and on two machine sides located in the longitudinal direction of the spinning machine, on which yarn is wound onto tubes.
- the sleeve transport devices can be driven reversibly.
- the tube transport devices assigned to the individual tube magazines are arranged along part, in particular half, of the cheese-making devices on one side of the machine and complement one another up to the entirety of the cheese-making devices on one side of the machine.
- a first tube transport device is driven in a direction away from its associated first tube magazine in order to supply its associated first cross-winding devices with tubes from the first tube magazine.
- a second tube transport device which is adjacent to the first tube transport device and is assigned to other, second cross-winding devices, is driven in the direction of the second tube magazine assigned to it. This enables the supply of the second cheese-making devices with tubes from the first tube magazine.
- a corresponding reversal of the transport also makes it possible for the sleeve from the second sleeve magazine to be placed first on the second sleeve transport device and conveyed to the start of the first sleeve transport device, where it is taken over by the first sleeve transport device and transported further.
- the two sleeve transport devices each covering only part of the textile machine thus able to transport sleeves both from one and from the other magazine to each of the cross-winding devices or work stations.
- the tube transported with the first tube transport device is preferably transferred to the adjacent second tube transport device and transported further in the transport direction of the first tube transport device.
- a faster transport along all cross winding devices is thus possible.
- the transfer can take place, for example, by a correspondingly coordinated drive control of the two tube transport devices.
- FIG 1 is a top view of a spinning machine 1 shown in sketch form, for example an open-end rotor spinning machine or a winding machine.
- the spinning machine 1 has a drive frame 2 and an end frame 3 which are each arranged at the end of the spinning machine 1 .
- the spinning machine 1 has two machine sides in the longitudinal direction, on which a large number of cross-winding devices 4 are arranged between the drive frame 2 and the end frame 3 .
- a large number of cross-winding devices 4 are arranged between the drive frame 2 and the end frame 3 .
- the large number of cheese-making devices 4 is summarized in Sections 5.1 to 5.5. In each section 5.1 to 5.5, eight cross-winding devices 4 are arranged on each side of the machine.
- a holder (not shown) is provided for a tube on which a yarn is wound crosswise.
- a different type of sleeve is required. This is necessary or at least helpful in order to be able to identify the type of yarn that is on the tube later more easily when the bobbin is no longer on the cheese bobbin device 4 .
- Two tube transport devices 6.1, 6.2 or 6.3, 6.4 are arranged on each side of the spinning machine 1 along the plurality of cheese winding devices 4.
- the sleeve transport devices 6.1 to 6.4 are in present embodiment each formed as a conveyor belt on which sleeves are placed and transported to a predetermined destination.
- the sleeves are in a large number in several sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4.
- two sleeve magazines 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.3 and 7.4 are arranged in the end frame 3 on each side of the machine.
- the two sleeve magazines 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.3 and 7.4 are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the machine. As a result, they snuggle up against the spinning machine 1 and therefore require little installation space.
- the system becomes even more flexible due to the division on each side of the machine into two tube magazines 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.3 and 7.4. It is possible to store the sleeves by type, so that four different types of sleeves, for example, can be stored in the four existing sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4.
- the tubes can be sent to the corresponding cross-wound coil devices 4 in a very simple manner in terms of control technology, since it is known which type of tube is in which of the tube magazines 7.1 to 7.4.
- the tube transport devices 6.1 to 6.4 have a single transport direction in the direction of the arrow. This means that the sleeves are removed from the sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4, transferred to the sleeve transport device 6 and moved by it in the direction of the arrow.
- Each of the tube transport devices 6.1 to 6.4 extends along all cheese devices 4 or sections 5.1 to 5.5 and is assigned to a specific tube magazine 7.1 to 7.4.
- Each sleeve, which is arranged in one of the sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4, can thus be fed to any work station or cross-winding station 4 on its side of the machine.
- a sleeve type is requested.
- the control of the sleeve transport devices 6.1 to 6.4 is designed in such a way that the sleeve is placed on the sleeve transport device 6 from the sleeve magazine 7.1 to 7.4, in which the requested type of sleeve is located.
- the representation of figure 2 also shows a spinning machine 1 in plan view and in a sketched representation. It corresponds essentially to the arrangement of the spinning machine 1 of figure 1 .
- the sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4 are distributed over the drive frame 2 and the end frame 3.
- the tubes are thus supplied from both ends of the spinning machine 1.
- each of the tube transport devices 6.1 to 6.4 extends along all cross-winding devices 4 on one side of the machine.
- the two tube transport devices 6.1 and 6.2 or 6.3 and 6.4 run parallel to one another. They are shown here next to each other, ie horizontally to each other. Alternatively, however, they can also be arranged one above the other, ie vertically to one another.
- each cross winding unit can be loaded with tubes from two tube transport devices 6.1 and 6.2 or 6.3 and 6.4. If the tubes are deposited correctly in the tube magazines 7.1 to 7.4, two different yarns can be wound on each side of the machine. Of course, it is also possible for several types of tubes to be stored in a tube magazine 7.1 to 7.4, so that significantly more different yarns can be wound. The required sleeve must then be selected in the individual sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4.
- the cheese bobbin device 4 is supplied by the tube magazines 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3, 7.4 arranged on the drive frame 2 and the end frame 3. If the machine is very long, it can make sense for one or more sleeve stores (not shown) to be arranged along the machine, in which the sleeves can be temporarily stored before they are needed at the cross-winding station 4 . This allows the delivery of Sleeve to the cheese head 4 done even faster.
- Such buffers can also be used in the other exemplary embodiments of the invention.
- FIG 3 shows a spinning machine 1, according to an embodiment which does not fall under the claims, which is constructed similarly to the spinning machine 1 of FIG figure 2 .
- the execution according to is different figure 3 the arrangement of the sleeve transport devices 6.1 and 6.2 or 6.3 and 6.4.
- Two of the tube magazines 7.1, 7.3 are arranged on the end frame 3 of the spinning machine 1, while the other two tube magazines 7.2, 7.4 are arranged on the drive frame 2.
- the sleeve transport devices 6.1 and 6.2 or 6.3 and 6.4 extend only over half of one side of the machine.
- Each tube transport device 6.1 and 6.2 or 6.3 and 6.4 is assigned to one of the tube magazines 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3, 7.4 and one side of the machine.
- each tube transport device 6.1 to 6.4 can be able to transport in only one direction.
- each sleeve magazine 7.1 to 7.4 supplies only a quarter of the machine with sleeves.
- each tube transport device 6.1 to 6.4 can transport tubes in both directions.
- the tube transport devices 6.1 to 6.4 can be controlled in such a way that they are operated simultaneously and the tube can thus be transferred from one tube transport device 6.1, 6.3 to the other tube transport device 6.2, 6.4 and vice versa. If the tube transport devices 6.1 to 6.4 are operated in this way, all cheese winding stations 4 on one side of the machine can be supplied with tubes from the two tube magazines 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3, 7.4.
- the transport direction of the sleeve transport device 6 is indicated by arrows pointing in both directions. So on the one hand a sleeve from the sleeve magazine 7.1 in the direction of the sleeve magazine 7.2 and on the other hand a sleeve can be transported from the sleeve magazine 7.2 in the direction of the sleeve magazine 7.1. The same applies analogously to the opposite side of the machine.
- This arrangement can be more favorable in terms of space requirements and also allows additional sleeve magazines to be used, similar to that in figure 1 and figure 2 shown are arranged after the respective tube magazine on the spinning machine 1. This means that the capacity of the cartridges that can be stored in magazines can be expanded even further.
- the sleeve magazines 7.1, 7.3 or 7.2, 7.4 can also enable sleeve supply to both sides of the machine. This is in figure 4 shown, according to an embodiment not falling under the claims.
- FIG. 3 There is a spinning machine according to figure 3 shown, which has a transfer device 8 at each end of the machine.
- the transfer device 8 sleeves can be transported from one side of the machine to the other side of the machine, as indicated by the double arrow.
- the transfer device can also be arranged in the middle of the spinning machine, where the tube transport devices 6.1 to 6.4 end.
- Such a transfer device 8 is analogous to other exemplary embodiments of the invention, such as those of FIG figures 1 or 2 possible.
- the transfer device 8 can also be carried out simply by deflecting the sleeve transport devices 6.1 to 6.4, so that the sleeves are thus conveyed to the other side.

Description

- In
