Dispositif pour le transport et le remplissage de sacs (1), de préférence de sacs ouverts, comprenant un dispositif de remplissage (2) capable de rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (10) avec plusieurs ouvertures de remplissage (15) réparties sur la circonférence du dispositif de remplissage, dans lequel est prévu pour tasser la matière en vrac dans les sacs (1), en dessous d'au moins une ouverture de remplissage (15), une plaque vibrante (8) qui est inclinée vers l'extérieur, vue depuis l'ouverture de remplissage, de sorte que des sacs remplis (1) reposent sur la plaque vibrante (8), caractérisé en ce que, dans une partie d'extrémité de la plaque vibrante (8) éloignée de l'ouverture de remplissage (15), il est prévu un élément d'appui mobile vers l'ouverture de remplissage pour soutenir un sac (1) rempli reposant sur la plaque vibrante au niveau du fond,
    en ce que l'élément d'appui prévu est un volet (24) qui peut pivoter vers l'ouverture de remplissage et
    en ce que le volet (24), dans une première position écartée de l'ouverture de remplissage, forme un plan avec la surface de pose de la plaque vibrante (8) pour le sac (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet (24) forme, dans une deuxième position rabattue vers l'ouverture de remplissage, un angle droit avec la surface de pose de la plaque vibrante (8) pour le sac (1).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui peut être déplacé de façon linéaire par rapport à l'ouverture de remplissage, en particulier parallèlement à la surface d'appui de la plaque vibrante (8).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui de l'élément d'appui forme un angle fixe, en particulier un angle droit, avec la surface d'appui de la plaque vibrante (8).
  5. Procédé pour le transport et le remplissage de sacs (1), de préférence de sacs ouverts, avec un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel un dispositif d'alimentation amène un sac vide (1) à une ouverture de remplissage (15), caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui, le volet (24) capable de pivoter vers l'ouverture de remplissage, se trouve dans une première position éloignée de l'ouverture de remplissage pendant l'arrivée du sac vide (1) et forme un plan avec la surface d'appui de la plaque vibrante (8) pour le sac (1), et l'élément d'appui, le volet (24), passe dans une deuxième position plus proche de l'ouverture de remplissage au plus tard quand le sac (1) a été rempli.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui passe déjà dans la deuxième position plus proche de l'ouverture de remplissage pendant le remplissage du sac (1).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui est éloigné de la deuxième position une fois qu'il l'a atteinte et déplacé en direction de la première position, puis à nouveau déplacé dans la deuxième position.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le processus selon la revendication 7 se répète plusieurs fois.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui est ramené dans la première position avant le retrait du sac (1) rempli.
