Claims (12)
- Porte de chambre, pourvue d'un chambranle (1), d'un vantail de porte (2) et d'au moins une paumelle (3) dotée d'une pièce d'huisserie (7) et d'une pièce de vantail (8), lesquelles sont assemblées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un premier étrier articulé (4) et d'un deuxième étrier articulé (5), en partant d'une position de fermeture, la paumelle (3) présentant un angle d'ouverture d'au moins 135° jusqu'à l'atteinte d'une position d'ouverture maximale et lors d'un déplacement en ouverture de la position de fermeture vers la position d'ouverture, les étriers articulés (4, 5) tournant par rapport à la pièce d'huisserie (7) dans un premier sens de rotation et la pièce de vantail (8) tournant par rapport aux étriers articulés (4, 5) également dans le premier sens de rotation, les étriers articulés (4, 5) formant un ensemble articulé à axes, sur lequel le premier étrier articulé (4) est fixé sur la pièce d'huisserie (7) en étant rotatif autour d'un premier axe de pièce d'huisserie (9a) et sur la pièce de vantail (8) en étant rotatif autour d'un premier axe de pièce de vantail (10a) et le deuxième étrier articulé (5) étant fixé sur la pièce d'huisserie (7) en étant rotatif autour d'un deuxième axe de pièce d'huisserie (9b) et sur la pièce de vantail (8) en étant rotatif autour d'un deuxième axe de pièce de vantail (10b) et les deux étriers articulés (4, 5) n'étant pas directement assemblés l'un à l'autre, le premier et le deuxième étriers articulés (4, 5) étant raccordés respectivement par leurs extrémités sur les axes de pièce d'huisserie (9a, 9b) et sur les axes de pièce de vantail (10a, 10b) et présentant entre leurs extrémités, sur un segment médian la forme d'un U, pour le premier étrier articulé (4), en partant d'une première ligne d'assemblage entre le premier axe de pièce de vantail (10a) et le premier axe de pièce d'huisserie (9a), le plus grand écart (a2) déterminé à la perpendiculaire de la première ligne d'assemblage jusqu'au segment médian correspondant à au moins 0,5 fois l'écart (a1) entre le premier axe de pièce d'huisserie (9a) et le premier axe de pièce de vantail (10a) et pour le deuxième étrier articulé (5), en partant d'une deuxième ligne d'assemblage entre le deuxième axe de pièce de vantail (10b) et le deuxième axe de pièce d'huisserie (9b), le plus grand écart (b2) déterminé à la perpendiculaire de la deuxième ligne d'assemblage jusqu'au segment médian correspondant à au moins 0,5 fois l'écart (b1) entre le deuxième axe de pièce d'huisserie (9b) et le deuxième axe de pièce de vantail (10b),
caractérisée
en ce que le vantail de porte (2) est conçu en verre, sans ajours ni ouvertures supplémentaires,
en ce que la pièce de vantail (8) comporte un ensemble de serrage (15) par l'intermédiaire duquel le vantail de porte (2) est fixé par serrage sur la pièce de vantail (8) et
en ce que dans la position d'ouverture, au moins l'un des étriers articulés (4, 5) est adjacent à une surface de butée (14a, 14b) de la pièce de vantail (8). - Porte de chambre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'angle d'ouverture jusqu'à l'atteinte de la position d'ouverture maximale se situe entre 170 ° et 185 °.
- Porte de chambre selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que dans la position de fermeture, au moins l'un des étriers articulés (4, 5) est adjacent à une surface de butée de la pièce d'huisserie (7) et/ou à la surface de butée (14a, 14b) de la pièce de vantail (8).
- Porte de chambre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que dans la position d'ouverture maximale, le premier étrier articulé (4) est adjacent à une première surface de butée (14a) de la pièce de vantail (8).
- Porte de chambre selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que dans la position de fermeture, le deuxième étrier articulé (5) est adjacent à une deuxième surface de butée (14b) de la pièce de vantail (8).
- Porte de chambre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que dans la position de fermeture, la pièce de vantail (8) et la pièce d'huisserie (7) sont placées côte à côte dans une première direction horizontale (X), le premier axe de pièce d'huisserie (9a) et le deuxième axe de pièce d'huisserie (9b) étant placés avec un décalage mutuel le long de la première direction horizontale (X) et le premier axe de pièce de vantail (10a) et le deuxième axe de pièce de vantail (10b) étant placés avec un décalage mutuel le long de la deuxième direction horizontale (Y).
- Porte de chambre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que dans la position de fermeture de la paumelle (3), le chambranle (1) comporte un élément formant miroir (11) orienté à la parallèle du vantail de porte (2) et un intrados (12) orienté à la perpendiculaire de celui-ci, se raccordant latéralement sur le vantail de porte (2), en partant de l'élément formant miroir (11), l'intrados (12) comportant un premier segment d'intrados (17) et un deuxième segment d'intrados (18) se raccordant sur celui-ci par l'intermédiaire d'un échelon (16).
- Porte de chambre selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la pièce d'huisserie (7) est insérée dans une ouverture (20) de l'intrados (12), laquelle s'étend du premier segment d'intrados (17) jusque dans le deuxième segment d'intrados (18).
- Porte de chambre selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que sur la pièce d'huisserie (7) est placée une pièce formant cache (21) séparée, munie d'un échelon, un premier segment de cache (21a) de la pièce formant cache (21) se raccordant à fleur de surface sur le premier segment d'intrados (17) et un deuxième segment de cache (21b) se raccordant à fleur de surface sur le deuxième segment d'intrados (18).
- Porte de chambre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que dans la zone de la paumelle (3), l'élément formant miroir (11) comporte un évidement (13) partant de l'intrados (12).
- Porte de chambre selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement (13) est rempli en partie d'un étrier formant cache (23) placé sur la pièce d'huisserie (7) de la paumelle (3).
- Porte de chambre selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que sur la pièce de vantail (8) est placé un bandeau (22), lequel dans la position de fermeture se situe par une partie de son bord au-dessus de l'étrier formant cache (23).
