Claims (9)

  1. Charnière dissimulée de portes, fenêtres ou analogues, comprenant une première pièce (11) de réception, une deuxième pièce (12) de réception et un agencement (20) d'étriers de charnière, composé d'au moins deux étriers (21, 22, 23) de charnière superposés, qui peuvent tourner, dans les pièces (11, 12) de réception, autour d'axes (24, 25, 26, 27) de rotation qui y sont montés, et, en outre, les uns par rapport aux autres, autour d'un axe (30) médian, dans laquelle, d'un côté ou de l'autre côté des étriers (21 ou 22, 23) de la charnière, respectivement un axe (24, 27) de rotation est guidé longitudinalement dans des glissières (28, 29, 48, 49) par des éléments (31, 32, 41, 42) d'appui, transversalement à ceux-ci, dans laquelle les éléments (32, 42) d'appui, avec les glissières (29, 49), au moins pour les axes (25, 27) de rotation d'un côté des étriers (21 ou 22, 23) de la charnière, sont associés à un élément (35) intermédiaire, qui est fixé de manière réglable dans la deuxième pièce (11, 12) de réception et ainsi placé à distance de son côté (12') intérieur, et des moyens (36) de réglage entre ceux-ci permettent à la porte ou à la fenêtre de se rapprocher du cadre fixe ou de s'en éloigner, caractérisée en ce que ce au moins un élément (35) intermédiaire a, en ses deux points (35') de liaison, respectivement, un élément (32, 42) d'appui pouvant être fixé sur celui-ci et à ses points (35') de liaison est fixé, par les moyens (36) de réglage, à la deuxième pièce (12) de réception.
  2. Charnière suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la porte ou la fenêtre, considérée à l'état fermé, est réglable dans la direction x, y et z par les moyens (36) de réglage et par d'autres moyens (15) de réglage, la direction de l'axe (30) médian correspondant à la direction z.
  3. Charnière suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, comme moyens (36) de réglage de l'élément (35) intermédiaire, une liaison (37) à vis et, des deux côtés de celle-ci, respectivement, un boulon (38) de butée réglable, au moyen desquels un réglage de la porte ou de la fenêtre, dans la direction x et dans la direction y, c'est-à-dire perpendiculairement à l'axe (30) médian, est rendu possible.
  4. Charnière suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un autre moyen (15) de réglage est présent entre la première pièce (11) de réception et la porte ou la fenêtre et permet un réglage de la porte ou de la fenêtre, par rapport au cadre fixe, en direction de l'axe (30) médian ou dans la direction z.
  5. Charnière suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4 précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'agencement (20) d'étriers de charnière est composé d'un étrier (21) de charnière médian et d'un étrier (22) de charnière, s'étendant au-dessus de celui-ci et d'un étrier (23) de charnière s'étendant en dessous de celui-ci, l'étrier (21) de charnière médian étant monté par l'une des extrémités autour de l'axe (24) de rotation à l'une des pièces (11) de réception, tandis que par l'autre extrémité, sur au moins l'un, dans l'autre pièce (12) de réception, il est guidé longitudinalement dans les glissières (29), transversalement à celles-ci, tandis que l'étrier (22, 23) de charnière, s'étendant au-dessus et en dessous de celui-ci, est monté inversement par l'une des extrémités à l'axe (25) de rotation de la pièce (12) de réception, tandis que, par l'autre extrémité, sur au moins l'un, dans l'autre pièce (11) de réception, il est guidé longitudinalement dans des glissières (29), transversalement à celles-ci.
  6. Charnière suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les éléments (42) d'appui, pouvant être fixés à la deuxième pièce (12) de réception, sont formés de sabots étagés, dans lesquels, respectivement, du côté (42') tourné vers l'étrier (21) de charnière médian, la glissière (49), le coulisseau (49') coulissant dans celui-ci et l'axe (27) de rotation monté dans celui-ci, de l'étrier de charnière médian ou dans l'étage (42") décalé vers l'arrière, sont disposés les logements (25') de l'axe (25) de rotation des étriers (21, 23) de charnière inférieur et supérieur.
  7. Agencement de charnière pour le pivotement, de préférence d'une porte sur un cadre fixe, comprenant au moins deux charnières dissimulées de même dimension, respectivement, suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6 précédentes, les charnières étant disposées en ayant à peu près le même axe l'une par rapport à l'autre et, respectivement, au moins deux étriers (21, 22, 23) de charnière ont des axes (24, 25, 26, 27) de rotation, qui sont montés dans des éléments (41, 42) d'appui sur la porte ou sur le cadre, caractérisée en ce que
    la charnière supérieure est, par rapport à au moins une charnière disposée en dessous de celle-ci, alors que le cadre est fixe, en saillie dans la direction perpendiculaire à celui-ci suivant le plan de l'ouverture formée par le cadre, afin de compenser l'abaissement de la porte par son poids propre lors du pivotement d'à peu près éventuellement 180°.
  8. Agencement de charnière suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que
    pour cet agencement en saillie de la charnière supérieure, respectivement, une cale (43) est mise entre les éléments (41, 42) d'appui et la pièce (11) de réception dans le cadre fixe.
  9. Agencement de charnière suivant la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que
    la porte à l'état fermé, dans lequel elle se trouve dans l'ouverture du cadre, peut être ajustée de manière à avoir un intervalle uniforme entre elle et le cadre.
