Claims (10)

  1. Battant (2) de fenêtres, de portes ou analogues, pouvant à l'état monté pivoter ou basculer de 180° vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur, avec une ferrure, la ferrure comportant
    (a) un axe de pivotement ou de basculement (4a) - disposé sur l'extrémité supérieure (4) ou inférieure (5) du battant - qui peut être guidé en translation dans des rails de guidage (8) pouvant être fixés dans des feuillures verticales (20) du cadre de dormant (1);
    (b) des ciseaux (10 ; 11, 12, 13) destinés à supporter le battant (2) pouvant être fixés dans les feuillures verticales (20), chaque ciseau (10) étant constitué d'un bras de support (11) articulé de façon fixe (6) sur le battant (2) à environ mi-hauteur de ce dernier, et de deux bras de guidage et de support (12, 13) sensiblement parallèles entre eux, qui par l'une de leurs extrémités sont articulés de façon fixe à un certain écartement sur le bras de support (11), et peuvent être articulés de façon fixe (14 à 17) sur le cadre de dormant (1),
       caractérisé en ce que,
    (c) dans la position fermée du battant (2), tous les bras (10 ; 11, 12, 13) et points d'articulation (14 à 17) des ciseaux (10) sont situés sur la moitié (5) du battant qui n'est pas située du côté de l'axe de pivotement ou de basculement (4a) .
  2. Ferrure et battant suivant la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que, dans la position fermée, le bras de support (11) est masqué derrière un rebord (3) du battant.
  3. Ferrure et battant suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisés en ce que le rail de guidage (8) est profilé (8a, 8b), et comporte un tronçon rainuré (8b) destiné aux éléments du battant (2) - retenant l'axe de pivotement ou de basculement (4a) -, et un tronçon (8a) délimitant la feuillure (20), sur lequel les bras de guidage et de support (12, 13) sont articulés de façon fixe (15, 16).
  4. Ferrure et battant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisés en ce que, pour l'adaptation à un battant (2) ou à un cadre de dormant (1), chacun des rails de guidage (8 ; 8a, 8b) peut être raccourci au niveau des deux extrémités d'une cote sensiblement identique.
  5. Ferrure et battant suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisés en ce que les rails de guidage (8) comportent une butée élastique (18) qui fait saillie dans la feuillure (20), et en ce que l'extrémité du bras de support (11) - opposée au point d'articulation (6) du battant - comporte un doigt (19) qui, dans la zone située entre la position fermée et une position d'aération à angle d'ouverture limité, s'engage avec un certain jeu derrière la butée (18).
  6. Ferrure et battant suivant la revendication 5, étant précisé que la butée (18) est réalisée de façon élastique.
  7. Ferrure et battant suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, étant précisé que l'un (13) des bras de guidage et de support (12, 13) sensiblement parallèles comporte une extrémité en forme de talon qui, dans la position fermée, s'engage dans une découpe (12a) de l'autre bras (12), et en ce que l'un des bras (13) est légèrement coudé.
  8. Procédé de mise en oeuvre d'une ferrure montée entre un cadre de dormant (1) et un battant (2) pouvant pivoter ou basculer de 180° vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    procédé selon lequel, lors de la fermeture du battant (2), au cours de laquelle l'axe de pivotement ou de basculement (4a) - fixé sur l'extrémité supérieure (4) ou inférieure (5) du battant - se déplace vers l'extrémité respective du cadre de dormant dans des rails de guidage (8) qui sont fixés dans des feuillures verticales (20) du cadre de dormant (1), le bras de support (11) articulé de façon fixe (6) sur le battant (2) à environ mi-hauteur de ce dernier et les deux bras de guidage et de support (12, 13) sensiblement parallèles entre eux des ciseaux (10 ; 11, 12, 13), qui par l'une de leurs extrémités sont articulés de façon fixe (14 à 17) à un certain écartement sur le bras de support (11) et sur le cadre de dormant (1), sont déplacés dans les feuillures verticales (20) situées du côté du battant (2) ou du cadre de dormant (1) opposé à l'axe de pivotement ou de basculement (4a),
    de sorte que, lorsque la position fermée est atteinte, tous les bras (10 ; 11, 12, 13) et points d'articulation (14 à 17) des ciseaux (10) sont situés sur la moitié (5) du battant qui n'est pas située du côté de l'axe de pivotement ou de basculement (4a).
  9. Procédé de mise en oeuvre suivant la revendication 8, selon lequel, lors de son mouvement d'ouverture pivotant autour de son axe horizontal, le battant (2) reste toujours avec son rebord à un certain écartement du point d'articulation (6) du bras de support (11), et ne passe pas au-delà de celui-ci, mais pivote autour de celui-ci.
  10. Procédé de mise en oeuvre suivant la revendication 9, selon lequel l'axe de pivotement ou de basculement (4a) disposé sur l'extrémité supérieure du battant (2) se déplace vers le bas lors du mouvement d'ouverture pivotant, et le battant (2) est supporté en permanence à partir du bas par le bras de support (11) lors de son mouvement pivotant.
