Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a lift / tilt device for a hatch cover of a protected vehicle, a hatch cover assembly for a protected vehicle with such a lifting / swiveling device and a protected vehicle with such a lifting / swiveling device and / or such hatch cover assembly.
  • Protected vehicles may have an entry / exit hatch in the form of a roof hatch. Often used for closing such skylights hinged lid, which open supported by a torsion bar spring and closed by additional locking elements. From unprotected vehicles Hub swing lid are known. These springs after unlocking upwards and can then be pivoted aside by a pivoting mechanism. In the case of protected vehicles, the hatch covers have a significantly higher weight compared to unprotected vehicles, which must be taken into account in the case of a lifting slewing cover. Furthermore, it is necessary in many vehicles to pivot the hatch cover when opening over obstacles or structures on the vehicle cab roof, whereby a corresponding lifting movement of the hatch cover is necessary.
  • the DE 1 708 194 A1 describes a closure for lids of hatches or openings in structures of vehicles, in particular all-terrain vehicles, which allows a pivoting movement in two planes, wherein one of the planes is directed substantially perpendicular and the other substantially parallel to the closure opening.
  • the DE 32 45 686 A1 describes a hatch cover for combat vehicles for opening and closing or locking vehicle openings, the storage of which comprises an adjustable on the vehicle wall via a bracket mounted lifting, pivoting and locking unit in which a connected to the hatch cover pivot shaft is mounted.
  • the DE 35 25 737 A1 describes a hatch, in particular a roof hatch cover which can be raised by an operator from the inside after unlocking in the closed position to above angular mirrors and subsequently about a vertical pivot axis in an open position rotated.
  • the DE 41 36 185 C2 describes a hatch cover, in particular for combat vehicles, for closing a tower opening located in a tower opening with a hatch plate which is pivotable about an arranged outside the tower opening pivot axis, wherein the hatch plate on an inclined plane, a small angle of about 2 ° to 8 ° to the plane of the tower roof, is arranged and slidable along this plane.
