Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ausziehhilfe zum Ausziehen von Strümpfen, insbesondere von Kompressions- oder Stützstrümpfen, mit einem Gestell, das einen in einer Standebene verlaufenden, U-förmigen Standbügel mit einem hinteren Grundabschnitt und zwei abgewinkelt davon nach vorn abgehenden Schenkelabschnitten aufweist, wobei an dem Gestell über der Standebene und mittig zwischen den Schenkelabschnitten ein schuhlöffelförmiger Abstreifer gehalten ist.
  • Das Ausziehen von Kompressionsstrümpfen bereitet aufgrund der starken, an sich gewünschten Spannwirkung der Strümpfe besonders im Fußbereich erhebliche Schwierigkeiten, wobei häufig nur ein "Herunterrollen" der Strümpfe möglich ist. Dieser Vorgang ist außerordentlich mühsam.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Ausziehhilfe zum Ausziehen von Strümpfen, insbesondere von Kompressionsstrümpfen bereitzustellen, die gerade bei verminderter Fußbeweglichkeit und eingeschränkter Mobilität eine Erleichterung des Ausziehvorgangs bewirkt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch eine Ausziehhilfe nach Anspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Der erste Abstand kann bis zu 10%, 20%, 30%, 50%, 75% oder 100% der Länge des Abstreifers betragen.
  • Jeder Begrenzungssteg kann von dem hinteren Ende des Abstreifers zu dem Standbügel verlaufen und mit diesem verbunden sein. Insbesondere kann jeder Begrenzungssteg zu dem Grundabschnitt verlaufen.
  • Jeder Begrenzungssteg kann ausgehend von dem Abstreifer in Richtung der Standebene verlaufen, wobei ein Abstand einer Unterseite des Begrenzungsstegs von der Standebene kontinuierlich abnimmt. Alternativ kann der Begrenzungssteg ausgehend von dem Abstreifer weg von der Standebene und anschließend in Richtung der Standebene verlaufen, wobei ein Abstand der Unterseite von der Standebene zunächst zunimmt und anschließend abnimmt.
  • Der dritte Abstand c kann bis zum 1fachen, 1,5fachen, 2fachen, 2,5fachen oder 3fachen der Länge L betragen.
  • Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass jeder Führungssteg mit einem Begrenzungssteg verbunden ist oder einen Begrenzungssteg bildet.
  • Es kann zweckmäßig sein, wenn sich eine Breite, in Richtung des Grundabschnitts gesehen, des Abstreifers in Richtung zu der Standebene verringert.
  • Ein Rand des Abstreifers kann im Querschnitt abgerundet sein und kann einen Rundungsradius zwischen 0,5 mm und 2,5 mm, insbesondere zwischen 0,8 mm und 1,5 mm und bevorzugt von 1 mm aufweisen.
  • Die Anlagefläche des Abstreifers kann zylindermantelförmig oder kegelmantelförmig gekrümmt sein mit einer parallel zur Längsachse verlaufenden Zylinder- oder Kegelachse und einen Krümmungsradius zwischen 3 cm und 20 cm oder zwischen 5 cm und 10 cm aufweisen.
  • Der Abstreifer kann eine Länge aufweisen, die mindestens 10%, 20%, 30% oder 50% und höchstens 60%, 75% oder 100% einer Fußlänge eines Benutzers beträgt, und insbesondere zwischen 2 cm und 20 cm oder zwischen 5 cm und 12 cm betragen kann.
  • Das vordere Ende des Abstreifers kann in einer von der Anlagefläche weg weisenden Richtung zurückgebogen sein, d.h. wenn die Anlagefläche eine Vorderseite des Abstreifers bildet, ist eine vordere Spitze des Abstreifers nach hinten gebogen. Die Spitze kann bezüglich der Anlagefläche zwischen 1 mm und 10 mm zurück gebogen sein, insbesondere zwischen 2 mm und 8 mm und bevorzugt zwischen 3 mm und 5 mm.
  • An dem Standbügel können feste oder verstellbare Haltegriffe angebracht sein. Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass an jedem Schenkelabschnitt zwei parallele Griffstreben gehalten sind, an denen jeweils eine die Griffstreben verbindende Querstrebe oder mehrere beabstandete Querstreben als Haltegriff(e) gehalten ist (sind).
  • Die Griffstreben können insbesondere parallel zu den Führungsstegen angeordnet sein.
  • In einer Variante kann vorgesehen sein, dass jeder Haltegriff als U-förmiges Halteprofil ausgebildet ist, dessen parallele Schenkel in rohrförmigen Endabschnitten der Griffstreben höhenverstellbar und arretierbar aufgenommen sind.
  • Die Führungsstege können sich bis zu einem Abstand von der Standebene erstrecken, der dem Abstand von oberen Enden der Haltegriffe von der Standebene entspricht.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand einer Zeichnung erläutert sind, wobei

  • Fig. 1 bis 6 erläutern den Aufbau einer erfindungsgemäßen Ausziehhilfe für Strümpfe gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform. Die Ausziehhilfe weist ein Gestell 2 auf, das zunächst aus einem U-förmigen Standbügel 4 mit einem Grundabschnitt 6 und zwei winklig davon abgehenden Schenkelabschnitten 8 besteht. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform beträgt der Winkel zwischen dem Grundabschnitt 6 und den Schenkelabschnitten 8 etwas weniger als 90°, d. h. die von dem Grundabschnitt 6 abgekehrten Enden der Schenkelabschnitte 8 haben einen kleineren gegenseitigen Abstand als die an dem Grundabschnitt 6 befindlichen Enden der Schenkelabschnitte 8. Dies hat im Wesentlichen ergonomische Gründe, damit sich an den Schenkelabschnitten 8 befestigte Haltegriffe 12 angenehmer greifen lassen. Die Schenkelabschnitte 8 können gegenüber dem Grundabschnitt 6 beispielsweise um einen Winkel zwischen 70° und 90° abgewinkelt sein, etwa 80°.
  • Die Haltegriffe 12 sind bei der ersten Ausführungsform dadurch realisiert, dass an jedem Schenkelabschnitt 8 zwei parallele Griffstreben 14 fixiert sind, von denen zumindest die oberen Endabschnitte hohl bzw. rohrförmig ausgebildet sind, so dass darin parallele Schenkel 16 eines U-förmigen Halteprofils 18 aufnehmbar sind. Die oberen, rohrförmigen Endabschnitte der Griffstreben 14 sind mit einem Außengewinde und einem mittigen Schlitz versehen, so dass sie durch Aufschrauben einer Befestigungsmutter 20 eine Klemmwirkung auf die eingeschobenen Schenkel 16 des Halteprofils 18 ausüben können und eine Höhenverstellbarkeit des Halteprofils 18 durch unterschiedliche Einschubtiefen möglich ist.
  • Wie insbesondere Fig. 6 erkennen lässt, sind die Griffstreben 14 bevorzugt nicht rechtwinklig zu den Schenkelabschnitten 8 des Standbügels 4 bzw. zur Standebene 10 angeordnet, sondern unter einem Winkel von ca. 70° bis 80° dazu, damit ein im Gebrauch hinter der Ausziehhilfe sitzender Benutzer (Fig. 8 bis 13) die Haltegriffe 12 günstig ergreifen kann.
  • Oberhalb der Standebene bzw. des Standbügels 4 und mittig zwischen den Schenkelabschnitten 8 ist ein schuhlöffelförmiger Abstreifer 22 an dem Gestell gehalten. Der Abstreifer 22 weist eine wannen- oder trogförmige Grundform mit einer Anlagefläche 25 auf, mit einer Längsachse 22a, die unter einem Winkel 22b von etwa 70° bis 80° zur Standebene 10 verläuft und sich in einer zu dem Grundabschnitt 6 senkrecht verlaufenden Ebene befindet, bspw. einer gedachten vertikalen Mittelebene des Gestells, die vertikal zur Standebene, senkrecht zu dem Grundabschnitt 6 und mittig zwischen den Schenkelabschnitten 8 verläuft. Der Winkel 22b, der in Fig. 6 gestrichelt angedeutet ist, kann zwischen 10° (schematisch Fig. 6a, Anlagefläche 25 nach oben und vorn konkav geöffnet) und 120° (schematisch Fig. 6b, Anlagefläche 25 nach unten bzw. zur Standebene 10 und vorn konkav geöffnet) zur Standebene 10 betragen. Ein vorderes Ende 22c des Abstreifers 22 kann in der Standebene liegen, befindet sich aber hier in einem Abstand a oberhalb der Standebene 10, der einige cm betragen kann, bspw. mindestens ein, zwei oder drei cm. In jedem Falle befindet sich das vordere Ende des Abstreifers nicht unterhalb der Standebene, sondern allenfalls in dieser. Der Abstreifer 22 weist weiterhin für das Bein eines Benutzers eine Anlagefläche 25 mit einer um eine parallel zur Längsachse 22 liegende Zylinderachse zylindrischen Krümmung auf, deren Krümmungsradius zwischen 3 cm und 20 cm liegen kann und insbesondere zwischen 5 cm und 10 cm liegt, wobei die Anordnung so ist, dass der Abstreifer 22 bzw. die Anlagefläche 25 von vorn gesehen (Blickrichtung 22e) konkav ist. Eine Länge L des Abstreifers 22 beträgt ca. 10-12 cm.
  • Ein äußerer umlaufender Rand 25a der Auflagefläche 25 oder des Abstreifers 22 ist im Querschnitt abgerundet, hier in Form eines die Auflagefläche 25 bzw. den Abstreifer 22 umschließenden Drahts 25b mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 4 mm.
  • An einem hinteren Ende 22d des Abstreifers 22, das in einem zweiten Abstand b oberhalb der Standebene 10 liegt, sind zwei in seitlichen Richtungen, also von einander und von der Längsachse 22a weg, abgehende Begrenzungsstege 24 gehalten. Die Begrenzungsstege 24 verlaufen zu dem Grundabschnitt 6, an dem sie endseitig fixiert sind. Eine zu der Standebene 10 weisende Unterseite der Begrenzungsstege bildet jeweils einen Sammelbereich 24a zum Aufnehmen eines Stumpfabschnitts eines abzustreifenden Strumpfs, wie die noch zu erläuternden Fig. 9-12 zeigen.
  • Das hintere Ende 22d des Abstreifers 22 ist mit zwei der Anlage an und Führung durch einen Unterschenkel eines Benutzers dienenden Führungsstegen 26 verbunden, von denen jeder von einem von dem Grundabschnitt 6 abgekehrten Ende eines Schenkelabschnitts 8 bis zu einem höchsten Punkt 26a verläuft, der sich in einem dritten Abstand c von der Standebene 10, oberhalb des hinteren Endes 22d des Abstreifers 22, befindet, in dieser vorgegebenen Höhe umgebogen und nach unten zu dem Abstreifer zurückgeführt und mit diesem verbunden ist.
  • Eine Spitze des vorderen Endes 22c des Abstreifers 22 ist bezüglich der Auflagefläche 25 in Richtung des Grundabschnitts 6 zurückgebogen, etwa um 3-5 mm, um den Abstreifer 22 leicht am Ansatz der Achillessehne vorbei bewegen zu können.
  • Die Führungsstege 26 weisen einen solchen gegenseitigen Abstand auf, dass ein Benutzer den Bereich seines Beins, von dem ein Strumpf ausgezogen werden soll, d. h. in der Regel den Unterschenkel, zwanglos zwischen die Führungsstege 26 einführen kann, so dass auch die Ausziehhilfe als Ganzes eine Führung erfährt, wofür ein gegenseitiger Abstand der Führungsstege von ca. 15 cm bis 20 cm zweckmäßig ist.
  • Fig. 7 bis 13 erläutern die Vorgehensweise zur Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Ausziehhilfe zum Ausziehen eines Strumpfs 30.

Gemäß Fig. 8 wird die Ausziehhilfe vom Benutzer an den Haltegriffen 12 erfasst und angelegt, wobei sich der Abstreifer und der Grundabschnitt 6 des Gestells zwischen dem Unterschenkel und dem Körper des Benutzers befinden. Der Abstreifer 22 wird schuhlöffelartig an der Rückseite des Beins von oben zwischen Strumpf und Bein eingeführt, bis der obere Rand des Strumpfs gegen die Begrenzungsstege 24 anliegt (Fig. 8).
  • Gemäß Fig. 9 wird dann die Ausziehhilfe am Bein heruntergeführt, bis die dem Grundabschnitt 6 gegenüberliegenden Endabschnitte der Schenkelabschnitte 8 am Boden aufliegen, wobei sich Abschnitte des Strumpfs in den Sammelbereichen 24a unter Faltenbildung stauen und sammeln, so dass der Strumpf durch die Begrenzungsstege 24 zwangsläufig entlang des Beins nach unten geführt wird.
  • Wie Fig. 10 zeigt, wird die Ausziehhilfe anschließend nach hinten bzw. zum Benutzer hin gekippt, bis sie vollständig auf dem Boden steht, d. h. bis die Standebene mit einer Bodenebene übereinstimmt. Durch die damit verbundene Hebelwirkung wird der Strumpf von dem Abstreifer 22 nach hinten aufgespannt oder in einen Abstand vom Bein bzw. Fuß gebracht.
  • Wie Fig. 11 zeigt, kann die Ausziehhilfe noch weiter nach hinten gekippt und der Strumpf noch weiter aufgespannt werden, bis der Strumpf gemäß Fig. 12 ausreichend heruntergeführt und aufgespannt ist, so dass der Fuß aus dem Strumpf herausgezogen werden kann (Fig. 13). Der Strumpf bleibt an dem Abstreifer 22 und den Begrenzungsstegen 24 in den Sammelbereichen 24a zurück.

Claims (11)

  1. Ausziehhilfe für Strümpfe (30), insbesondere Kompressionsstrümpfe, mit einem Gestell (2), das einen in einer Standebene (10) verlaufenden, U-förmigen Standbügel (4) mit einem hinteren Grundabschnitt (6) und zwei abgewinkelt davon nach vorn abgehenden Schenkelabschnitten (8) aufweist, wobei an dem Gestell (2) über der Standebene (10) und mittig zwischen den Schenkelabschnitten (8) ein schuhlöffelförmiger Abstreifer (22) gehalten ist, der eine Längsachse (22a) aufweist, die von einem vorderen Ende (22c) zu einem hinteren Ende (22d) des Abstreifers (22) und unter einem Winkel (22b) zwischen 10° und 120° zur Standebene (10) verläuft, wobei das vordere Ende (22c) in der Standebene (10) oder in einem ersten Abstand (a) von und oberhalb der Standebene (10) angeordnet ist, der höchstens so groß ist wie eine Länge (L) des Abstreifers (22) zwischen seinen vorderen und hinteren Enden (22c, 22d), wobei das hintere Ende (22d) einen mindestens so großen zweiten Abstand (b) von der Standebene (10) aufweist wie das vordere Ende (22c), wobei an dem hinteren Ende (22d) zwei von der Längsachse (22a) weg gerichtete Begrenzungsstege (24) angeordnet sind, die an ihrer zu der Standebene (10) weisenden Unterseite jeweils einen Sammelbereich (24a) zum Aufnehmen eines Strumpfabschnitts bilden, wobei der Abstreifer (22) eine Anlagefläche (25) aufweist, die von vorn in Richtung des Grundabschnitts (6) gesehen konkav gekrümmt ist, und wobei beiderseits des Abstreifers (22) jeweils ein mit dem Gestell (2) verbundener Führungssteg (26) angeordnet ist, von denen jeder bis zu einem höchsten Punkt (26a) verläuft, der sich in einem dritten Abstand (c) von und oberhalb der Standebene (10) befindet, wobei der dritte Abstand (c) mindestens um das 0,5fache der Länge (L) des Abstreifers (22) größer als der zweite Abstand (b) ist.
  2. Ausziehhilfe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Begrenzungssteg (24) von dem hinteren Ende (22d) des Abstreifers (22) zu dem Standbügel (4) verläuft und mit diesem verbunden ist.
  3. Ausziehhilfe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Begrenzungssteg (24) zu dem Grundabschnitt (6) verläuft.
  4. Ausziehhilfe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Führungssteg (26) mit einem Begrenzungssteg (24) verbunden ist oder einen Begrenzungssteg bildet.
  5. Ausziehhilfe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine Breite (B) des Abstreifers (22) in Richtung zu der Standebene (10) verringert.
  6. Ausziehhilfe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlagefläche (25) des Abstreifers (22) zylindermantelförmig mit einer parallel zur Längsachse (22a) verlaufenden Zylinderachse oder kegelmantelförmig mit einer parallel zur Längsachse (22a) verlaufenden Kegelachse gekrümmt ist und einen Krümmungsradius von 3 cm bis 20 cm oder von 5 cm bis 10 cm aufweist.
  7. Ausziehhilfe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstreifer (22) eine Länge (L) aufweist, die mindestens 10 %, 20 %, 30 % oder 50 % und höchstens 60 %, 75 % oder 100 % einer Fußlänge eines Benutzers beträgt und zwischen 2 cm und 20 cm oder zwischen 5 cm und 12 cm liegen kann.
  8. Ausziehhilfe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere Ende (22c) des Abstreifers (22) in einer von der Anlagefläche (25) weg weisenden Richtung zurückgebogen ist.
  9. Ausziehhilfe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Standbügel (4) feste oder verstellbare Haltegriffe (34) angebracht sind.
  10. Ausziehhilfe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Schenkelabschnitt (8) zwei parallele Griffstreben (14) gehalten sind, an denen jeweils eine Querstrebe (34) oder mehrere beabstandete Querstreben (34) als Haltegriff(e) gehalten ist (sind).
  11. Ausziehhilfe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Haltegriff (34) als U-förmiges Halteprofil ausgebildet ist, dessen parallele Schenkel in rohrförmigen Endabschnitten der Griffstreben (14) höhenverstellbar und arretierbar aufgenommen sind.
