Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Garnitur für eine Karde oder Krempel zur Bearbeitung von Textilfasern, aufweisend einen Sägezahndraht mit in Drahtlaufrichtung hintereinander ausgebildeten Zähnen, wobei die Zähne ein sich über einem Zahnfuß erstreckendes Oberprofil aufweisen, das wenigstens gebildet ist aus dem Konturverlauf eines Zahnrückens und einer Zahnbrust.
- Aus der
DE 102 54 918 A1 ist eine Garnitur für eine Karde oder Krempel zur Bearbeitung von Textilfasern bekannt, aufweisend einen Sägezahndraht mit in Drahtlaufrichtung hintereinander ausgebildeten Zähnen, wobei die Zähne ein sich über einem Zahnfuß erstreckendes Oberprofil aufweisen, das wenigstens gebildet ist aus dem Konturverlauf eines Zahnrückens und einer Zahnbrust. Der Zahnrücken geht dabei über in eine im Wesentlichen flach ausgebildete Kopffläche, und die Kopffläche mündet in einer Zahnspitze, an die sich unterseitig die Zahnbrust anschließt. Die Kopffläche bildet dabei eine Kardierfläche, die das bearbeitete Fasermaterial in den Kardierbereich hebt und in diesem hält. Der Kardierbereich bildet dabei den Dachbereich des Oberprofils und wirkt mit der Garnitur einer weiteren Walze oder mit Garniturdeckeln, sogenannten Wanderdeckeln, zusammen. - Durch die betonte Ausprägung der Kardierflächen auf der Oberseite der Zähne ergeben sich nachteilhafterweise schlechtere Eigenschaften bei der Ausscheidung von Nissen, Noppen und/oder Schalennissen im Fasermaterial, insbesondere wird die Auflösung von Faserbatzen und die Ausreinigung der Fasern negativ beeinträchtigt.
- Die
EP 0138778 offenbart eine Garnitur für einen Deckelstab, der als Drahtsegment in den Deckelstab eingeschoben wird. Ein Zahnsegement weist einen positiven Brustwinkel auf, während das andere Zahnsegment einen negativen Brustwinkel aufweist. - Auch die
GB2165561 - In der
DE 1927049 wird ein Garniturendraht mit einem Doppelzahn offenbart, die keine Kardierfläche aufweisen. - Und auch die
US 5,655,262 offenbart einen Garniturendraht mit Zahnspitzen, die in unterschiedliche Richtungen orientiert sind. Ein Zahnsegement weist einen positiven Brustwinkel auf, während das andere Zahnsegment einen negativen Brustwinkel aufweist. - Die
CH 467 349 A - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Weiterbildung einer Garnitur für eine Karde oder Krempel zur Bearbeitung von Textilfasern mit einem verbesserten Sägezahndraht. Insbesondere soll ein Sägezahndraht bereitgestellt werden, der eine besonders gute Kardierwirkung erzielt, zugleich soll die Auflösung von Faserbatzen insbesondere bis zur Einzelfaser und die Ausreinigung der Faserbatzen verbessert werden. Desweiteren soll die Garnitur und die mit der Garnitur ausgestattete Karde oder Krempel für verschiedene Faserarten und Faserqualitäten universell einsetzbar sein. Diese Aufgabe wird ausgehend von einer Garnitur für eine Karde oder Krempel zur Bearbeitung von Textilfasern gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 mit den jeweils kennzeichnenden Merkmalen gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
- Die Erfindung schließt zur Bildung der Garnitur die technische Lehre ein, dass erste Zähne mit einem ersten Oberprofil und zweite Zähne mit einem vom ersten Oberprofil abweichenden zweiten Oberprofil in Drahtlaufrichtung abwechselnd auf dem Sägezahndraht ausgebildet sind. Kern der Erfindung ist die Ausbildung des Sägezahndrahtes mit Zähnen, die ein voneinander abweichendes und zu jeweiligen Vorteilen führendes Oberprofil aufweisen, und es sollen erste Zähne mit einem ersten Oberprofil und zweite Zähne mit einem zweiten, vom ersten Oberprofil abweichenden Oberprofil vorgesehen sein, die abwechselnd nacheinander entlang der Drahtlaufrichtung auf dem Sägezahndraht ausgebildet sind. Dadurch wird der Vorteil erreicht, dass die ersten Zähne mit dem ersten Oberprofil eine erste spezifische Funktion erfüllen und die zweiten Zähne mit dem zweiten Oberprofil erfüllen eine zweite spezifische Funktion. Die erste spezifische Funktion kann dabei beispielsweise das Heben und Halten des Fasermaterials im Kardierbereich betreffen, und die zweite spezifische Funktion kann eine bessere Auflösung des Fasermaterials betreffen, beispielsweise bis zur Auflösung einer Einzelfaser, wobei auch eine verbesserte Ausreinigung des Fasermaterials mit der zweiten spezifischen Funktion umfasst sein kann. Im Ergebnis wird ein besonders vorteilhafter Sägezahndraht bereitgestellt, der nicht nur in einer spezifischen Funktion optimiert ist, sondern in beispielsweise zwei oder mehreren spezifischen Funktionen.
- Insbesondere ergibt sich in überraschender Weise eine gegenseitige Begünstigung der jeweiligen vorteilhaften Wirkungen der beiden Oberprofile der Zähne, denn es wurde festgestellt, dass der lange Zahnrücken die Fasern an der Oberfläche hält und eine optimale Auskardierung über den Wanderdeckel erzeugen kann. Hingegen gewährleistet der spitze Zahn gleichzeitig eine weitere Öffnung des Fasermaterials, wodurch die Auskardierung wiederum begünstigt wird. Dadurch wird eine schonende Öffnung und Auflösung bis zur Einzelfaser in verbesserter Form erreicht, dies geschieht bei gleichzeitig optimaler Ausreinigung und Nissenreduktion bis hin zur Nissenauflösung.
- Dabei weist das Oberprofil des ersten Zahns eine größere Kardierfläche auf und das Oberprofil des zweiten Zahns weist eine kleinere Kardierfläche auf. Dadurch unterscheiden sich die Oberprofile der zwei zueinander benachbarten Zähne voneinander und bilden ein Zähnepaar, welches sich entlang des Sägezahndrahtes nahezu unendlich oft wiederholt.
- Während das Oberprofil des ersten Zahns eine Kardierfläche aufweisen kann, kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Oberflächenprofil des zweiten Zahns dadurch bestimmt ist, dass der Zahnrücken und die Zahnbrust unter Bildung einer Zahnspitze aufeinander zulaufen, wodurch sich keine oder nur eine sehr kleine Kardierfläche ergibt und sich damit die Oberprofile der zwei zueinander benachbarten Zähne voneinander unterscheiden.
- Die kleinere Kardierfläche des zweiten Zahns kann so viel kleiner ausgeführt sein, dass die kleinere Kardierfläche nahezu unendlich klein wird, sodass der Zahnrücken unter Bildung der Zahnspitze unmittelbar in die Zahnbrust übergeht. Beispielsweise kann aber die Kardierfläche des zweiten Zahns dann als eine sehr kleine Fläche ausgebildet sein, wenn die Garnitur bereits wenigstens einmal überschliffen wurde. Folglich muss das Oberprofil des zweiten Zahns nicht zwangsläufig spitz ausfallen, das Oberprofil des zweiten Zahns unterscheidet sich jedoch deutlich vom Oberprofil des ersten Zahns dadurch, dass die Länge der Kardierfläche des zweiten Zahns deutlich kürzer ausfällt als die Länge der Kardierfläche des ersten Zahns mit Bezug auf die Drahtlaufrichtung. Gemäß einer nicht erfinderischgemäßen Ausführungsform kann das Oberprofil des zweiten Zahns auch frei von einer Kardierfläche ausgebildet sein.
- Ein weiterer Vorteil ergibt sich, wenn die Höhe des Oberprofils des ersten Zahns über dem Zahnfuß und die Höhe des Oberprofils des zweiten Zahns über dem Zahnfuß zueinander gleich ausgebildet sind. Damit weisen alle Zähne die gleiche Zahnhöhe auf, insbesondere können alle Zähne auch die gleiche Einschlagtiefe aufweisen, indem der Zahnfuß des ersten Zahns und der Zahnfuß des zweiten Zahns eine zueinander gleiche Einschlagtiefe aufweisen. Auch ist es denkbar, dass der Sägezahndraht eine in Drahtlaufrichtung konstante Schulterhöhe aufweist, zu der die Zahnfüße zwischen allen Zähnen eine gleiche Höhe aufweisen.
- Der erste Zahn weist eine Zahnbrust mit einem Brustwinkel auf, und der zweite Zahn weist eine Zahnbrust mit einem Brustwinkel auf, wobei die Brustwinkel beider Zähne vorteilhafterweise zueinander gleich ausgebildet sind. Insbesondere weisen die ersten und die zweiten Zähne positive Brustwinkel auf, sodass der Brustkonturverlauf mit dem Rückenkonturverlauf korrespondiert und nicht gegenläufig mit diesem ausgeführt ist.
- Die Garnitur kann schließlich noch dafür ausgebildet sein, den Hauptzylinder der Karde oder der Krempel zu bekleiden. Weiterhin kann die Garnitur zur Bekleidung des Vorreißers der Karde oder Krempel ausgebildet sein, wobei auch weitere Anwendungen der Garnitur gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung denkbar sind.
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich weiterhin auf eine Krempel mit einer Garnitur zur Bearbeitung von Textilfasern, wobei mit der Krempel im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung auch eine Karde mit umfasst ist, sodass die Garnitur auch zur Bearbeitung von Textilfasern durch eine Karde Anwendung finden kann. Die Garnitur der Krempel weist dabei einen Sägezahndraht mit in Drahtlaufrichtung hintereinander ausgebildeten Zähnen auf, wobei die Zähne ein sich über einem Zahnfuß erstreckendes Oberprofil aufweisen, das wenigstens gebildet ist aus dem Konturverlauf eines Zahnrückens und einer Zahnbrust, und erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass erste Zähne mit einem ersten Oberprofil und zweite Zähne mit einem vom ersten Oberprofil abweichenden zweiten Oberprofil in Drahtlaufrichtung abwechselnd auf dem Sägezahndraht ausgebildet sind.
- Die weiteren Merkmale und zugeordneten Vorteile, die vorstehend in Zusammenhang mit der erfindungsgemäßen Garnitur aufgeführt sind, finden für die Krempel mit der Garnitur ebenfalls Anwendung und Berücksichtigung.
- Weitere, die Erfindung verbessernde Maßnahmen werden nachstehend gemeinsam mit der Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels der Erfindung anhand der Figuren näher dargestellt. Es zeigt:

Figur 1 ist eine schematische Ansicht einer Krempel 1 gezeigt, und die Krempel 1 weist einen Hauptzylinder 20 auf, auf dem in nicht näher gezeigter Weise die Garnitur mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Sägezahndraht aufgebracht sein kann. - Mit dem Hauptzylinder 20 wirkt ein Vorreißer 21 zusammen, und dem Vorreißer 21 wird der Faserrohstoff 23 über Speisewalzen 27 zugeführt. Über dem Umfang verteilt sind auf dem Hauptzylinder 20 mehrere Wendewalzen 25 und zugeordnete Arbeitswalzen 26 angeordnet. Das gebildete Vlies 24 wird über eine Abnehmerwalze 22 vom Hauptzylinder 20 abgenommen.
- Die nachfolgend mit den
Figuren 2, 3 und 4 beschriebene Garnitur kann auf dem Hauptzylinder 20, auf dem Vorreißer 21 und gegebenenfalls auch auf den Wendewalzen 25, den Arbeitswalzen 26 und der Abnehmerwalze 22 angeordnet sein, wobei nur beispielshaft eine Krempel 1 gezeigt ist und die Garnitur gemäß der Erfindung kann auf gleiche Weise auch für verschiedene Walzen einer Karde Verwendung finden. -
Figur 2 zeigt in einer Seitenansicht einen Ausschnitt eines Sägezahndrahtes 10 einer erfindungsgemäßen Garnitur mit einer Anzahl von Zähnen, wobei erste Zähne 12 abwechselnd mit zweiten Zähnen 13 auf der Oberseite des Sägezahndrahtes 10 ausgebildet sind. Der Sägezahndraht 10 weist eine Drahtlaufrichtung 11 auf, und die ersten Zähne 12 mit einem ersten Oberprofil 15a und die zweiten Zähne 13 mit einem zweiten Oberprofil 15b, das sich vom ersten Oberprofil 15a unterscheidet, sind wechselweise aufeinander folgend in Drahtlaufrichtung 11 auf dem Sägezahndraht 10 ausgebildet. - Die ersten Zähne 12 weisen ein erstes Oberprofil 15a auf, und das erste Oberprofil 15a weist einen Zahnrücken 16 auf, der dem Bereich des Zahnfußes 14 folgt. Auf den Zahnrücken 16 folgt eine Kardierfläche 18, und die Kardierfläche 18 geht unter Bildung einer Zahnspitze 19 über in die Zahnbrust 17. Auf die Zahnbrust 17 folgt ein weiterer Zahnfuß 14, der in den Zahnrücken 16 des zweiten Zahnes 13 mit dem zweiten Oberprofil 15b übergeht.
- Das zweite Oberprofil 15b unterscheidet sich im Konturverlauf vom ersten Oberprofil 15a in der Kardierfläche 18'. Der Zahnrücken 16 geht zur Bildung des zweiten Zahnes 13 in eine Kardierfläche 18' über, die sehr klein ausgebildet ist, sodass der zweite Zahn 13 ein im Wesentlichen spitz ausgebildetes zweites Oberprofil 15b aufweist. Unter Bildung der Zahnspitze 19 geht die sehr klein ausgebildete Kardierfläche 18' in die Zahnbrust 17 über. Zwischen der Kardierfläche 18' und der Vertikalen, die senkrecht zur Drahtlaufrichtung 11 steht, bildet die Brustfläche der Zahnbrust 17 einen Brustwinkel β, wobei der Brustwinkel β des zweiten Zahnes 13 mit dem Brustwinkel β des ersten Zahns 12 übereinstimmt.
- Das Beispiel in
Figur 2 zeigt damit erste und zweite Zähne 12 und 13, die sich in der Länge der Kardierfläche 18 und 18' unterscheiden. Die Kardierfläche 18' der zweiten Zähne 13 kann so klein ausgebildet sein, dass diese lediglich durch ein Abschleifen der Garnitur gebildet wird, indem auf einem zuvor spitz ausgebildeten zweiten Zahn 13 durch den Schleifprozess die Kardierfläche 18' erst gebildet wird. -
Figur 3 zeigt in einer Querschnittsansicht den Sägezahndraht 10, wobei die Zahnhöhe Z, die Schulterhöhe S und die Einschlagtiefe E dargestellt sind. Der Querschnittsverlauf erfolgt zwischen zwei Zähnen, sodass ein erster Zahn 12 in der Rückansicht gezeigt ist. -
Figur 4 zeigt schließlich eine Ausgestaltung des zweiten Zahnes 13, wobei die Zahnspitze 19 gebildet wird durch das Zusammenlaufen des Zahnrückens 16 mit der Zahnbrust 17. Erst bei einem Überschliff des gezeigten zweiten Zahnes 13 kann sich die Kardierfläche 18' bilden, wie durch eine gestrichelte Linie angedeutet. - Die Erfindung beschränkt sich in ihrer Ausführung nicht auf das vorstehend angegebene bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiel. Vielmehr ist eine Anzahl von Varianten denkbar, welche von der dargestellten Lösung auch bei grundsätzlich anders gearteten Ausführungen Gebrauch macht. Sämtliche aus den Ansprüchen, der Beschreibung oder den Zeichnungen hervorgehenden Merkmale und/oder Vorteile, einschließlich konstruktiver Einzelheiten oder räumlicher Anordnungen, können sowohl für sich als auch in den verschiedensten Kombinationen erfindungswesentlich sein.

Claims (7)
- Garnitur für eine Karde oder Krempel (1) zur Bearbeitung von Textilfasern, aufweisend einen Sägezahndraht (10) mit in Drahtlaufrichtung (11) hintereinander ausgebildeten Zähnen (12, 13), wobei die Zähne (12, 13) ein sich über einem Zahnfuß (14) erstreckendes Oberprofil (15a, 15b) aufweisen, das wenigstens gebildet ist aus dem Konturverlauf eines Zahnrückens (16) und einer Zahnbrust (17), wobei erste Zähne (12) mit einem ersten Oberprofil (15a) und zweite Zähne (13) mit einem vom ersten Oberprofil (15a) abweichenden zweiten Oberprofil (15b) in Drahtlaufrichtung (11) abwechselnd auf dem Sägezahndraht (10) ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberprofil (15a) eines ersten Zahns (12) eine größere Kardierfläche (18) aufweist und das Oberprofil (15b) eines zweiten Zahns (13) eine kleinere Kardierfläche (18') aufweist, wodurch sich die Oberprofile (15a, 15b) der zwei zueinander benachbarten Zähne (12, 13) voneinander unterscheiden, und dass der erste Zahn (12) eine Zahnbrust (17) mit einem Brustwinkel (β) aufweist und dass der zweite Zahn (13) eine Zahnbrust (17) mit einem Brustwinkel (β) aufweist, wobei die Brustwinkel (β) beider Zähne (12, 13) zueinander gleich ausgebildet sind.
- Garnitur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberprofil (15a) eines ersten Zahns (12) eine Kardierfläche (18) aufweist und dass das Oberprofil (15b) eines zweiten Zahns (13) dadurch bestimmt ist, dass der Zahnrücken (16) und die Zahnbrust (17) unter Bildung einer Zahnspitze (19) aufeinander zulaufen, wodurch sich die Oberprofile (15a, 15b) der zwei zueinander benachbarten Zähne (12, 13) voneinander unterscheiden.
- Garnitur nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberprofil (15b) des zweiten Zahns (13) frei von einer Kardierfläche ausgebildet ist.
- Garnitur nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des Oberprofils (15a) des ersten Zahns (12) über dem Zahnfuß (14) und die Höhe des Oberprofils (15b) des zweiten Zahns (13) über dem Zahnfuß (14) zueinander gleich ausgebildet ist.
- Garnitur nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zahnfuß (14) des ersten Zahns (12) und der Zahnfuß des zweiten Zahns (13) eine zueinander gleiche Einschlagtiefe (E) aufweisen und/oder dass der Sägezahndraht (10) eine in Drahtlaufrichtung (11) konstante Schulterhöhe (S) aufweist, zu der die Zahnfüße (14) zwischen allen Zähnen (12, 13) eine gleiche Höhe aufweisen.
- Garnitur nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, ausgebildet für den Hauptzylinder (20) der Karde oder Krempel (1).
- Garnitur nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, ausgebildet für einen Vorreißer (21) der Karde oder Krempel (1).
