Claims (10)
- Procédé pour fournir les bobines vides (5) aux chariots de service (2, 3, 4) de la machine textile, en particulier de la machine à filer (100), pendant lequel on apporte à l'aide du transporteur (6) les bobines (5) de manière unidirectionnelle vers les lieux de travail (1101-1151-11nn) de la machine textile (100) où il y a des chariots de service (2, 3, 4) qui réclament une nouvelle bobine (5), caractérisé en ce qu' en présence d'au moins une bobine (5) sur le transporteur (6) en marche et la demande simultanée d'un autre appareil de service (2, 3, 4) de livraison d'une bobine (5) on place sur le transporteur en marche (6) une autre bobine (5), tandis que on évalue au moins la position relative des lieux de travail (1101-11nn) de la machine dans lesquels il y a les chariots de service (2,3,4) réclamant une nouvelle bobine (5), et en regardant l'utilisation optimale du temps de travail de la machine on décide de l'ordre optimal de la livraison des bobines (5) présentes sur le transporteur en marche (6) au chariot de service individuel (2, 3, 4) réclamant une nouvelle bobine (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu' avant la décision de l'ordre optimal de la livraison des bobines (5) présentes sur le transporteur en marche (6) aux chariots de service (2, 3, 4) qui réclament une nouvelle bobine (5) on continue à évaluer le moment de besoin réel de la bobine vide (5) et la position actuelle des bobines (5) sur le transporteur (6).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moment de besoin réel de la bobine vide (5) est évalué sur la base de la maintenance actuelle et / ou future du chariot de service respectif (2, 3, 4) et de la durée prévue de l'activité/ des activités.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu' avant la décision de l'ordre optimal de la livraison des bobines (5) présentes sur le transporteur en marche (6) aux chariots de service (2, 3, 4) qui réclament une nouvelle bobine (5) on évalue la couleur de la bobine (5) pour sa livraison aux lieux de travail respectifs (11nn).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, si les chariots de service (2, 3, 4) réclamant une nouvelle bobine (5) ne peuvent pas retirer la bobine (5) après que la bobine (5) a été placée sur le transporteur (6), les autres chariots de service prennent les bobines auto-déterminées sans interruption, tandis que la bobine (5) destinée audit chariot de service (2, 3, 4) avec la panne de la prise des bobines (5) est transportée à l'extrémité de la machine textile dans un récipient collecteur.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, si les chariots de service (2, 3, 4) réclamant une nouvelle bobine (5) ne peuvent pas retirer la bobine (5) après que la bobine (5) a été placée sur le transporteur (6), les autres chariots de service prennent les prises auto-définies sans interruption, tandis que la bobine (5) pour ledit chariot de service (2, 3, 4) avec la panne de la prise des bobines (5) est amenée à la position initiale sur le transporteur (6), où il attend sur la demande d'autres chariots de service (2, 3, 4).
- Dispositif pour fournir des bobines (5) pour au moins deux chariots de service (2, 3, 4) disposés de manière réglable le long d'au moins une ligne de lieux de travail (1101-111nn) de la machine textile, en particulier d'une machine à filer (100) à qui il est assigné pour chaque ligne de lieux de travail le conteneur (102) à bobines (5) et le transporteur unidirectionnel (6) des bobines vides (5, 51, 52, 53), tandis que la machine est équipée par une unité de commande (8) qui est couplée avec les lieux de travail individuels (11nn), avec le conteneur à bobines (102) et avec le transporteur à bobines (6) pour le côté respectif de la machine (100) et avec les chariots de service (2, 3, 4), caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (8) est équipée d'un algorithme de décision pour déterminer l'ordre optimal de la livraison des bobines (5) présentes sur le transporteur (6) aux chariots de service individuels (2, 3, 4) réclamant une nouvelle bobine (5) sur la base au moins de la comparaison mutuelle des positions des lieux de travail de la machine (11nn) dans lesquelles sont prévus des chariots de service (2, 3, 4) réclamant une nouvelle bobine (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'algorithme de décision est en outre pourvu de jeux de données permettant d'évaluer le moment réel où la bobine (5) est nécessaire et les positions des bobines (5) sur le transporteur (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les ensembles de données servant à évaluer le moment de besoin réel de la prise de la bobine vide (5) contiennent des informations sur les types d'activité de service et de la durée de leur travail.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'algorithme de décision est en outre pourvu d'ensembles de données permettant d'évaluer la couleur de la bobine et son affectation à certains lieux de travail (11nn).
