Claims (15)

  1. Verfahren zum Bearbeiten eines Zuschnitts (10), der dazu bestimmt ist, nach dem Falz- und Klebevorgang, eine abgeflachte Faltschachtel zu bilden, die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
    a) Bereitstellen eines im Wesentlichen ebenen Zuschnitts (10), der eine rechte Kante (13), eine linke Kante (14), eine vordere Kante (11), eine hintere Kante (12), eine rechte Längsnut (15) und eine linke Längsnut (16) umfasst, wobei die rechte Längsnut (15) und die linke Längsnut (16) zusammen mit der rechten Kante (13) und der linken Kante (14) mindestens drei Klappen abgrenzen, darunter eine rechte Klappe (17), eine linke Klappe (18) und eine mittlere Klappe (19),
    b) Auftragen von Klebstoff auf einen Bereich der rechten Klappe (17) neben der rechten Kante (13) und/oder auf einen Bereich der linken Klappe (18) neben der linken Kante (14), sodass Klebstoff in einem Überlappungsabschnitt zwischen der rechten Klappe (17) und der linken Klappe (18) vorhanden ist,
    c) Falten der rechten Klappe (17) um 180° um die rechte Längsnut (15) zur mittleren Klappe (19) und Falten der linken Klappe (18) um 180° um die linke Längsnut (16) zur mittleren Klappe (19),
    d) Schließen der gefalteten rechten Klappe (17) und der gefalteten linken Klappe (18), die mindestens im Überlappungsabschnitt übereinanderliegen;
    e) Prüfen der Position der rechten Kante (13) und der linken Kante (14) und Vergleichen dieser Istposition mit einer vorbestimmten Position, um eine Positionsabweichung festzustellen;
    f) wenn die Positionsabweichung einen zulässigen Abweichungswert überschreitet, Ausführen der folgenden Teilschritte, bevor der Klebstoff abbindet:
    f1) Blockierung der mittleren Klappe (19), dann
    f2) Greifen der Oberseite der gefalteten rechten Klappe (17) und der gefalteten linken Klappe (18) durch jeweils mindestens einen mit Unterdruck beaufschlagten Sauggreifer (21, 23, 24, 26), und
    f3) Korrektur der Position der linken Klappe (18) und/oder der rechten Klappe (17) durch Bewegen des mit Unterdruck beaufschlagten Sauggreifers (21, 23, 24, 26),
    g) Druckbeaufschlagung im Überlappungsabschnitt zwischen rechter und linker Klappe bis zur Aushärtung des Klebstoffs; und
    h) Lösen der mittleren Klappe (19), der rechten Klappe (17) und der linken Klappe (18).
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem, wenn die festgestellte Positionsabweichung ein Abstand zwischen der rechten Kante und der linken Kante ist, der nicht dem zulässigen Bereich entspricht, Schritt f2) für die rechte Klappe und für die linke Klappe (18) mit zwei in Längsrichtung versetzten und beim Greifen mit Unterdruck beaufschlagten Sauggreifern (21, 23, 24, 26) durchgeführt wird, und Schritt f3) mit einer seitlichen Verschiebung der beiden Sauggreifer (21, 23, 24, 26) der rechten Klappe (17) und/oder der linken Klappe (18) durchgeführt wird, um den Abstand zwischen der rechten Kante (13) und der linken Kante (14) zu verändern, um ihn wieder in den zulässigen Bereich zu bringen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem, wenn die festgestellte Positionsabweichung ein Parallelitätsfehler zwischen der rechten Kante und der linken Kante ist, Schritt f2) für die rechte Klappe und für die linke Klappe (18) mit einem einzigen während des Greifens mit Unterdruck beaufschlagten Sauggreifer (21, 23, 24, 26) durchgeführt wird, und Schritt f3) mit einer seitlichen Verschiebung des Sauggreifers (21, 23, 24, 26) der rechten und/oder linken Klappe (18) durchgeführt wird, um die Ausrichtung der rechten und/oder linken Klappe (18) zu verändern und die rechte Kante (13) und die linke Kante (14) im Wesentlichen wieder parallel zueinander auszurichten.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Blockierung der mittleren Klappe in Schritt f1) an ihrer Unterseite mittels Blockiermitteln erfolgt, die mit Unterdruckbeaufschlagung der Unterseite arbeiten.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Korrigieren der Falzposition eines Zuschnitts (10) in einer Falz- und Klebemaschine für einen im Wesentlichen ebenen Zuschnitt (10), der eine rechte Kante, eine linke Kante, eine vordere Kante, eine hintere Kante, eine rechte Längsnut (15) und eine linke Längsnut (16) umfasst, wobei die rechte Längsnut (15) und die linke Längsnut (16) zusammen mit der rechten Kante und der linken Kante mindestens drei Klappen abgrenzen, darunter eine rechte Klappe (17), eine linke Klappe (18) und eine mittlere Klappe (19), wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    - Mittel zum Falten der rechten Klappe (17) und der linken Klappe (18),
    - Mittel zum Prüfen der relativen Position der rechten und der linken Kante in Querrichtung nach dem Falten der rechten Klappe (17) und der linken Klappe (18),
    - Mittel zum Blockieren (71) der mittleren Klappe (19),
    - Mittel zum Verkleben, die imstande sind, den Klebstoff auf einen Bereich der rechten Klappe (17) neben der rechten Kante (13) und/oder einen Bereich der linken Klappe (18) neben der linken Kante (14) aufzutragen, sodass Klebstoff in einem Überlappungsabschnitt zwischen den rechten Klappe (17) und der linken Klappe (18) vorhanden ist;
    - Mittel zum Korrigieren der Position der linken Klappe und/oder der rechten Klappe, mindestens einen Sauggreifer (21, 23, 24, 26) zum Greifen der rechten Klappe und mindestens einen Sauggreifer (21, 23, 24, 26) zum Greifen der linken Klappe umfassend, wobei die Sauggreifer (21, 23, 24, 26) nach unten gerichtet, vertikal und in Querrichtung beweglich und imstande sind, mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt zu werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der die Mittel zum Korrigieren ein Paar rechte Sauggreifer (21, 23) und ein Paar linke Sauggreifer (24, 26) umfassen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei für jedes Sauggreiferpaar (21, 23; 24, 26) ein erster Sauggreifer vorne und ein zweiter Sauggreifer hinten angeordnet ist und wobei die Unterdruckbeaufschlagung des ersten Sauggreifers unabhängig von der Unterdruckbeaufschlagung des zweiten Sauggreifers gesteuert wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, bei der die beiden Sauggreifer (21, 23) des rechten Sauggreiferpaares auf einem rechten Träger (31) montiert sind, der das gleichzeitige Bewegen der beiden Sauggreifer ermöglicht, und die beiden Sauggreifer (24, 26) des linken Sauggreiferpaares auf einem linken Träger (32) montiert sind, der das gleichzeitige Bewegen der beiden Sauggreifer ermöglicht.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, die weiter ein Element (90) umfasst, das imstande ist, zwischen die rechte Klappe (17) und die linke Klappe (18) vor deren Falten eingesetzt und nach der Korrektur herausgezogen zu werden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, bei der die Prüfmittel eine optische Erfassung umfassen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, bei der die Mittel zum Blockieren imstande sind, eine Unterdruckbeaufschlagung der Unterseite der mittleren Klappe des Zuschnitts (10) zu erzeugen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, bei der die Mittel zum Blockieren mindestens eine Rampe (71) umfassen, die mit nach oben gerichteten Düsen (72) ausgestattet ist und imstande ist, einen Unterdruck zu erzeugen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, bei der die Rampe (71) auf einem Linearmotor (80) montiert ist, der den Zuschnitt (10) bei seinem Lauf begleitet, und wobei im Falle einer Korrektur der Unterdruck aktiviert wird.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 13, bei der die Mittel zum Korrigieren und die Mittel zum Blockieren darüber hinaus imstande sind, sich in Längsrichtung mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit zu bewegen, wie der Zuschnitt (10) bei seinem Lauf in Längsrichtung.
  15. Falz- und Klebemaschine, die mit einer Vorrichtung zum Korrigieren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14 ausgestattet ist.
