Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a headgear with a shade which is suitable for shading the eyes according to claim 1 and a correspondingly shaped shade according to claim 10.
  • Such headgear is widely known and often designed as baseball caps, with a screen shading the eyes, see eg US 5,253,364 ,
  • the screen is slidably mounted on the headgear, he can always be aligned, for example, according to the position of the sun and at the same time the headgear always be worn in the same manner.
  • the screen can also be carried upright, so that a caption becomes visible or, for example, an Eventcam mounted underneath the screen can be used, which is not or hardly visible when the screen is normally aligned.
  • the holder can be arranged on the umbrella or the umbrella (or an accessory arrangement) can be detached from the headgear and exchanged while the headgear can be worn alone, ie without a screen or accessory.
  • FIG. 1 shows a headgear 1, for example in the manner of a baseball cap, which may be made of fabric or any other flexible, but also hard material. Further apparent is a screen 2, with a holder 3, via which the screen 2 is connected to the headgear.
  • the bracket 3 has laterally excellent pivoting arms 4.5 (of which the pivoting arm 5 is hidden in the figure and therefore not visible), which at their ends 6,7 each have a coupling device 8,9 (again the coupling device 9 is not visible).
  • the coupling devices 8.9 are in turn operatively connected to the headgear 1, for example, at the lower edge 10, such that thereby the screen 2 is here by a pivoting movement relative to the headgear 1 slidably.
  • the holder 3 is fork-shaped with two pivoting arms 4, 5, wherein the pivoting arms 4, 5 cover the headgear laterally.
  • the pivoting arms 4.5 are integrally connected to the screen 2, so that the holder in the illustrated embodiment has only the two pivoting arms 4.5.
  • it is possible to form the holder for example, as a bracket whose center region is connected to the screen 2, and whose end regions form the pivoting arms.
  • the screen 2 is slidably disposed on the headgear 1, wherein the screen, for example, the screen of a baseball cap - although folded over the seam to the headgear, but can not be moved relative to the headgear.
  • the screen 2 is once shown in a basic position G, then, rotated counterclockwise, in two intermediate positions II and III, shown in phantom, and finally in a retracted even further pushed back position IV to a possible end position V, which the neck shaded.
  • the screen 2 can cover the face, s, the position B indicated in dashed lines in the figure.
  • the person skilled in the art can adjust the geometry of the screen 2 and the holder 3, depending on the desired pivoting range of the screen 3 or the pivoting arms 4.5 suitably adapt.
  • the screen 2 can be pivoted about an axis 11, and thus the head covering 1 is designed to be displaceable along.
  • the area for the displacement may in one end position comprise the covering of the face and in the other end position at least one vertical position on the headgear, or even to an obliquely inclined rearward position. So is the screen to cover the face almost vertically aligned downwards and the rear end position so that the neck is shaded, exceeds the pivoting range of the screen not only 90 degrees, but also more than 180 degrees and can reach 230 degrees, 270 degrees or more, depending on the interpretation by the expert.
  • FIG. 1 shows in the result a headgear with a arranged on a holder (3) screen (2), wherein the holder (3) has two pivoting arms (4,5), each laterally with one end on one with the headgear (1) operatively cooperating Anlenkvoriques (8,9) and attack with the other end on the screen (2), such that the screen (2) is slidably mounted on the headgear.
  • FIG. 1 Next in FIG. 1 is a hinge assembly 15 of the holder 3. This allows the screen 2 with respect to the holder 3 (or the pivot arms 4.5) to pivot.
  • the joint 15 is not activated, that is, the pivot arms 4, 5 are in line with the screen 2 substantially.
  • the joint 15 is advantageously activated, so that the screen 2 with the pivoting arms 4.5 forms an angle, s.
  • FIG. 1 For the covering of the face (position B) or the shading of the neck (position V) but the joint 15 is advantageously activated, so that the screen 2 with the pivoting arms 4.5 forms an angle, s.
  • the hinge assembly 15 can be omitted in a further embodiment of the invention also or can be arranged in the pivoting arms 4.5, and not, as shown in the figure, at the location where the pivot arms 4.5 on Attack screen 2 or (in one-piece embodiment) pass into this.
  • the person skilled in the art can suitably determine the geometry of the holder 3, the shade 2 and also the position of the hinge 15 according to various criteria, such as whether the shade is in position B at the face or at a distance therefrom should, etc.
  • FIG. 2 shows the headgear of FIG. 1 , wherein the advantageously increased mobility of the screen 2 is represented on the basis of the hinge assembly 15 with reference to the positions V to VIII of the screen.
  • Position B allows only a narrow field of view to be cleared, allowing the wearer of the headgear 1 sufficient visibility of the environment, which in turn denies sight of the wearer's face.
  • Position VI allows the screen 2 to be adapted to the position of the sun, but lifted slightly, so that the screen 2 does not get into the field of vision of the wearer.
  • Position VII allows to use an under the screen 2 indicated by dashed lines Event cam 16 or other device, which in the basic position G according to FIG. 1 or according to position II is not directed towards the front, but downwards.
  • Event cam 16 or other device which in the basic position G according to FIG. 1 or according to position II is not directed towards the front, but downwards.
  • a further advantage of the inventive headgear becomes apparent: a camera or other arbitrary other device such as a light source can easily be carried, but discreetly, and is ready for use with a handle which brings the screen 2 into position VII or VI, for example.
  • the screen 2 is erected vertically, so that, for example, a mounted on the underside of the screen 2 shield is directed towards the front - or attached to the top plate is directed towards the rear.
  • the hinge assembly 15 has the advantage that the screen 2 can always be placed on the body 11 of the headgear 1 without clearance, even if this has a different shape than that shown, for example, flattened, which then a more stable fit of the screen 2 at the headgear 1 allowed. Then the pivoting arms 4, 5 and the screen are V-shaped to one another, and not substantially in line, as shown in FIG FIG. 1 is shown.
  • FIG. 2 As a result, a headgear 1 is shown, wherein the preferably rigidly formed pivoting arms 4, 5 also have a joint arrangement 15 for the pivoting of the shield 2 relative to the pivoting arms 4, 5.
  • the screen of the headgear can be releasably and again attached to this fastened. So it can simply be omitted or replaced, for example, against a with or just without event cam, integrated (freshly charged) battery with or without labeling, against a larger or smaller, etc.
  • the screen can also be formed double-walled, and in so resulting cavity a light source, a device or a wearable computer of any kind, a battery or a mass storage are housed, without this being apparent from the outside.

  • FIG. 8b shows a further embodiment of the magnets 68,69, in the illustration of FIG. 8a however, the guide walls 72, 73 and the ferromagnetic sheets 71, 82 are omitted.
  • the magnet 68,69 has at its circumference a groove 92, in which a frictional element designed as an O-ring 93 is inserted, which cooperates in operation with the guide walls 68,96 and increases the resistance of the magnet 68,69 against rotation and displacement.
  • the magnet 68, 69 has on its circumference 70 a frictional element, preferably designed as an O-ring 93, which interacts with the guide walls 72, 83 in such a way that movement of the magnet 68, 69 with respect to FIG magnetic counter body (here the sheets 71,82) is inhibited.
  • FIG. 8c shows for a further inventive embodiment, a hinge assembly 100 for fixing the holder 3 on the headgear. Shown is the lower edge 10 of the headgear 1 in a view from below (left side of the headgear) on the hinge assembly 100, wherein the wire 67 of the pivoting arm 65, the preferred here according to FIG. 7 is formed, it can be seen.
  • the wire 66 ( FIG. 7 ) is obscured by the wire 65.
  • the wires 65,66 run through a respective hole in a rotary block 101, wherein the one hole 102 for the wire 65 visible, but the other hole is in turn covered by the bore 102.
  • a symbolized by the dashed line 103 screw fixes the rotary block 101 by means of a arranged on the inside of the headgear 1 counter plate 104 rotatable on the headgear.
  • the pivoting arm 65 is rotatably fixed to the headgear.
  • the pivoting arms of the holder 3 engage rigidly on the screen 2, and are preferably integrally formed with the screen 2.
