- Starre Dose (1) dessen Seitenwand oder deren Seitenwände (2) eine Innenkammer (3) definieren, in dem sich ein flexibler Beutel (4) erstreckt, der dazu ausgelegt ist, ein flüssiges oder viskoses Verbrauchsmittel zum Verbrauch innerhalb eines geeigneten Temperaturbereichs zu beinhalten, wobei selbiger Beutel (4) (a) mit einem ein Ventil umfassenden ersten Teil (5) oder (b) mit einem eine Membran umfassenden ersten Teil (5) oder (c) mit einem mit einem ein Ventil umfassenden zweiten Teil (7) zum Zusammenwirken geeignetes Schutzmittel (6) verbundenen ersten Teil (5) verbunden ist, wobei selbige Dose (1) einen unteren Teil (1I) mit einem Boden (8) aufweist, ein oberer Teil (1S), wobei selbige Dose ferner wenigstens einen mit der dem ersten Teil (5) zusammenwirkenden ersten Durchgang (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand oder Seitenwände (2) einen zur Innenseite (3) weisende Fläche aufweisen, welche in der Lage ist, einem wässrigen Medium mit zumindest annähernd der geeigneten Verbrauchstemperatur standhalten zu können, dass die Dose (1) in der Nähe zu dessen unteren Teil (1I) ein erstes Element (8A) aufweist oder mit einem ersten Element (8A) verbunden ist, wobei besagtes erstes Element (8A) wenigstens einen Durchgang zum Ausbilden wenigstens eines zweiten Durchgangs (10) aufweist, der dazu geeignet ist, eine Verbindung zwischen einem außerhalb des Beutels (4) angeordneten Teil der Innenkammer (3) der Dose (1) mit einer ersten Leitung (11) zum Zuführen und/oder Abführen des wässrigen Mediums zum Teil der Innenkammer (3) der Dose (1) außerhalb des flexiblen Beutels (4) oder außerhalb des Teils der Innenkammer (3) außerhalb des flexiblen Beutels (4) hin, dass die Dose (1) ein zweites Element aufweist oder mit einem zweiten Element (18) verbunden ist, wobei besagtes zweites Element (18) wenigstens den ersten, mit besagtem Beutel (4) verbundenen Teil zusammenwirkenden Durchgang (9) aufweist, dass wenigstens ein Teil einer Seitenwand (2) der Dose (1), die zwischen dem unteren Teil (1I) und dem oberen Teil (1S) angeordnet ist, entlang dessen zur Innenkammer (3) weisende Fläche wenigstens ein einen oder mehrere der Leitungskanäle (12) formendes Mittel für besagtes wässriges Medium aufweist und/oder mit einem ein oder mehrere der Leitungskanäle (12) formendes Mittel für besagtes wässriges Medium verbunden sind, wobei ein oder mehrere der Leitungskanäle (12) für den Durchgang des wässrigen Mediums im Teil der außerhalb des Beutels (4) zwischen der Seitenwand (2) und dem flexiblen Beutel (4) in der Kammer (3) angeordneten Innenkammer (3) offen sind.
- Dose gemäß Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dose (1) nahe seines oberen Teils (1S) wenigstens einen dritten Durchgang (14) aufweist, der eine Verbindung zwischen dem Teil der Innenwand (3) außerhalb des besagten Beutels (4) mit einer zweiten Leitung zum Zuführen und/oder Abführen (11) des wässrigen Mediums zum Teil der Innenkammer (3) der Dose (1) außerhalb des flexiblen Beutels (4) oder außerhalb des Teils der Innenkammer (3) außerhalb des flexiblen Beutels (4) hin formt.
- Dose gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese durch (a) einen eine oder mehrere der Seitenwände (2) definierenden Körper (1) geformt ist und ein geöffnetes unteres Ende (2A) und ein geöffnetes oberes Ende (2B) aufweist (b), einen Teil des Bodens (8) das untere Ende (2A) verschließt und besagtes den besagten zweiten Durchgang (10) formendes Element (8A) verbindet und (c) das zweite Element eine das obere Ende (2B) verschließende Abdeckung (18) ist, und, dass besagte mit dem erstes Teil (5) zusammenwirkende Abdeckung (18) einerseits einen ersten Durchgang (17) im ersten mit dem Inneren des Beutels (4) und nicht mit dem Bereich des außerhalb besagten Beutels angeordneten Kammerinneren (3) kommunizierenden Teils (5) und andererseits wenigstens einen zweiten Durchgang (14) im ersten mit dem Bereich der außerhalb des Beutels (4) angeordneten Innenkammer (3) kommunizierenden Teils aufweist.
- Dose gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (18) ausschließlich einen an besagtem ersten Teil (5) verbundenen Durchgang (9) aufweist, welche ein zwischen einer gegenüber dem Flüssigkeitsdurchgang außerhalb des Beutels (4) geschlossenen Position und einer gegen die Betätigung des Rückholmittels (5R) Position bewegliches Ventil umfasst.
- Dose gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Teil (5) eine Leitung (5T) mit einem Flansch (5U) zum Abstützen oder Anbringen an der Abdeckung (18) ist, wobei besagte Leitung (5T) eine vorteilhafterweise kegelstumpfförmiges, Innenplateau (5PI), vorzugsweise mit einer zum Inneren der Kammer (3) und des Beutels (4) weisenden Neigung, umfasst, wobei besagtes Innenplateau (5PI) eine oder mehrere der Öffnungen, vorteilhafterweise eine zentrale Öffnung (5PIO) aufweist, wobei besagte Leitung (5T) in dem zwischen dem Innenplateau (5PI) und dessen offenen, zum Inneren der Kammer (3) und des Beutels (4) hin gerichteten Ende angeordneten Teil (5TI), an einem Sitz (5S) für das Rückholmittel (5R) des Ventils (5V), verbunden ist, wobei besagtes Ventil (5V) ein Teil (5PI) aufweist, das geeignet ist, die besagte oder die besagten Öffnungen des Innenplateaus (5PI) in eine geschlossene Position besagten Ventils (5V) zu verschließen, wobei besagtes Rückholmittel (5R) besagtes Ventil (5V) zum inneren Plateau hin in besagte verschlossene Position drückt, während bei der Versetzung des Ventils (5V) eine geöffnete Position gegen die Betätigung des Rückholmittels (5R) eine oder mehrere der Öffnungen des Plateaus nicht mehr vom Ventil (5V) geöffnet sind, und, dass der Sitz (5S) und/oder der zwischen dem Innenplateau (5PI) und dessen geöffneten, zum Inneren der Kammer (3) und des Beutels (4) gerichteten Endes (5O) angeordnete Teil (5TI) eine oder mehrere der mit dem Inneren des Beutels (4) kommunizierenden Durchgänge aufweisen, wobei das Ventil (5V) vorteilhafterweise die Form einer durch Druck verformbaren und durch einen Finger (5D) verlängerte Glocke (5R) hat, wobei die Glocke (5R) einen dem Sitz haltgebenden Rand (5RB) aufweist und durch Formgebung des Rückholmittels aus Elastomermaterial realisiert ist, während der Sitz (5S) ein Mittel zum Beschränken der Bewegung des Rands (5RB) der Glocke (5R) bei dessen Bewegung in die geöffneten Position bei dessen Verformung mittels Druckbeaufschlagung auf besagten Finger (5D) aufweist.
- Dose gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese mit einer Abdeckung (C) mit einem Schnabelausgießer (BV) verbunden ist, wobei besagte Abdeckung (C) mit einem für wenigstens eine Anweisung zum Öffnen des Ventils (5V) geeigneten Mechanismus (M) verbunden ist.
- Dose gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der für wenigstens eine Anweisung zum Öffnen des Ventils (5V) geeignete Mechanismus (M) wenigstens ein zwischen einer angehobenen Position, in der das Ventil (5V) verschlossen ist, und einer abgesenkten Position, in der das Ventil (5V) in der geöffneten Position gegen die Betätigung des Rückholmittels bewegliches Mittel (M10) umfasst, wobei besagtes Mittel (M10) geeignet oder verbunden mit einem Mittel (M11) zum Zusammenwirken mit der Leitung (5T), in einer relativen Position des besagten Mittels bezüglich besagter Leitung (5T), um besagtes Mittel (M10) in verschlossener und das Ventil (5V) in einer geöffneten Position zu halten, ist.
- Dose gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Abdeckung (C) eine Kammer (CC) definierende Schürze (CJ) aufweist, wobei die Kammer den oberen Teil der Dose und deren Abdeckung (18) aufnimmt, wobei die durch eine Schürze (CJ) definierte Kammer (CC) einen über eine erste Öffnung(CFCO1) mit dem Schnabelausgießer (BV) und über eine zweite Öffnung (CFCO2) mit einem äußeren Medium entlang der Oberseite der Abdeckung (C) kommunizierenden zentralen Mantel (CFC) umfasst, wobei besagter zentraler Mantel (FCC) mit einer zumindest abschnittsweise drehbeweglich bezüglich des zentralen Mantels (FCC) angebrachten ersten Pfeife (M11) verbunden ist, wobei besagte erste Pfeife einen vertieften Zylinderkörper (M11A) einem mit einer Platte (M11P) mit einer zentralen Öffnung in Bezug auf die zweite Öffnung (CFCO2) und einem zentralen Führungsmantel (M11G), welcher koaxial zum Zylinderkörper (M11A) steht und mit der zweiten Öffnung (CFCO2) kommuniziert, wenn besagte erste Pfeife (M11) sich im Eingriff im zentralen Mantel (CFC) befindet, verbundenes Ende aufweist, und, dass das Mittel (M10) zum Anweisen des Ventils (V5) ein Mantel (M10A) mit einem durch eine Plate (M11B) geschlossenen Ende, welches mit einem einen gegenüber dem zentralen Führungsmantel (M11G) geöffneten und besagten Führungsmantel (M10G) aufnehmenden Hals (M10G) definierenden Teil (M10C) verbunden ist, wobei besagtes Teil (M10C) einen Halm oder eine Düsennadel (M10T) trägt, der/die zum Einwirken auf den Finger (5D) des Ventils (5V) bestimmt ist, wenn dieses Letztere in einer geöffneten Position ist, wobei besagter Mantel (M10A) beweglich oder wenigstens zur Bewegung bezüglich des vertieften Zylinderkörpers (M11A) befestigt ist, und, dass der vertiefte Zylinderkörper (M11A) eine Öffnung (M11O) aufweist, die mittels Drehung bezüglich des zentralen Mantels (CFC) gegebenenfalls in Hinblick auf die erste Öffnung (CFCO1) des zentralen Mantels (CFC) zugeführt werden kann, während der Mantel (M10A) eine Öffnung (M10O) aufweist, die durch axiale Translationsversetzung bezüglich des Zylinderkörpers (M11A) gegebenenfalls in Hinblick auf die Öffnung (M11O) des vertieften Zylinderkörpers (M11A) zugehführt werden kann, und, dass vorzugsweise das Mittel M10 oder das Mittel M11 lösbar bezüglich der Abdeckung (C) mit dem Ausgießer (BV) befestigt sind.
- Dose gemäß einer der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die eine oder mehreren Durchgänge (14) der mit dem Bereich der am Äußeren des Beutels (4) angeordneten Kammer (3) kommunizierenden Abdeckung mit einem in der Abdeckung erstreckenden Kanal (16) kommunizieren, wobei besagter Kanal (16) eine Wandlung des mit dem Inneren des Beutels (4) und nicht mit der Zone der außerhalb besagten Beutels (4) befindlichen Kammer (3) Verbindung stehenden Durchgangs (17) umgibt, und, dass sie vorteilhafter Weise ein Mittel (21) umfasst, wobei besagtes Mittel vorteilhafter Weise eine Schürze ist, die die eine oder mehreren Öffnungen der Passage(n) (14) gegenüber dem Kammerinneren (3) umgibt, wobei besagtes Schürze (21) vorzugsweise durch die Abdeckung (18) getragen wird, um die Anwesenheit wenigstens eines Luftvolumens in dem Teil Kammerinneren außerhalb des Beutels beim Füllen des Kammerinneren mit besagtem wässrigen Medium sicherstellt.
- Dose gemäß eines der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet das das Bodenteil (8) und die Abdeckung (18) jeweils einen Rand (10B, 18B) aufweisen, der dazu ausgelegt ist, sich auf der von der oder den Seitenflächen der Dose (1) definierten Innenfläche der Umhüllung (2) abzustützen, wobei besagter Rand (10B, 18B) vorteilhafterweise ein Element (10R, 18R) ist oder vorteilhafterweise mit einem einen geöffneten definierendes Element (10R, 18R) verbunden ist, das eine einen kreisrunden oder annularen Halm (10S oder 18S2) definiert, der zwischen zwei im wesentlichen zylindrischen Wänden (10S1, 10S2, 18S1, 18S2) mit vorzugsweise einem oder mehreren der sich bezüglich des Bodenbereichs (8) oder der Abdeckung (18) bei einer Rückzugsbewegung der Umhüllung (2), wenn die Enden der Umhüllung (2) mit dem Halm (10S, 18S) des jeweiligen Teils des Bodens (8) oder der Abdeckung (18) in Eingriff stehen, gegenüberliegenden Zähne oder Finger formenden Vorsprünge (10P, 18P) definiert ist, wobei besagter kreisrunder oder annularer Halm vorteilhafterweise mit einem elastischen oder verformbaren, zum Formen einer wenigstens wasserdichten Verbindung zwischen Umhüllung (2) und jeweils der Abdeckung (18) und des Bodenteils (8) geeigneten, Überzug (10T, 18T) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung, umfassend:(a) wenigstens eine Dose (1) gemäß einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 mit einer Innenkammer (3) in welcher sich ein flexibler Beutel (4) erstreckt, der ein flüssiges oder viskoses Nahrungsmittel zum Verbrauchen in einem geeigneten Temperaturbereich enthält, wobei besagte Dose (1) wenigstens einen Durchgang des oberen Teils der mit der Innenkammer des flexiblen Beutels (4) kommunizierenden Dose aufweist, wobei eine oder mehrere der Durchgänge (10, 15) der Dose (1) mit der Innenkammer (3) selbiger kommunizierend sind, an der Außenseite des flexiblen Beutels (4), und(b) eine Anordnung zum Verteilen einer Menge des in dem flexiblen, in das Kammerinnere (3) der besagten Dose (1) eingebrachten Beutel (4) enthaltenen flüssigen oder viskosen Nahrungsmittel in einem geeigneten Temperaturbereich,wobei besagte Anordnung wenigstens umfasst:- eine Struktur (100) mit wenigstens einem Tragelement (101) für wenigstens eine Dose;- ein oder wenigstens ein Behälter (102) für einen wässriges Medium;- ein Mittel (103) zum Anpassen der Temperatur wenigstens eines Teils des besagten wässrigen Mediums;- ein Rohr (104) mit einer anpassbaren Verbindung, um mit dem Durchgang des oberen, mit der Innenkammer des flexiblen Beutels kommunizierenden Teils der Dose zusammenzuwirken;- eine oder mehrere Verbindungen (106A, 106B) zum Verbinden einer oder mehrerer der mit der Innenkammer, an der Außenseite des flexiblen Beutels (4), der Dose kommunizierenden Durchgänge der Dose; und- ein Kreislauf (110) mit wenigstens einer Pumpe (111A, 111B), um das wässrige Medium mittels des Mittels (103) zirkulieren zu lassen, zum Anpassen der Temperatur des wenigstens einen Teil dieses, um das wässrige Medium in der Innenkammer (3) der Dose außerhalb des flexiblen Beutels (4) zirkulieren zu lassen und das wässrige Medium druckfrei in die Kammer (3) einzubringen, und- ein Kontrollmittel (105) einer Menge des zu verteilenden Nahrungsmittels, und vorteilhafterweise, eines der folgenden Merkmale:- der Kreislauf (110) ist in Verbindung mit einem Belüftungsventil (130) verbunden, also zum Evakuieren der im Kreislauf befindlichen Luft und zum Einleiten von Luft in den Kreislauf (110), und/oder- der Kreislauf (110) ist mit wenigstens auf einem sich unterhalb der sich auf dem Tragelement abstützen Dose(n) befindlichen Niveaus befindlichen Ausdehnungsgefäß verbunden, und/oder- die Anordnung umfasst ein die Qualität des in dem flexiblen Beutel (4) der Dose befindlichen flüssigen oder viskosen Mediums bestimmendes Kontrollgerät, und/oder- die Anordnung umfasst ein Qualitätssteuergerät zum Verteilen des Nahrungsmittels außerhalb des Beutels, und/oder- die Anordnung umfasst eine oder mehrere Sicherungen, für den Fall, dass das Niveau des wässrigen Mediums ein vorbestimmtes Niveau in dem Behälter oder in dem Ausdehnungsgefäß erreicht,wobei die Struktur (100) weiterhin vorteilhafterweise ein relativ zum Tragelement (101) zwischen einer offenen oder angehobenen Position, die die Platzierung der Dose (1) auf dem Tragelement erlaubt, und einer geschlossenen oder abgesenkten Position, die eine Platzierung der Dose (1) auf dem Tragelement oder ein Anheben der Dose von dem Tragelement (101) verhindert, bewegliches Teil (1120) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das Tragelement (101) eine oder mehrere mit wenigstens einen Durchgang des unteren, mit der Innenkammer (3) der Dose (1) außerhalb des Beutels (4) kommunizierenden Teils (1I) zusammenwirkenden Verbindungsmittel (106B) umfasst, wobei der oder die Verbindungsmittel (106B) mit einem oder mehreren Nahrungsmittelzuleitungen oder Evakuierungsleitungen (11) des wässrigen Mediums besagten Kreislaufs (110) verknüpft sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das relativ zum Tragelement (101) bewegliche Teil (1120) ein mit einem Durchgang (17) der mit dem Inneren des Beutels (4) und mit einem Verteilungsrohr (104) kommunizierenden Dose zusammenwirkendes Verbindungsmittel (106A) umfasst, und ein mit einem Durchgang (14) der mit der Innenkammer (3) kommunizierenden außerhalb des Beutels (4) zusammenwirkendes Verbindungsmittel (106A), in welchem, wenn das bewegliche Teil (1120) sich in der offenen Position befindet, besagte Verbindungsmittel (106A) von den Durchgängen der Dose entfernt sind, während wenn besagtes bewegliches Teil (1120) in einer geschlossenen Person ist, besagte Verbindungsmittel sich in einer mit einem Durchgang der mit dem Inneren des Beutels und mit einem Verteilungsrohr verbundenen Dose zusammenwirkenden Position befinden, sowie zum Zusammenwirken mit einem Durchgang (14) der Dose mit der Kammer (3) der Außenseite des Beutels (4) kommunizierend ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß eine der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine oder mehrere ein mit wenigstens einem Durchgang des unteren Teils einer sich auf dem betreffenden Tragelement (101) abstützenden Dose zusammenwirkenden Verbindungsmittel (106B) aufweisende Tragelemente (101) umfasst.
- Verteilungsverfahren eines flüssigen Nahrungsmittels oder Viskosnahrungsmittels, das die Vorrichtung gemäß einer der Ansprüche 11 bis 14 verwendet,
in welcher man die Temperatur eines wässrigen Mediums anpasst und/oder kontrolliert, in welchem man den Betrieb der Pumpe zum drucklos Einleiten des wässrigen, eine angepasste oder kontrollierte Temperatur aufweisenden Mediums in die Dose steuert und
in welcher man den Beutel in der Dose komprimiert, um einer Menge des flüssigen oder viskosen Nahrungsmittels des Beutels zu erlauben durch das Rohr zu treten, um einen Rezipienten aufzufüllen. - Abdeckung (C) in Verbindung mit der starren Dose gemäß einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei besagte starre Dose eine oder mehrere eine Innenkammer , in welchem sich einen flexibler, zum Beinhalten eines flüssigen oder viskosen Mediums zum Verbrauchen bei einer geeigneten Verbrauchstemperatur bestimmter Beutel (4) befindet, definierende Wände (2) aufweist, wobei besagter Beutel (4) mit einem ersten eine Leitung (5T) und einem gegen ein Rückholmittel (5R) zwischen einer angehobenen oder verschlossenen Position, um den Fluiddurchgang durch das Rohr (5T) zu hindern, und einer angehobenen oder geöffneten Position, bewegbares Ventil (5V) umfassenden Teil (5) verbunden ist, wobei besagte Abdeckung (C) mit einem Schnabelausgießer (BV) mit einem zumindest zum Steuern der Öffnung des Ventils (5) geeigneten Mechanismus (M) verbunden ist, in dessen Ventil der angepasste Mechanismus (M) zumindest zum Steuern der Öffnung des Ventils (5V) gegen das Rückermittel wenigstens ein gegen die Betätigung des Rückholmittels (5R) zwischen einer angehobenen Position, um das Ventil in einer geschlossenen Position zu verbringen, und einer abgesenkten Position, um das Ventil (5V) in eine geöffnete Position zu verbringen, bewegbares Mittel (M10) umfasst, wobei besagtes bewegliches Mittel (M10) an ein Mittel (M11) zum Zusammenwirken mit der Leitung (5T) angepasst oder verbunden ist, in einer relativen Position zu besagten Mittel (M11) bezüglich besagter Leitung (5T), um besagtes Mittel (M10) in angehobener Position zu halten und das Ventil (5V) in einer offenen Position zu halten.
