Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ausgeben von Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere Getränken, von dem Typ, der aufweist:
    ein Gehäuse (1), das mindestens mit Seitenwänden und einer oberen Wandung (2) versehen ist,
    eine auf der oberen Wandung (2) des Gehäuses angebrachte kragenförmige Aufnahme (4), die dazu geeignet ist, den Hals (19) eines umgestürzten Behälters (R) aufzunehmen, welcher die auszugebende Flüssigkeit enthält, wobei die kragenförmige Aufnahme (4) eine untere Wandung (9) aufweist, die von einer Hülse (10) durchsetzt ist,
    mindestens einen Zwischenspeicher (21), der dazu geeignet ist, Einrichtungen zum Behandeln der Flüssigkeit wie einer Heizung, einer Kühlung (29) oder Einrichtungen zum Versetzen mit Kohlensäure zugeordnet zu werden,
    Außenluft-Einlaßeinrichtungen (33 bis 41) im oberen Abschnitt des Zwischenspeichers (21),
    einen Auslaßstutzen (11), durch den hindurch entlang seiner Länge mindestens eine "Flüssigkeits"-Passage (12) verläuft, wobei dieser Stutzen dazu geeignet ist, in den Hals (19) des umgestürzten Behälters (R) vorzustehen und somit eine Verbindung dieses Behälter mit dem Zwischenspeicher (21) herzustellen, wobei der Auslaßstutzen (11) in der Hülse (10) aufgenommen ist, und
    mindestens ein von außen her zugängliches Leitungsventil (46), das auf einer Auslaßleitung (45) angebracht ist, die mit dem Zwischenspeicher (21) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (21) an seinem oberen Abschnitt einen Ansatz (30) aufweist, der geeignet ist, unmittelbar am unteren Ende der Hülse (10) in dichtenden Eingriff gebracht zu werden.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (21) aus einem mittels Blasformen in einem Stück geformten Plastikmaterial gefertigt ist und an seinem oberen Abschnitt (26) eine Wandung mit relativ hoher Steifigkeit aufweist, und einen unteren Abschnitt (25) mit relativ geringer Steifigkeit, der geeignet ist, in einer Kühlwanne (28) in Eingriff gebracht zu werden, wobei diese Abschnitte durch eine Einschnürung (24) ihres Querschnitts voneinander getrennt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Abschnitt der Kühlwanne (28) die Einschnürung (24) derart umgibt, daß ein Luftkissen in dem zwischen der Einschnürung und dem oberen Abschnitt der Wanne (28) befindlichen Freiraum eingeschlossen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Freiraum, der zwischen der Einschnürung (24) des Zwischenspeichers (21) und dem diese umgebenden oberen Abschnitt der Kühlwanne (28) enthalten ist, mit einem wärmedämmenden Material (55) ausgefüllt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (21) an der Wandung mit einer relativ hohen Steifigkeit seines oberen Abschnitts (26) eine bestimmte Anzahl von Anschlußstutzen (43, 52, 54) aufweist, insbesondere einen unteren Anschlußstutzen (43) für den Austritt von kühler Flüssigkeit, der mit einer Innenröhre (44) verbunden ist, welche in der Nähe des Bodens (22) des Zwischenspeichers (21) ausmündet, und mindestens einen oberen Anschlußstutzen (52, 54) für den Austritt von Flüssigkeit mit einer Temperatur nahe der Umgebungstemperatur, welcher in den oberen Abschnitt (26) ausmündet.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (21) eine längliche Formgebung aufweist, wobei das Maß seines Querschnitts um ein Mehrfaches geringer als seine Höhe ist.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (21) am Ende seines oberen Abschnitts (26) geneigte Flächen (27) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Abschnitt (26) des Zwischenspeichers (21) als integrierenden Bestandteil eine Leitung (31) aufweist, welche als Träger (40) für Filtereinrichtungen (33, 34) dient, welche die Außenluft-Einlaßeinrichtungen (33 bis 41) aufweisen.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitung (31) einen oberen Abschnitt (37) mit erweitertem Querschnitt aufweist, der ein Gitter (33) zum Tragen einer Filterplatte (34) trägt, deren Fläche relativ groß ist.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Membran (38) mit einer mittigen Öffnung (39) mit ihrem Umfangsrand zwischen dem Gitter (33) und einer Auflageschulter (40) der Leitung (31) eingespannt ist, wobei die Anordnung derart ist, daß die mittige Öffnung (39) im Fall eines Anstiegs der Flüssigkeit in der Leitung (31) durch Anlage ihres Umfangs an einem Abstützsitz (42) des Gitters (33) verschlossen wird.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitung (31) des weiteren eine Führung für einen Schwimmer (32) darstellt, wobei die Anordnung derart ist, daß im Fall eines Anstiegs der Flüssigkeit in der Leitung (31) der damit einhergehende Anstieg des Schwimmers die Anlage des Umfangs der mittigen Öffnung (39) der Membran (38) gegen den Abstützsitz (42) des Gitters (33) hervorruft.
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Abschnitt mit erweitertem Querschnitt (37) durch einen Schraubverschluß (35) verschlossen ist, welcher einerseits das Einspannen eines Teils des Umfangsrands der Filterplatte (34) gegen das Gitter (33), andererseits das Einspannen des Umfangsrands der Membran (38) gegen die Auflageschulter (40) hervorruft.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß (35) seitliche Lüftungsöffnungen (36) aufweist, welche den Eintritt von Außenluft auf die Filterplatte (34) hin gestatten.
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kragenförmige Aufnahme (4) elastische Halteelemente (6) aufweist, die dazu geeignet sind, unter dem Rand einer Aussparung (3) in der oberen Wandung (2) des Gehäuses (1) einzurasten, wenn die Aufnahme in diese Aussparung eingeführt wurde.
