Claims (29)

  1. 一種用以施配一液體之施配系統，包含：一內側撓性容器，用以容納該液體且具有一外表面，該內側撓性容器包含一附裝凸片，該附裝凸片界定貫穿該附裝凸片的一貫穿孔；以及一外側撓性容器，實質環繞該內側撓性容器，該外側撓性容器界定一至少以一內側部及一外側部為界之壓力室，該內側部係與該內側撓性容器之該外表面相接觸，該外側撓性容器具有一縫份，其中該縫份之一第一部分設置於該貫穿孔之一第一側上，且該縫份之一第二部分設置於該貫穿孔之一第二側上，且其中該縫份之該第一部分附裝至該縫份之該第二部分。
  2. 如請求項1所述之施配系統，更包含：一第一附件，可操作地與該內側撓性容器相耦合且適可傳遞往來於該內側撓性容器之該液體；以及一第二附件，可操作地與該外側撓性容器相耦合且適可傳遞往來於該外側撓性容器之流體。
  3. 如請求項2所述之施配系統，其中該第一附件及該第二附件相配合以作為一附件總成，該附件總成適可自該容置容器之該內腔排出氣體。
  4. 如請求項2所述之施配系統，其中該流體係為一氣體。
  5. 如請求項1所述之施配系統，更具有一容置容器，具有一界定一內腔之內表面，該內側撓性容器及該外側撓性容器係設置於該內腔內，該外側撓性容器之該外側部係受該容置容器限制，其中該容置容器係為一剛性結構。
  6. 如請求項1所述之施配系統，其中該內側撓性容器包含過氟 烷氧基(perfluoroalkoxy)。
  7. 如請求項1所述之施配系統，其中該外側撓性容器包含聚乙烯。
  8. 如請求項1所述之施配系統，包含：該內側撓性容器包含一第一薄片材料，該第一薄片材料包含聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene)，該薄片材料具有小於0.25毫米之一厚度；一外側撓性構件，實質環繞該內側撓性容器，該內側撓性容器之該外表面係被該外側撓性構件實質密封，該外側撓性構件包含一第二薄片材料，該第二薄片材料具有較該聚四氟乙烯為低之氣體可滲透性且具有小於0.25毫米之一厚度；以及一容置容器，界定一內腔，該內側撓性容器及該外側撓性構件係設置於該內腔內並受該容置容器侷限。
  9. 如請求項8所述之施配系統，其中該第二薄片材料包含聚乙烯。
  10. 一種製造一用以施配一液體之施配系統之方法，包含：形成一包含一附裝凸片之內側撓性容器；形成一貫穿該附裝凸片之貫穿孔；形成一具有一縫份(seam allowance)之外側撓性容器；圍繞該外側撓性容器於該內側撓性容器，以使該縫份之一第一部分設置於該貫穿孔之一第一側上，且該縫份之一第二部分設置於該貫穿孔之一第二側上；以及藉由該貫穿孔，附裝該縫份之該第一部分至該縫份之該第二部分。
  11. 如請求項10所述之製造該施配系統之方法，更包含： 選取一用於形成該內側撓性容器及該附裝凸片之第一材料；以及選取一用於形成該外側撓性容器及該縫份之第二材料，該第二材料具有一不同於該第一材料之成分。
  12. 如請求項11所述之製造該施配系統之方法，其中該第一材料包含過氟烷氧基且該第二材料包含聚乙烯。
  13. 如請求項10所述之製造該施配系統之方法，其中附裝該縫份之該第一部分至該縫份之該第二部分之該步驟包含焊接該縫份之該第一部分至該縫份之該第二部分。
  14. 一種用於一流體施配總成之鍵碼系統，包含：一內側撓性容器，用以容納該流體且具有一外表面，該內側撓性容器包含一附裝凸片，該附裝凸片界定貫穿該附裝凸片的一貫穿孔；一外側撓性容器，實質環繞該內側撓性容器，該外側撓性容器界定一至少以一內側部及一外側部為界之壓力室，該內側部係與該內側撓性容器之該外表面相接觸；一容置容器，具有一界定一內腔之內表面，該內側撓性容器及該外側撓性容器係設置於該內腔內，該外側撓性容器之該外側部係受該容置容器限制；一帽總成，緊固至該容置容器，該帽總成包含帽體、一第一總體對齊結構及一帽鍵碼環，該帽鍵碼環界定該帽總成之一肩部且包含可自該帽總成上方進入之至少一狹槽；以及一施配頭總成，有效地與該帽總成相耦合，該施配頭總成包含一第二總體對齊結構及一施配頭鍵碼環，該施配頭鍵碼環包含至少一突起部，該至少一突起部係與該至少一狹槽對齊並設置於該至少一狹槽內，該第二總體對齊結構與該第 一總體對齊結構相配合，以使該至少一突起部與該至少一狹槽對齊。
  15. 如請求項14所述之鍵碼系統，其中該帽鍵碼環係可自該帽體分離。
  16. 如請求項14所述之鍵碼系統，其中該等突起部自該鍵碼環向下延伸。
  17. 如請求項14所述之鍵碼系統，其中該至少一狹槽與該至少一突起部係具有相等之數量。
  18. 如請求項14所述之鍵碼系統，其中該第一總體對齊結構與該第二總體對齊結構其中之一界定一凹口。
  19. 一種用於一流體施配系統之通用鍵碼裝置，包含：一內側撓性容器，用以容納該液體且具有一外表面，該內側撓性容器包含一附裝凸片，該附裝凸片定義貫穿該附裝凸片的一貫穿孔；一外側撓性容器，實質環繞該內側撓性容器，該外側撓性容器界定一至少以一內側部及一外側部為界之壓力室，該內側部係與該內側撓性容器之該外表面相接觸；一容置容器，具有一界定一內腔之內表面，該內側撓性容器及該外側撓性容器係設置於該內腔內，該外側撓性容器之該外側部係受該容置容器限制；一本體，緊固至該容置容器，該本體具有一上表面及一外周緣以及界定複數狹槽之結構，該複數狹槽靠近該外周緣，該等狹槽延伸貫穿該上表面，該本體包含一對齊結構，以與一帽總成之一帽體及一施配頭其中之一旋轉對齊；以及複數按鍵凸片，分別與對應之該複數狹槽其中之一橋接，且至少部分地阻止可自該上表面之該對應狹槽進入。
  20. 如請求項19所述之通用鍵碼裝置，其中該複數按鍵凸片與該複數狹槽係具有相等之數量。
  21. 如請求項19所述之通用鍵碼裝置，其中該複數按鍵凸片係易碎地連接至該本體。
  22. 如請求項19所述之通用鍵碼裝置，其中該本體係為一環形物。
  23. 如請求項19所述之通用鍵碼裝置，其中該等狹槽延伸貫穿該外周緣。
  24. 一種用以施配一液體之施配系統，包含：一容置容器，界定一佔用面積；一內側撓性容器，用以容納該液體且具有一外表面，該內側撓性容器包含一附裝凸片，該附裝凸片定義貫穿該附裝凸片的一貫穿孔；一外側撓性容器，實質環繞該內側撓性容器，該外側撓性容器界定一至少以一內側部及一外側部為界之壓力室，該內側部係與該內側撓性容器之該外表面相接觸；一帽體，有效地與該容置容器相耦合，該帽體包含自該帽體沿徑向向外凸伸而完全相對之銷；一凸輪致動施配頭，有效地與該帽體相耦合；以及一致動器握把，可樞轉地安裝至該帽體，該致動器握把包含複數拱形狹槽，該複數拱形狹槽與該等完全相對之銷相嚙合以將該凸輪致動施配頭緊固至該帽體，該致動器握把係經造型以當該凸輪致動施配頭與該帽體完全嚙合時，使該致動器握把位於該容置容器之該佔用面積內。
  25. 如請求項24所述之施配系統，更包含一自該帽體沿徑向向外凸伸之握持環，該握持環係延伸靠近該致動器握把之一末梢部。
  26. 如請求項24所述之施配系統，其中該施配頭包含複數掣子且該致動器握把包含複數插口，當該凸輪致動施配頭與該帽體完全嚙合時，該複數插口與該複數掣子相嚙合。
  27. 如請求項24所述之施配系統，更包含一具有一末端之汲取管部，該汲取管部懸掛於該施配頭，該汲取管部包含一位於外部之通道，該通道終止於該汲取管部之該末端。
  28. 一種光刻處理系統，包含：一微影處理器；一容置器，用於一容置容器；一加壓氣體源；一容置容器，設置於該容置器中且容納一抗蝕流體，並包含用以施配位於該容置容器中之該光阻液體之一撓性聚合物施配容器，該撓性聚合物施配容器具有一接至該容置容器外部之流體流動連接，用以施配該光阻液體；以及一撓性加壓容器，與該施配容器呈一面對關係地定位於該容置容器中並界定一至少以一內側部及一外側部為界之壓力室，該加壓容器可連接至該容置容器外之該加壓氣體源，其中該加壓容器可膨脹以將該施配容器中之該光阻液體壓迫出該容置容器到達該微影處理器。
  29. 如請求項28所述之光刻處理系統，其中該容置容器係為一剛性容器。
