Definitions

  • the invention relates to a knitted fabric with interlinked by stitching warp threads which extend in the longitudinal direction of the knitted fabric.
  • the invention relates to a method for producing a knitted fabric, in which one uses two knitting needle contours and thread feeding elements and connecting in the longitudinal direction of the knitted warp threads by stitching, wherein the thread feeding elements are at least partially formed as Jacquard elements.
  • JP 2005-042266 shows a warp knitted fabric, which is formed by ten yarn feeding elements, four of which are formed as Jaquard elements. Furthermore, two knitting needle contours are provided. Pole threads are laid by a basic bar. The threads laid by the Jaquard bars are called pattern threads.
  • EP 1 876 274 A1 describes a warp knitted fabric and a method for its production. Here is a tubular knitted fabric produced in the Intermediate areas of the front and the back of the hose are stacked and interconnected.
  • a knit fabric is usually made so that warp threads, which are arranged side by side in a warp beam arrangement, are removed from the warp beam and are guided around by needles around knitting needles to form stitches.
  • adjacent warp threads are meshed with each other in such a stitch formation.
  • stitching may not only occur with the next adjacent warp yarns, but also with the next but one or more distant warp threads. Nevertheless, the warp threads basically run in the longitudinal direction.
  • knitwear In the formation of knitwear there are pure fabrics, which are referred to below as “single-ply knitted fabric". In addition, there are spacer fabrics. In a spacer fabric two cover layers are provided which are formed as surface layers. These two cover layers are interconnected by so-called spacer threads, which are also referred to as “pile threads”. In addition, there are so-called Schlauchgewirke.
  • a tubular knitted fabric is a knitted fabric with two layers of a flat material which are connected to each other only at their longitudinal edges.
  • a tubular knit can be used, for example, to form a container, in particular a sack or a bag. In this case, it is only necessary to connect the two layers of the tubular fabric at the end of a section in the longitudinal direction with each other in order to close the container.
  • a spacer fabric is often used as a cushioning material. Even if a cover is desired, which has a good air permeability, it often falls back on a spacer knitted fabric.
  • the invention has for its object to make the production of textile articles with multiple functions simple.
  • This object is achieved in a knitted fabric of the type mentioned in that in the longitudinal direction one behind the other at least one formed as a spacer fabric section, a trained as a single-layer knitted fabric section and designed as a tubular fabric section are arranged.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric is preferably designed as a right-right knitted fabric.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric thus consists of two superimposed outer layers, which are, however, connected to each other flat, so that they ultimately form only a single layer.
  • a right-right knitted fabric can be easily produced on a double-faced knitting machine, so that with the same knitting machine both the spacer knitted fabric and the tubular knitted fabric and moreover the single-layer knitted fabric can be produced.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric is preferably arranged between the spacer knitted fabric and the tubular knitted fabric.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric can then perform a kind of hinge function between the spacer knitted fabric and the tubular knitted fabric.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric generates one end of the tubular fabric a connection of the two cover layers, so that in this way the "bottom" of a bag or a bag are formed, the remaining walls (except for a lid) are formed by the tubular knitted fabric.
  • the spacer fabric has a greater extent in the longitudinal direction than the tubular knitted fabric.
  • the spacer fabric has an extension in the longitudinal direction, which is at least twice as large as the extension of the tubular fabric in the longitudinal direction.
  • both cover layers of the tubular fabric can be covered by the spacer fabric, so that a cushioning in the full extent of the tubular fabric is possible.
  • the spacer fabric is preferably arranged in the thickness direction symmetrically with respect to the single-layer knitted fabric. It is not a symmetry in the mathematically narrow sense. Rather, it is sufficient if the single-ply knitted fabric is arranged approximately in the middle of the spacer knitted fabric in the thickness direction, that is between about 40% and 60% of the thickness of the spacer knitted fabric in one direction over the spacer fabric and the remaining remainder of the thickness in the other direction. This one is relatively free in the design of the knitted fabric, because it does not matter later, in which direction the spacer knitted fabric is folded or bent over the single-ply knitted fabric.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric has an extension in the longitudinal direction, which is at least as large as a thickness of the spacer knitted fabric projecting beyond the single-ply knitted fabric.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric has a lengthwise extension at least as great as a thickness of a hose formed by the tubular knit fabric. This too is a measure to ensure that a container formed by the tubular knitted fabric can be covered on at least one side by the spacer knitted fabric and thus upholstered.
  • a spacer fabric portion is disposed on one side of a portion of the tubular fabric and a single-ply fabric portion on the opposite side of the tubular fabric.
  • the spacer fabric can be folded down from the opening of the container formed by the tubular fabric on at least one side wall of the tubular fabric to cushion it there.
  • a spacer fabric is arranged, you can cover both sides of the container formed by the tubular knit fabric with high reliability and thus cushion.
  • the spacer fabric has sections with different thicknesses transversely to the longitudinal direction. This can be done, for example, a pattern or you can a later purpose of a container, which is formed by means of Schlauchgewirkes bill wear.
  • a container for a sensitive article and select the thickness of the spacer knitted fabric at the points where the sensitive article requires special protection.
  • the object is achieved in a method of the type mentioned above in that one uses at least four independent yarn feeding elements and the jacquard elements controls so that they are used depending on a predetermined fabric structure for Polige or surface formation, wherein one behind the other in the longitudinal direction at least a section formed as a spacer knitted fabric, a section formed as a single-layered knitted fabric, and a section formed as a tubular knitted fabric.
  • the different goods structures ie spacer knitted fabric, single-ply knitted fabric and tubular knitted fabric can be imaged in a knitted fabric.
  • This is done in a simple manner by the targeted selection of needles, which are to form a stitch on one or both needle contours. Selecting all needles that are to make a stitch on the front and back needle contour creates a spacer knit. If only the edges are closed, a hose is created. If the front thread feeding elements are integrated on the rear knitting needle contour and vice versa, a right - right knitted fabric is created.
  • the jacquard elements are used to pattern at least one surface.
  • Sequencing of the individual reports can be realized for example by a pattern control computer.
  • different structures are produced in the width direction of the knitted fabric. This gives a great flexibility in the production of knitwear.
  • Fig. 1 shows in highly schematized form a knitted fabric 1. The representation is not to scale.
  • the knitted fabric 1 is formed by connecting a plurality of longitudinally running 2 warp threads together by stitches.
  • a section formed as a spacer fabric 3 In the longitudinal direction 2 in succession, a section formed as a spacer fabric 3, a section formed as a single-layer knitted fabric 4 and a section formed as a tubular knitted fabric 5 are arranged.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric 4 is formed as a right-right knitted fabric.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric 4 is arranged between the knitted spacer fabric 3 and the tubular knitted fabric 5.
  • the three sections ie the spacer fabric 3, the single-ply knitted fabric 4 and the tubular knitted fabric 5 are formed by continuous warp threads, i. no further action is needed to tie these three sections together.
  • a guide bar assembly can be used, as shown schematically in FIG Fig. 2 is shown.
  • a base bar GB1 defines a front surface layer 6.
  • the guide bars GB7 and GB8 lay threads for a rear surface layer 7.
  • a guide bar GB6 defines pile threads 8, which may also be referred to as "spacer threads”.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric 4 is designed as a so-called "simplex" knit.
  • Such a single-ply knitted fabric 4 has the two surface layers 6, 7, which are, however, directly adjacent to each other and are also connected to each other in the stitch-forming operations.
  • the two layers 6, 7 are thus intimately and inseparably connected.
  • the tubular knitted fabric 5 again consists of the two surface layers 6, 7, which are connected directly to one another only at the longitudinal edges running in the longitudinal direction 2.
  • the knitted fabric 1 with the three different types of knitted fabric can thus be produced by using a machine with two needle beds based on the active technology, with at least four independent thread feeding elements.
  • the thread guide elements are based here in any case in the Jacquard bars JB2 - JB5 on a piezo jacquard technology.
  • the arrangement of the jacquard elements is chosen so that the Jacquard bars JB2 - JB5 can be used both for Pol upset as well as for the patterning of surfaces.
  • the different sections with pole spacer fabric 3
  • simplex simplex
  • hose tubular knitted fabric 5
  • the tubular fabric 5 forms a container with an open front side 9 through which the telephone can be inserted.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric 4 connects, which closes the container, so to speak at the lower end, so that the telephone used can not fall down.
  • the spacer knitted fabric 3 can be folded over onto the tubular knitted fabric 5 in order to cushion the outside of the tubular knitted fabric 5.
  • the spacer fabric 3 has a greater extent in the longitudinal direction 2 than the tubular fabric 5. This extension can even be at least be twice as large as the extension of the tubular fabric 5 in the longitudinal direction 2. This makes it possible to run up the spacer fabric 3 on one side of the tubular fabric and fold down after folding the spacer fabric 3 on the other side of the tubular fabric again.
  • the spacer fabric 3 then simultaneously closes the opening of a front side 9.
  • the container which by the
  • Spacer fabric 5 is formed, is then padded around it automatically, because the spacer fabric 3 with the pile threads 8 is able to absorb certain shocks and pressures.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric 4 is arranged approximately in the middle of the spacer knitted fabric 3, i.
  • the spacer fabric 3 is arranged symmetrically in the thickness direction to the single-layer knitted fabric 4.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric 4 is arranged in a range of 40% to 60% of the thickness of the spacer fabric 3, the thickness being the distance between the front surface layer 6 and the back surface layer 7.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric 4 can also connect to the spacer knitted fabric 3 so that it continues one of the two surface layers 6, 7.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric 4 preferably not only forms the lower closure of the bag or pocket formed by the tubular knit 5, but also forms a kind of hinge. Accordingly, it is advantageous if the single-ply knitted fabric 4 has an extension in the longitudinal direction 2 which is at least as large as a thickness of the spacer knit 3 projecting beyond the single-ply knitted fabric 4. This ensures that the knitted fabric 3 is folded over onto the tubular knit fabric 5 can, without causing problems here.
  • the single-ply knitted fabric 4 has an extension in the longitudinal direction 2, which is at least as large as a thickness of a hose formed by the tubular fabric 5. In this case, it is also ensured that the spacer knitted fabric 3 can be folded up to the longitudinal side of the tubular fabric 5 by means of the single-layer knitted fabric 4.
  • the spacer fabric 3 can have sections with different thicknesses transversely to the longitudinal direction 2.
  • the spacer fabric 3 and the cushioning effect associated therewith may be adapted to the article to be received in the tubular fabric 5 when used for a bag or sack.
  • spacer fabric 3, single-layer knitted fabric 4 and tubular knitted fabric 5 is only an example. It can also be provided that a section of spacer fabric 3 is arranged on one side of a section of tubular knitted fabric 5 and a section of single-layer knitted fabric 4 on the opposite side of the tubular knitted fabric 5. In the latter case, one can connect to the section with single-layer knitted fabric 4 again a section with spacer fabric 3, for example, to cover both sides of the tubular fabric 5 with shorter sections of spacer fabric 3.
  • the thinner right - right passages are easy to drape.
  • the surfaces of the individual structures can be designed freely. Patterns can be integrated for functional areas with air permeability and breathable areas with matching reinforcements, or you can use the surface to design the knit fabric through colors and shapes.
  • the arrangement of the warp knitting machine used allows any number of needles or thread feeding elements that are necessary for the different areas. As a result, different structures can be worked not only in the direction of production, but also in the width direction of the knitted fabric.
  • the input and juxtaposition of the individual reports can be realized for example by a pattern control computer.
  • shoes, garments, backpacks, jackets, seating and mattress fabrics, packaging, etc. can be made.
