Claims (16)

  1. Procédé d'application de pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) d'un matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé sur le dos (2) d'un corps d'ouvrage (1), dans lequel ledit corps d'ouvrage (1) est transporté dans une direction de convoyage (10'), sur une chaîne (7) de production de livres, et le dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1) est muni d'un adhésif (8), et
    des pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) dudit matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé sont appliquées en succession, à l'aide d'au moins un moyen convoyeur, sur ledit dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1) qui est muni dudit adhésif (8),
    caractérisé par le fait que,
    dans un premier temps, le dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1) est muni de l'adhésif (8) sur l'intégralité de sa longueur (9), en une unique opération de dépôt,
    après quoi une première pièce (3), ou une première pièce (3) et au moins une pièce supplémentaire (4) du matériau (23, 33) de doublage contrecollé, puis au moins une deuxième pièce (5), ou une deuxième pièce (5) et au moins une pièce supplémentaire (6) dudit matériau (43, 38) de doublage contrecollé, sont appliquées avec chevauchement réciproque, respectivement par un premier moyen convoyeur (60) et par un second moyen convoyeur (64), sur ledit dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1) qui est muni dudit adhésif (8).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) du matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé sont positionnées sur le dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1), par les moyens convoyeurs (60, 64), de façon telle que lesdites pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) au nombre minimal de deux, se chevauchant réciproquement, recouvrent l'intégralité du dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'une première pièce (3) du matériau (23) de doublage contrecollé et une deuxième pièce (5) dudit matériau (43) de doublage contrecollé sont appliquées, respectivement par le premier moyen convoyeur (60) et par le second moyen convoyeur (64), sur le dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1) muni de l'adhésif (8) ; sachant qu'entre ladite première pièce (3) et ladite deuxième pièce (5), au moins une pièce supplémentaire (4) du matériau (33) de doublage contrecollé est appliquée par ledit premier moyen convoyeur (60) sur le dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1), conjointement à ladite première pièce (3) et avec chevauchement par rapport à ladite première pièce (3), et/ou une pièce supplémentaire (6) dudit matériau (38) de doublage contrecollé est appliquée par ledit second moyen convoyeur (64) sur ledit dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1), conjointement à ladite deuxième pièce (5) et avec chevauchement par rapport à ladite deuxième pièce (5) ; sachant que chaque pièce (5, 6) dudit matériau (43, 38) de doublage contrecollé, devant être postérieurement appliquée sur le dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1), est appliquée avec chevauchement par rapport à une pièce (3, 4) déjà précédemment appliquée sur ledit dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1) ; et sachant que les pièces (3, 4, 5, 6), respectivement appliquées sur ledit dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1), recouvrent ce dernier sur l'intégralité de sa longueur (9).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens convoyeurs (60, 64) sont pourvus d'au moins un élément respectif d'aspiration (63, 67) comprenant un premier segment (68) et au moins un second segment (74), la première pièce (3) du matériau (23) de doublage contrecollé et la deuxième pièce (5) dudit matériau (43) de doublage contrecollé étant appliquées, respectivement par le premier segment (68) du premier élément d'aspiration (63) et par le premier segment (68) du second élément d'aspiration (67), sur le dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1), tandis qu'aucune pièce supplémentaire (4, 6) dudit matériau (33, 38) de doublage contrecollé n'est appliquée sur ledit dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1) par le second segment (74) respectif, à présence minimale sur les éléments d'aspiration (63, 67); sachant que ledit second segment (74) à présence minimale est respectivement décalé ou fait l'objet d'un décalage tel, par rapport au premier segment (68), qu'une surface de contact (69) dudit premier segment (68) touche le dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1), cependant qu'une surface de contact (75) dudit second segment (74) à présence minimale est située à distance dudit dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau (23) de doublage contrecollé destiné à la première pièce (3), de même que le matériau (33) de doublage contrecollé destiné à la pièce supplémentaire (4) à présence minimale, sont délivrés avec chevauchement réciproque par rapport au premier moyen convoyeur (60), et/ou le matériau (43) de doublage contrecollé destiné à la deuxième pièce (5), de même que le matériau (38) de doublage contrecollé destiné à la pièce supplémentaire (6) à présence minimale, sont délivrés avec chevauchement réciproque par rapport au second moyen convoyeur (64).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que, pendant ou après l'application de pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) d'un matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé sur le dos (2) d'un premier corps d'ouvrage (1), sur la chaîne (7) de production de livres, des pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) d'un matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé sont pareillement appliquées sur le dos (2) d'un autre corps d'ouvrage (1) ; sachant que le dos (2) dudit autre corps d'ouvrage (1) présente une longueur (9) différant de celle du dos (2) dudit premier corps d'ouvrage (1) ; et sachant que les moyens convoyeurs (60, 64) sont animés, dans la direction (10') du convoyage ou en sens inverse de cette dernière, de coulissements tels qu'après exécution des étapes 1.3 et 1.4, la première pièce (3) du matériau (23) de doublage contrecollé, ainsi que la deuxième pièce (5) dudit matériau (43) de doublage contrecollé, ou bien ladite première pièce (3) et au moins une pièce supplémentaire (4) dudit matériau (23, 33) de doublage contrecollé, de même que ladite deuxième pièce (5) et au moins une pièce supplémentaire (6) dudit matériau (43, 38) de doublage contrecollé, recouvrent l'intégralité du dos (2) dudit autre corps d'ouvrage (1) avec chevauchement réciproque.
  7. Dispositif dévolu à l'application de pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) d'un matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé sur le dos (2) d'un corps d'ouvrage (1), comprenant un appareil de convoyage (10) affecté au transport dudit corps d'ouvrage (1) à travers une chaîne (7) de production de livres, dans une direction de convoyage (10') ; un appareil d'encollage conçu pour déposer un adhésif (8) sur le dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1) ; au moins un poste (16, 17) de doublage contrecollé, équipé d'au moins un appareil (20, 30 ; 35, 40) de délivrance dudit matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé, ainsi que d'au moins un appareil de sectionnement (50, 55) affecté à la mise à longueur desdites pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) dudit matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé, d'une manière correspondant à une épaisseur (19) dudit dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1) considéré ; et au moins un moyen convoyeur réalisé pour appliquer lesdites pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) dudit matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé sur ledit dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1) qui est pourvu d'adhésif (8), caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif inclut, avec agencement en succession dans la direction (10') du convoyage, un unique appareil d'encollage (80) conçu pour déposer l'adhésif (8) sur le dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1) et, sur l'intégralité de sa longueur (9), un premier moyen convoyeur (60) voué à l'application, sur le dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1) qui est pourvu d'adhésif (8), d'une première pièce (3) ou d'une première pièce (3) et d'au moins une pièce supplémentaire (4) du matériau (23, 33) de doublage contrecollé ; et au moins un second moyen convoyeur (64) voué à l'application sur ledit dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1) qui est pourvu d'adhésif (8), avec chevauchement par rapport à ladite première pièce (3) ou par rapport à ladite première pièce (3) et à ladite pièce supplémentaire (4) à présence minimale, d'au moins une deuxième pièce (5) ou d'une deuxième pièce (5) et d'au moins une pièce supplémentaire (6) dudit matériau (38, 43) de doublage contrecollé.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens convoyeurs (60, 64) sont pourvus d'au moins un élément respectif d'aspiration (63, 67) comprenant un premier, et au moins un second segments (68, 74) en vue de la réception, de la retenue provisoire et de la distribution d'une pièce respective (3, 4, 5, 6) du matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le premier segment (68) comporte une première surface de contact (69) associée au dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1) et le second segment (74), à présence minimale, comporte une seconde surface de contact (75) associée audit dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1), ledit second segment (74) à présence minimale étant réalisé avec faculté de décalage, par rapport audit premier segment (68), de telle sorte que ladite surface de contact (69) dudit premier segment (68) touche le dos (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1), tandis qu'une surface de contact (75) dudit second segment (74) se trouve à distance dudit dos (2) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'un actionneur respectif (83), affecté au décalage du second segment (74) à présence minimale, par rapport au premier segment (68), est installé sur l'élément d'aspiration (63, 67).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'aspiration (63, 67) est implanté, sur le moyen convoyeur (60, 64) considéré, avec faculté de remplacement par un autre élément d'aspiration (63, 67) distinct dudit élément d'aspiration (63, 67).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un premier et/ou un second segment(s) (68, 74) est (sont) implanté(s), sur l'élément d'aspiration (63, 67) considéré, avec faculté de remplacement par un autre segment (68, 74) distinct dudit (desdits) premier et/ou second segment(s) (68, 74).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins deux appareils (20, 30 ; 35, 40) de délivrance du matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé sont installés en amont du premier moyen convoyeur (60) et/ou en amont du second moyen convoyeur (64) et sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre, dans la direction (10') du convoyage, de façon telle que le matériau (23) de doublage contrecollé destiné à la première pièce (3), ainsi que le matériau (33) de doublage contrecollé destiné à la pièce supplémentaire (4) à présence minimale, puissent être délivrés audit premier moyen convoyeur (60) avec chevauchement réciproque ; et/ou que le matériau (43) de doublage contrecollé destiné à la deuxième pièce (5), ainsi que le matériau (38) de doublage contrecollé destiné à la pièce supplémentaire (6) à présence minimale, puissent être délivrés audit second moyen convoyeur (64) avec chevauchement réciproque.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins deux postes (16, 17) de doublage contrecollé, placés en succession sur la chaîne (7) de production de livres dans la direction (10') du convoyage du corps d'ouvrage (1), forment un poste commun (15) de doublage contrecollé en tandem doté, respectivement, d'au moins un appareil de délivrance (20, 30 ; 35, 40) conçu pour fournir les pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) du matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que deux appareils respectifs (20, 30 ; 35, 40) de délivrance du matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé sont associés aux moyens convoyeurs (60, 64), sachant que le second appareil de délivrance (30 ; 35) peut être activé à chaque fois, au moyen d'une commande machine (87), en fonction du format du corps d'ouvrage (1) devant être pourvu de pièces (3, 4, 5, 6) d'un matériau (23, 33, 38, 43) de doublage contrecollé.
  16. Chaîne de production de livres, équipée d'un dispositif conforme à l'une des revendications 7 à 15.
