Claims (9)

  1. Videoempfangsvorrichtung (40), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie Daten über ein Kommunikationsnetzwerk (16) sendet und empfängt, die Videoempfangsvorrichtung umfassend:
    eine Eingabeeinheit (48), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie eine Eingabe eines Videosignals empfängt, das von einer Videoübertragungsvorrichtung (14) ausgegeben wird;
    eine Videoextraktionseinheit (45), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie aus dem Videosignal ein Teilvideo für die Videoerkennungsverarbeitung extrahiert;
    eine Steuereinheit (41), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Steuerung des Übertragens des Teilvideos an eine Videoerkennungsvorrichtung (20) durchführt, die mit dem Kommunikationsnetzwerk (16) verbunden ist, um die Videoerkennungsvorrichtung (20) zu veranlassen, die Videoerkennungsverarbeitung durchzuführen, das Ergebnis der Videoerkennungsverarbeitung von der Videoerkennungsvorrichtung (20) zu erhalten, das Ergebnis der Videoerkennungsverarbeitung an eine Zusatzinformations-Verteilungsvorrichtung (30) zu übertragen, die mit dem Kommunikationsnetzwerk (16) verbunden ist, und Zusatzinformationen basierend auf dem Ergebnis der Videoerkennungsverarbeitung der Zusatzinformations-Verteilungsvorrichtung (30) zu erhalten;
    eine Zusatzinformationsanzeige-Steuereinheit (46), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Steuerung der Anzeige der Zusatzinformationen durchführt, wobei die anzuzeigenden Zusatzinformationen auf dem Videosignal überlagert werden und erkannt wird, ob ein UI(User Interface) Benutzeroberflächenbild im Videosignal enthalten ist oder nicht, und Ausblenden durch Stoppen der Überlagerung der Zusatzinformationen, wenn sie das im Videosignal enthaltene UI-Bild (Benutzeroberflächenbild) erkennt;
    eine Anzeigeeinheit (54), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie ein Video basierend auf dem Videosignal anzeigt, wobei das angezeigte Video durch Überlagern der Zusatzinformationen auf dem Videosignal erzielt wird, wenn die Zusatzinformationen angezeigt werden;
    eine Speichereinheit (47), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie eine Vorlagenbildgruppe speichert, die eine Mehrzahl von Vorlagenbildern enthält, die sich auf diese Videoübertragungsvorrichtung (14) beziehen,
    wobei die Zusatzinformationsanzeige-Steuereinheit (46) so konfiguriert ist, dass sie bestimmt, ob die Vorlagenbilder im Videosignal enthalten sind, und zwar durch Vorlagenvergleich eines Suchbereichs, der aus dem angezeigten Bild des Videosignals und jedem der Vorlagenbilder der Vorlagenbildgruppe ausgeschnitten wird, und basierend auf der Bestimmung erkennt, ob das UI Bild im Videosignal enthalten ist oder nicht.
  2. Videoempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend eine Erhaltungseinheit (66), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie ein Vorlagenvideo erzielt, das sich auf das Videosignal von der Videoerkennungsvorrichtung (20) bezieht,
    wobei die Zusatzinformationsanzeige-Steuereinheit (46) so konfiguriert ist, dass sie das Videosignal und das Vorlagenvideo in eine Mehrzahl von Bereichen aufteilt, das Vorlagenvideo und das Videosignal für jeden der Bereiche vergleicht, eine Ähnlichkeit für jeden der Bereiche berechnet, die Ähnlichkeit mit einem im Voraus festgelegten Schwellenwert vergleicht, bestimmt, ob eine Anzahl von Bereichen, deren Ähnlichkeiten den Schwellenwert nicht überschreiten, gleich oder größer als eine vorbestimmte Anzahl sind oder nicht, und erkennt, ob das UI-Bild im Videosignal enthalten ist oder nicht.
  3. Videoempfangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zusatzinformationsanzeige-Steuereinheit (46) für die Anzeige von Zusatzinformationen konfiguriert ist, um
    - eine Video-Switch-Erkennung durchzuführen, wenn erkannt wird, dass kein UI-Bild (User Interface) im Videosignal enthalten ist, und
    - beim Erkennen eines Inhalts-Umschaltvorgangs, der an einer Videoübertragungsvorrichtung (14) durchgeführt wird, die das Videosignal ausgibt, die Steuerung des Ausblendens durch Stoppen der Überlagerung der Zusatzinformationen, die auf der Anzeigeeinheit (54) angezeigt werden, durchzuführen.
  4. Videoempfangsvorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Zusatzinformationsanzeige-Steuereinheit (46) für Zusatzinformationen so konfiguriert ist, dass sie beim Erkennen eines bestimmten Inhalts, mit dem bestimmt werden kann, ob ein Video basierend auf einer Änderung eines Videosignals auf diesen bestimmten Inhalt umgeschaltet wird oder nicht, eine Steuerung des Ausblendens durch Stoppen der Überlagerung der Zusatzinformationen, die an der Anzeigeeinheit angezeigt werden, durchführt.
  5. Zusatzinformations-Anzeigeverfahren einer Videoempfangsvorrichtung, die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie Daten über ein Kommunikationsnetzwerk sendet und empfängt, wobei das Zusatzinformations-Anzeigeverfahren Folgendes umfasst:
    Extrahieren (S10) eines Teilvideos zur Videoerkennungsverarbeitung aus einem Videosignaleingang einer externen Videoübertragungsvorrichtung (14);
    Übertragen (S11) des Teilvideos an eine Videoerkennungsvorrichtung (20), die mit dem Kommunikationsnetzwerk (16) verbunden ist, um die Videoerkennungsvorrichtung (20) zu veranlassen, die Videoerkennungsverarbeitung durchzuführen und ein Ergebnis der Videoerkennungsverarbeitung von der Videoerkennungsvorrichtung (20) zu erhalten;
    Erhalten von Zusatzinformationen (S12) basierend auf dem Ergebnis der Videoerkennungsverarbeitung von einer Zusatzinformations-Verteilungsvorrichtung (30), die an das Kommunikationsnetz (16) angeschlossen ist;
    Ausführen der Steuerung von
    - Anzeige der Zusatzinformationen (S14), wobei die anzuzeigenden Zusatzinformationen auf dem Videosignal überlagert werden;
    - Erkennen (S20), ob ein UI (User Interface)-Bild im Videosignal enthalten ist; und
    - Ausblenden (S17) durch Stoppen der Überlagerung der Zusatzinformationen, die angezeigt werden, wenn das im Videosignal enthaltene UI-Bild erkannt wird;
    An einer Anzeigeeinheit (54) Anzeigen eines auf dem Videosignal basierenden Videos, wobei das angezeigte Video durch Überlagerung der Zusatzinformationen auf dem Videosignal erzielt wird, wenn die Zusatzinformationen angezeigt werden;
    Speichern einer Vorlagenbildgruppe mit einer Mehrzahl von Vorlagenbildern, die sich auf eine Videoübertragungsvorrichtung beziehen, die das Videosignal ausgibt,
    Wobei, ob nun die Vorlagenbilder in das Videosignal eingeschlossen sind oder nicht, durch Vorlagenvergleich (S33) eines Suchbereichs bestimmt wird, der aus dem angezeigten Bild des Videosignals und jedem der Vorlagenbilder der Vorlagenbildgruppe ausgeschnitten wird, und ob das UI-Bild im Videosignal enthalten ist oder nicht.
  6. Zusatzinformations-Anzeigeverfahren nach Anspruch 5, ferner umfassend den Erhalt (S40) eines Vorlagenvideos, das sich auf das Videosignal von der Videoerkennungsvorrichtung bezieht,
    wobei das Videosignal und das Vorlagenvideo in eine Mehrzahl von Bereichen aufgeteilt werden (S42, S43), das Vorlagenvideo und das Videosignal für jeden der Bereiche verglichen werden, eine Ähnlichkeit für jeden der Bereiche berechnet wird (S44), die Ähnlichkeit mit einem im Voraus festgelegten Schwellenwert verglichen wird, bestimmt wird, ob eine Anzahl von Bereichen, deren Ähnlichkeiten den Schwellenwert nicht überschreiten, gleich oder größer als eine vorbestimmte Anzahl sind (S45), und ob das UI-Bild im Videosignal enthalten ist und erkannt wird (S21).
  7. Zusatzinformations-Anzeigeverfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Verfahren ferner die Durchführung einer Video-Switch-Erkennung (S22) umfasst, wenn erkannt wird, dass kein UI-Bild (User Interface) im Videosignal enthalten ist, und wenn ein Inhaltsumschaltvorgang, der an einer Videoübertragungsvorrichtung durchgeführt wird, die das Videosignal ausgibt, erkannt wird, wird die Zusatzinformation, die an der Anzeigeeinheit angezeigt wird, durch Stoppen der Überlagerung ausgeblendet (S17).
  8. Zusatzinformations-Anzeigeverfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei, wenn ein bestimmter Inhalt, mit dem bestimmt werden kann, ob ein Video basierend auf einer Änderung eines Videosignals umgeschaltet wird oder nicht, wenn ein normaler Inhalt auf diesen bestimmten Inhalt umschaltet, erkannt wird (S51), die Zusatzinformation, die an der Anzeigeeinheit angezeigt wird, durch Stoppen der Überlagerung ausgeblendet (S17) wird.
  9. Zusatzinformations-Anzeigesystem umfassend eine Videoempfangsvorrichtung (40) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, eine Videoerkennungsvorrichtung (20) und eine Zusatzinformations-Verteilungsvorrichtung (30), wobei die Vorrichtungen so konfiguriert sind, dass sie über ein Kommunikationsnetzwerk (16) miteinander Daten senden und empfangen;
    wobei die Videoerkennungsvorrichtung (20) so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Videoerkennungsverarbeitung am über das Kommunikationsnetz empfangenen Teilvideo durchführt und das Ergebnis der Videoerkennungsverarbeitung über das Kommunikationsnetz (16) an die Videoempfangsvorrichtung überträgt, und
    wobei die Zusatzinformations-Verteilungsvorrichtung (30) so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Zusatzinformationen, die dem Ergebnis der über das Kommunikationsnetz empfangenen Videoerkennungsverarbeitung entsprechen, über das Kommunikationsnetz (16) an die Videoempfangsvorrichtung überträgt.
