Claims (10)

  1. Cadre de transport (32) pour des marchandises, des conteneurs de transport et d'autres choses semblables, le cadre de transport (32) étant réalisé comme palette (31), le cadre de transport étant formé par au moins deux unités de cadre de transport (33), les unités de cadre de transport étant chacune formées par une partie porteuse (34) et par une partie de pied (35), la partie porteuse (34) formant un plan de transport ayant au moins une surface d'appui (65) pour disposer des marchandises sur le cadre de transport, et la partie de pied servant l'appui du cadre de transport sur une surface de mise en place, la partie porteuse et la partie de pied étant chacune formées par au moins un élément profilé (16, 37, 42, 44, 48, 50, 60, 63), les éléments profilés étant en carton, tous les éléments profilés étant formés par un tube en carton (10), le tube en carton étant fabriqué à partir du papier (recyclé) multicouche enroulé et/ou collé, les éléments profilés étant formés en séparant et/ou pliant des sections de surface de tube (15) du tube en carton, un élément profilé (16, 37, 44, 48, 50, 63) étant réalisé comme profilé tubulaire (17), le profilé tubulaire ayant une section transversale formée par des surfaces pliées (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 30) intégrales de telle manière que la section transversale tubulaire forme au moins deux chambres tubulaires rectangulaires adjacentes, dans lequel, afin de former un profilé tubulaire (17) formant le chiffre 8, des surfaces pliées (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 30) de la section transversale tubulaire butant l'une contre l'autre à angle droit sont munies des arêtes frontales longitudinales (24, 25) d'une coupe en carton (26) du tube en carton (10), lesdites arêtes frontales longitudinales étant mises en contact avec un segment extérieur (29) de la structure du chiffre 8 (28), tout en formant un segment central (27) de la structure du chiffre 8, de telle manière que des surfaces pliées (22, 23) munies des arêtes frontales longitudinales sont disposées avec leurs faces l'une contre l'autre et à angle droit par rapport au segment extérieur,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une liaison tubulaire avec un tube récepteur (51) et un tube d'engagement (49) est formée entre des profilés tubulaires (17) s'étendant transversalement et longitudinalement, une chambre de tube récepteur (52) concordante étant formée dans le tube récepteur, dans laquelle le tube d'engagement est inséré.
  2. Cadre de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie de pied (35, 58) est formée de telle manière qu'un espace intermédiaire est formé entre la surface de mise en place et le plan de transport de telle manière que, dans l'espace intermédiaire, au moins une fourche d'un chariot élévateur peut s'engager avec le cadre de transport (32) et/ou avec les marchandises.
  3. Cadre de transport selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de cadre de transport (33) est formée à partir d'un profilé tubulaire (17).
  4. Cadre de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie de pied (35, 58) comporte au moins un pied (36, 61).
  5. Cadre de transport selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le pied (36, 61) est formé à partir d'un élément profilé (42) formé par un profilé (43) sous forme de U, un espace entre des surfaces pliées (45, 46) parallèles du profilé sous forme de U étant remplié d'au moins un profilé tubulaire (17).
  6. Cadre de transport selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une partie de pied (58) est formé à partir d'un élément profilé (60) formé comme profilé plat (59) et avec deux, de préférence trois pieds (61) qui sont disposés sur le profilé plat.
  7. Cadre de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de cadre de transport (33) est formée avec une partie de pied (35) comportant deux, de préférence trois pieds (36) qui sont disposés directement sur la partie porteuse (34).
  8. Cadre de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les unités de cadre de transport (33) sont liées par l'intermédiaire de profilés tubulaires (17) s'étendant perpendiculairement par rapport à une étendue longitudinale des unités de cadre de transport, et la surface d'appui (65) est formée par les profilés tubulaires.
  9. Cadre de transport selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la palette (31) comprend trois unités de cadre de transport (33) et deux tubes d'engagement (49), qui sont fixés à deux tubes récepteurs (51).
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un cadre de transport (32) pour des marchandises, des conteneurs de transport et d'autres choses semblables, le cadre de transport (32) étant réalisé comme palette (31), le cadre de transport étant formé par au moins deux unités de cadre de transport (33), les unités de cadre de transport étant chacune formées par une partie porteuse (34) et par une partie de pied (35), la partie porteuse (34) formant un plan de transport ayant au moins une surface d'appui (65) pour disposer des marchandises sur le cadre de transport, et la partie de pied servant l'appui du cadre de transport sur une surface de mise en place, la partie porteuse et la partie de pied étant chacune formées par au moins un élément profilé (16, 37, 42, 44, 48, 50, 60, 63), les éléments profilés étant en carton, tous les éléments profilés étant formés par un tube en carton (10), le tube en carton étant fabriqué à partir du papier (recyclé) multicouche enroulé et/ou collé, les éléments profilés étant formés en séparant et/ou pliant des sections de surface de tube (15) du tube en carton, un élément profilé (16, 37, 44, 48, 50, 63) étant réalisé comme profilé tubulaire (17), le profilé tubulaire ayant une section transversale formée par des surfaces pliées (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 30) intégrales de telle manière que la section transversale tubulaire forme au moins deux chambres tubulaires rectangulaires adjacentes, dans lequel, afin de former un profilé tubulaire (17) formant le chiffre 8, des surfaces pliées (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 30) de la section transversale tubulaire butant l'une contre l'autre à angle droit sont munies des arêtes frontales longitudinales (24, 25) d'une coupe en carton (26) du tube en carton (10), lesdites arêtes frontales longitudinales étant mises en contact avec un segment extérieur (29) de la structure du chiffre 8 (28), tout en formant un segment central (27) de la structure du chiffre 8, de telle manière que des surfaces pliées (22, 23) munies des arêtes frontales longitudinales sont disposées avec leurs faces l'une contre l'autre et à angle droit par rapport au segment extérieur,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une liaison tubulaire avec un tube récepteur (51) et un tube d'engagement (49) est formée entre des profilés tubulaires (17) s'étendant transversalement et longitudinalement, une chambre de tube récepteur (52) concordante étant formée dans le tube récepteur, dans laquelle le tube d'engagement est inséré.
