Definitions

  • the present invention relates to transport pallets of wound cardboard or paper layers, in particular based on waste paper, recycled material or waste materials.
  • no practicable pallets are known which can be produced from recycled material at a favorable price. Therefore, wood pallets are still used in the vast majority of cases. However, these are expensive, and become even more expensive at increasingly higher timber prices and causes high costs for disposal or their return.
  • One-way pallets are relatively expensive and usually do not provide the required robustness.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to provide an improved range of recycled material, in particular based on waste paper, which has the robustness required in practice.
  • the present invention includes the idea of producing all the elements of a pallet, that is to say substantially the stackable and loadable pallet plate and the pallet feet of elements which are produced from endless starting material and
  • CONFIRMATION COPY then, if necessary after or before assembly and / or folding or gluing only need to be cut to size. This lowers the production costs, because punching operations and folding processes, which are absolutely necessary for the manufacture of pallet elements in the prior art, are eliminated.
  • Quadrangular tubes with two different cross sections are particularly preferred as the endless starting material for the production of the pallet feet according to the invention and round tubes for the production of the pallet plate. Only as a cover layer and base layer flat intended goods are used. According to the present invention, inter alia the following objects are disclosed:
  • a support body in particular usable as a pallet base, characterized in that it contains at least one inner part - also called the side part - and a surrounding outer part - also called the base tube - contains,
  • the outer part has a prismatic shape, preferably omitting a base surface and a top surface of the prism - whereby the outer part forms a portion of a polygonal tube, preferably a cuboid square tube section,
  • the inner part is folded in such a flat material that it braces against the outer surface of the outer part - whereby the inner part gives the outer part of a mechanical reinforcement against contact forces, making it a powerful support body and especially as Pallet base with high load capacity can be used.
  • the inner part preferably forms at least the top surface and / or the base surface of the prism or of the pipe section.
  • the pallet base can be closed so that it is safe against moisture absorption and the fork of a forklift can not "skewer" him.
  • two internal parts are provided, one forming the top surface and the other the base surface of the prism or polygonal pipe section.
  • the inner part fills the entire inner height of the outer part because then the clamping body can also directly take over the load capacity of the load to be supported.
  • the inner part has one or two side surfaces which resiliently braced against one or two opposite lateral surfaces of the prism, since material differences can be compensated thereby, whereby the inner part or parts can be easily inserted into the outer part, and a frictional connection is made.
  • the clamping side surfaces of the réelleteil are made in one piece and between them include a connection surface which represents the final body of the supporting surface or bottom surface of the prism when the inner part is pushed into the outer part, whereby the side surfaces and the connecting surface to sammen behave as a clamping body for bracing against the outer part.
  • the side surfaces and the connecting surfaces are made in one piece.
  • the support body or Palettenfuß is used so that the weight of the body to be supported acts perpendicular to the clamping forces generated by the clamping body.
  • the support body is therefore preferably oriented in use so that the surface normal to the base and top surface of the prism perpendicular to the weight, see also the drawing.
  • the clamping body takes on essential parts of the weight in its longitudinal structure.
  • the side surfaces and their connecting surface form a cross-sectionally U-shaped inner body, in particular if the interior of the U is formed by a further load-bearing core body.
  • the U-shape is produced by folds of a flat material or by a corresponding edge of a polygonal tube, preferably a square tube. It is advantageous if the side surfaces another
  • the core body is a stable, load-bearing hollow body, since then material and weight are saved. It is advantageous if the core body is a polygonal pipe section, preferably a square pipe section with a rectangular cross section. It is advantageous if the outer part is a cuboid
  • Has shape in particular represents a square tube section with a rectangular cross-section. This is especially true with a core body also rectangular in cross-section.
  • the clamping body is glued to the core body. Longitudinal stripes of adhesive on the bonding surface are particularly suitable here. It is advantageous if the core body is a portion of a first quadrangular tube with a smaller cross-sectional area, and the outer part is a portion of a second quadrangular tube with a larger cross-sectional area, and the clamping body - consisting of the side surfaces and the connecting surface - by longitudinal parts of the second quadrangular tube and corresponding folding can be produced. ⁇ manufacturing costs thereby saved because the essential elements of the supporting body can be produced only from two different endless tubes without substantial amounts incurred to waste. This allows even a small-scale, decentralized
  • the endless tubes are made as a Halbzeugmateri for the production of Palettenfußetti essentially made of cardboard or waste paper-based material gewi disgusted multi-layer. It is advantageous if the inner part and the outer part to the appropriate size of the support body preferably by sawing, without punching brought According to a further aspect of the invention, the following objects are disclosed:
  • a pallet plate containing a cover plate and a
  • Base plate and an intermediate stabilizing layer which is characterized in that
  • the stabilization layer contains substantially adjacent pipe sections of substantially equal height. It is advantageous if the pipe sections are arranged at a suitable diameter in a dense surface packing as possible, because this increases the carrying capacity of the plate and lingers are largely avoided by local load peaks.
  • the stabilization layer can be produced by an intermediate step, namely the assembly, in particular bonding of pipes laid parallel to a tube package whose cross-section substantially corresponds to the shape of the pallet plate. Thereafter, the step of sawing the Pact into individual slices, the thickness of which corresponds to the desired height of the stabilizing layer.
  • tubes for the pipe sections are made of recycled material, that is, if preferably made of endless
  • Starting material is repeatedly and multi-layered from narrow tapes wound waste paper material is used. Then you have a very low raw material price, which is only about 20 to 30% of the raw material price from which the products of the state of the art are made, such as corrugated board, or pressed board.
  • the pipe sections have an outer pipe diameter of about 20 to 200 mm, preferably 30-80 mm and more preferably 25 to 50 mm.
  • the wall thickness can be dimensioned depending on the target load capacity.
  • a pallet can be produced in a simple manner, wherein the pallet feet are arranged and fixed on the edge of the pallet plate, and preferably at least one foot is arranged and fastened in the middle region of the plate, preferably by gluing.
