    que lesdits sièges (15a,15b;5a,5b) sont disposés sur des portions saillantes de l'élément actif (15;5), lesquelles sortent en saillie du corps principal de l'élément actif (15;5) et s'étendent de telle manière au-delà du périmètre de la portion supérieure de surface de l'embouchure (2) sur laquelle appuie l'élément d'appui (14;4), que les projections desdits sièges (15a,15b;5a,5b) sur l'embouchure (2) sont situées complètement à l'extérieur de la portion supérieure de surface de l'embouchure (2) sur laquelle appuie l'élément d'appui (14;4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une corde (13;3) est disposée de manière, qu'elle enveloppe complètement au moins une fois l'ensemble formé par l'anche simple (1) et par l'embouchure (2) et forme au moins une spire de fixage (13b;3b), laquelle (13b;3b) s'étend le long de la portion inférieure de surface de l'anche simple (1) et le long des portions latérales de surface et de la portion supérieure de surface de l'embouchure (2) en contact direct avec cela (1) et avec cela (2).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque siège (15a,15b) est formé par un crochet.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'un ou plusieurs crochets (15a,15b) a/ont une protubérance qui s'étend vers son extérieur.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que sur un premier côté de l'élément actif (15) il y a un premier couple de crochets (15a,15b) et sur un deuxième côté, opposé au premier, de l'élément actif (15) il y a un deuxième couple de crochets (15a,15b).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque portion saillante de l'élément actif (15) sur laquelle est disposé un crochet (15a,15b) s'étend de manière courbée vers la portion supérieure de surface de l'embouchure (2).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une corde (13) est formée par deux cordes, l'une desquelles engage le couple de crochets (15a,15b) disposé sur ledit premier côté de l'élément actif (15) et l'autre engage le couple de crochets (15a,15b) disposé sur ledit deuxième côté de l'élément actif (15).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque corde (13) a un anneau (13c) à une extrémité.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement consistent en une vis filetée (16) et en un trou débouchant taraudé (15c) prévu de plus dans l'élément actif (15), la vis filetée (16) étant insérée et vissable dans le trou débouchant taraudé (15c) et appuyant avec son extrémité (16c) de manière librement rotative sur l'élément d'appui (14).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (14) consiste en un corps central (14a) sur lequel appuie de manière librement rotative la vis filetée (16) et en deux corps latéraux magnétiques (14b) disposés aux côtés du corps central (14a) et que l'élément actif (15) a sur sa surface tournée vers l'élément d'appui sous-jacent (14) deux corps saillants parallèles et magnétiques (15d).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque siège (5a) est formé par une gorge, dont l'axe longitudinal est courbé vers la portion supérieure de surface de l'embouchure (2).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une corde (3) est formée par un anneau de corde.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une corde (3) est formée par deux anneaux de corde.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que chaque siège (5b) est transversal à l'axe longitudinal de la gorge (5a) et est formé par un couple d'entailles, chacune desquelles est en forme de L et s'étend dans la paroi respective de la gorge (5a) et que chaque extrémité de l'au moins une corde (3) est serrée en un anneau respectif (8) pourvu de saillies latérales, lesquelles sont destinées à s'insérer dans les entailles lorsque l'anneau (8) est dans le siège (5b).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement (6,5c,7) consistent en une vis filetée (6), laquelle a dans sa tige (6a) un trou borgne taraudé longitudinal (6b) qui débouche à l'extrémité (6c) de celle-ci (6), en un trou débouchant taraudé (5c) prévu de plus dans l'élément actif (5) et en une vis de centrage (7), laquelle est vissée dans le trou borgne fileté longitudinal (6b) et est plus longue de celui-ci (6b), la vis filetée (6) étant insérée et vissable dans le trou débouchant taraudé (5c) et la vis de centrage (7) étant insérée dans un trou débouchant (4a) prévu de plus dans l'élément d'appui (4), par conséquent la vis de centrage (7) unit de telle façon la vis filetée (6) et l'élément d'appui (4) que la vis filetée (6) peut tourner librement par rapport à l'élément d'appui (4).
  16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (4) a une section transversale en forme d'une U renversée, dont les côtés (4b) s'étendent transversalement à la direction longitudinale de l'embouchure (2) et forment avec leurs extrémités la surface de contact avec laquelle l'élément d'appui (4) appuie sur la portion supérieure de surface de l'embouchure, lesdites extrémités des côtés (4b) étant arrondies.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir de l'élément d'appui (4) des ailes courbes (4c) s'étendent vers l'embouchure (2) réalisées en un matériau élastique, lesquelles (4c) appuient sur la portion latérale de surface de l'embouchure (2) et ont chacune une extrémité grossie et façonnée, avec laquelle elles (4c) sont insérées dans une rainure correspondante ayant le même façonnage obtenue dans l'élément d'appui (4), la courbure des ailes courbes (4c) étant inférieure à la courbure de la portion latérale de surface de l'embouchure (2).
