Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cover and holding device for weather protection of wall crowns and masonry.
  • the field of application of the invention is in the field of construction, especially wall, wall and building construction as well as house and gala building.
  • a covering device for surfaces in particular for the tops of partially finished masonry or for open-top wall crowns, is known, which has a water-repellent or waterproof cover, the cover being fixable by means of at least one clamping device.
  • a clamping device comprises a carrier and two clamping brackets for generating a clamping force directed against the side surface of the wall.
  • Each clamping bracket in turn comprises an elastic clamping clip and a fastening receptacle through which the carrier can be inserted to support the respective clamping bracket on the carrier.
  • the longitudinal axis of the carrier approximately forms a right angle with the longitudinal axis of the clamping clip when released, that is to say when the clamping bracket is not tensioned. In the tensioned state of the clamp, this angle is between 115 ° and 85 °.
  • the two clamping brackets can be displaceable on the carrier in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the carrier; however, they can also be locked at a predetermined position with additional fixing means.
  • the carrier can be designed in the form of a roof batten, while the clamping bracket can be made of steel strip, a sheet metal strip, plastic or the like.
  • a cover for masonry especially for the top of a masonry known.
  • the cover can be attached and fastened to the wall or the masonry by means of an arch spanning the wall or the wall crown.
  • the cover is designed to be flexible and sold by the meter and has flexible bends at intervals, in particular U-shaped or ⁇ -shaped clamping arches. These clamping arches can be formed from spring steel as well as from fiber-reinforced plastic.
  • the flexible material by the meter can be a transparent film or tarpaulin.
  • the DE 20 2008 015 924 U1 describes a waterproof and flexible masonry cover fixed with a U-shaped bracket.
  • the clip can in particular consist of metal, with stainless steel such as spring steel being used in particular.
  • a wall covering clip is known, which is designed as a bracket, clip, hook, claw, circle, arch, U-shaped or similar and is held onto the wall by its own weight or by clamping action.
  • the wall cover bracket should guarantee a secure hold of a wall cover, which can be in the form of tarpaulins or sheets.
  • Another disadvantage is that the existing solutions cannot be labeled or cannot be labeled sufficiently, which would be necessary or advantageous, for example, for material labeling, size or type information or for advertising purposes.
  • From the JP H10 18531 A is known as a water drip from a wall crown for a parapet.
  • Wall crowns of various widths can be covered using a water cover which is fastened on a holding device comprising an outer corner part, an inner corner part and a connecting part connecting the two corner parts.
  • the connecting part is cut in such a way that it corresponds to the width of the wall crown.
  • Similar devices are also from the FR 2 546 949 A1 and the BE 1 015 102 A6 is known, in which cases multi-part holding devices are screwed to the top of the wall crown.
  • the cover is placed above the brackets. All three of the latter devices are intended to remain permanently on the top of the wall.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a covering and holding device for covering wall crowns and masonry, which can be easily and quickly attached and removed, reusable and inexpensive in terms of the material used and at the same time a safe wall covering under all weather - and weather influences guaranteed.
  • the disadvantages mentioned in the prior art are to be avoided.
  • the solution consists in a cover and holding device for weather protection of wall crowns and masonry, comprising at least one modular wall bracket for fastening a cover of wall crowns and masonry as well as a cover made of a flexible, waterproof and / or UV-protected material, which can be fixed as an underlying cover using one or more wall brackets on the wall crown and on the masonry.
  • the wall bracket has a modular structure, that is to say it consists of individual parts.
  • the wall bracket comprises two leg parts and a cross part, each made of plastic, each leg part on the one hand and the cross part on the other hand each having first mutually corresponding connecting elements for connecting the respective leg part to the cross part.
  • each leg part has a corner part for this, which - starting from a leg area - via a rounded or non-rounded corner into a connecting area runs in which the first connecting element of the leg part is designed for connection to at least one terminal first corresponding connecting element of the cross part, the connecting region being oriented at an acute, right or obtuse angle to the leg region.
  • the modular construction of the wall bracket achieves several advantages. Since all bricks, regardless of their size, always have the same height, the leg parts can be made identically in the same size for all wall and wall thicknesses, which significantly reduces the manufacturing costs and enables variability for the customer.
  • the wall bracket can be manufactured in the simplest way, quickly, in large numbers and quality at low costs.
  • all wall brackets always have the same clamping force, no matter what size is used for the cross part.
  • the modular construction also has the advantage that only the cross member is changeable and that the size of the respective wall or wall thickness has to be manufactured differently. This also has the advantage that by using a different cross member, that is to say in a different size or length, special dimensions of wall brackets in any size can also be produced and used.
  • the wall bracket and its components are made entirely of plastic. This avoids from the outset the problem of metal theft and the problem of rusting in all metal covering devices.
  • the plastic wall bracket has the advantage of a very low weight over the metal solutions, which in the event of an unexpected fall does no damage or seriously injures people.
  • the wall bracket it is designed in such a way that it fixes itself due to its own weight and / or clamping action and holds the cover film securely. The clamping effect is achieved, for example, by the elastic leg parts alone and / or by an overall elastic wall bracket in which the transverse part is also elastic.
  • the connecting element of the respective leg part is designed as a receptacle, preferably as a chamber or chamber-like receptacle, into which the terminal corresponding connecting element of the cross part is fitted and at least in the longitudinal direction of the cross part is fully accommodated in the assembled state.
  • plastic as the production material has the advantage that different materials can also be used for the components of the wall bracket and / or these can also be colored differently. For example, UV protection or frost protection can be selected by the customer without having to change anything in the construction of the wall bracket.
  • the wall bracket has an elastic behavior over a wide temperature range and can also be attached to vertical or sloping wall crowns.
  • the cross member is preferably provided with openings and / or stiffeners. If the cross section is provided with openings, there is the advantage that moisture which forms below it, for example when it rains, can evaporate. With stiffeners there is the possibility that the cross-section can be manufactured for any size of wall thickness.
  • the corner part of the leg parts is in each case provided with one or more stiffeners which run over the corner.
  • the corner part can be thinned in the area of the corner with respect to the rest of the leg part.
  • the elasticity or stiffness of the corner part and thus the resilience of the wall bracket can be set in a targeted manner via such stiffeners and / or thinners.
  • the assembly of the wall bracket is usually carried out by joining the respective leg part with the cross part by a blow by hand, hammer or the like.
  • An additional striking surface is preferably provided on the respective leg parts in the area of the corner part for joining the respective leg part to the cross part by a blow by hand, hammer or the like. This helps to ensure that the wall bracket is not damaged during assembly and that the person installing it does not injure himself.
  • the secure, permanent connection of the leg parts to the cross part can be achieved in various ways, for example by wedging, splinting, press fitting or by additional mutually corresponding connecting elements on the leg parts on the one hand and the cross part on the other hand, for example for connecting by means of a so-called snap-in -Technology.
  • the leg parts of the wall bracket are each rounded at the lower end, that is to say from the connection area, at the corners.
  • the leg parts of the wall bracket each have a nail hole at the lower end, that is to say from the connection area.
  • the great advantage of the invention is that the wall bracket is designed so that it lies flat on the underlying cover, for example a wall covering tarpaulin or cover film, and thus securely fixes it against wind and weather conditions.
  • the wall bracket cannot twist due to the large surface area on the cover film and wall.
  • the flat construction also ensures that the wall bracket does not offer any surface for wind and that the nearby workers are not hindered by protruding structures, such as the one from the DE 202 15 656 U1
  • Known clamping device is the case in which the two clamping brackets each rest only on the cover with a small contact surface and are otherwise laterally spaced from the cover and the masonry.
  • the (cross) beam also projects laterally beyond the masonry and even beyond the clamping bracket, which is largely spaced from the masonry.
  • the leg parts and the transverse part of the wall bracket are designed in such a way that the leg region of the leg part is flat and rests flat on the cover and neither parts of the leg part nor of the cross part extend beyond the flat and adjacent leg region Extend the wall laterally and thus avoid any obstacles when working or moving on the construction site.
  • an advantage of the flat construction of the wall bracket is that different markings, size or type specifications or inscriptions can be applied to the individual parts, especially on the leg parts, for example as advertising in the form of stickers with the company logo and the like.
  • the wall bracket can therefore be used as an inexpensive advertising space, for example for self-promotion by the active construction company.
  • the leg parts of the wall bracket preferably have an inscription surface which is suitable for Appropriate material labeling, size or type information, advertising purposes or the like can be used.
  • the leg parts of the wall bracket protrude at the lower end, that is to say from the connection region, from the cover, which in turn covers the wall crown and on both sides the upper region of the respective side wall of the masonry.
  • the wall bracket according to the invention also offers economic advantages because it prevents moisture in the masonry from the start of construction and the masonry does not have to be used dry or heated dry. This not only saves not inconsiderable heating costs, but also protects the environment and thus contributes to climate protection.
  • plastic for the wall bracket has the advantage that the wall bracket is ecologically recyclable without any problems and can therefore be reused.
  • an economic advantage for the user is that the wall bracket can be used multiple times and over a long period.
  • Rounded corners at the lower ends of the legs have the advantage that damage to the cover film when the wall bracket is placed on the wall crown is practically impossible.
  • the leg parts are not rigid in themselves, but instead have a joint or hinge below the corner part, as a result of which the leg region of the leg part or at least the lower leg parts can be moved and folded relative to the corner part.
  • FIGS. 1 to 5 show embodiments of a wall bracket 1, consisting of two leg parts 2 and a cross part 3rd
  • the wall bracket 1 is constructed and constructed in a modular manner, that is to say it consists of individual parts 2, 3.
  • the wall bracket 1 consists of two leg parts 2, each of which has a corner part 4 with a connecting area 5, and a connecting cross part 3, the two leg parts 2 each joined together with the cross part 3 resulting in the complete wall bracket 1, as in FIG Fig. 1 shown.
  • the dimensioning shown is only related to a wall thickness.
  • the corner part 4 runs - starting from a leg area 6 - over a rounded (as in Fig.
  • connection area 5 as shown in FIG Fig. 1 is oriented approximately at right angles or slightly acute to the leg region 6 of the leg part 2.
  • the wall bracket 1 For the safe function of the wall bracket 1, this is designed so that it fixes itself by its own weight and / or by clamping action and the in Fig. 1 Cover, not shown, for example a cover sheet, holds securely.
  • the clamping effect is achieved, for example, by the elastic leg parts 2 alone and / or by an overall elastic wall bracket 1, in which the cross member 3 is also elastic.
  • the components 2, 3 of the wall bracket 1, that is, the two leg parts 2 and the cross member 3, are made of plastic.
  • plastic made of different material can be used, which can also be colored differently.
  • the chamber 5a as the first connecting element 5a of the corner part 4, offers a suitable receiving possibility 5a for first terminal corresponding connecting elements 5b of the cross part 3, the cross part 3 in Fig. 3 is shown in the unassembled state.
  • the cross member 3 is further provided with openings 7 and 8 stiffeners. Since the cross member 3 is provided with openings 7, there is the advantage that moisture which forms below it, for example when it rains, can evaporate.
  • the cross member 3 can be manufactured according to requirements by stiffeners 8 for any size of wall thickness.
  • the secure permanent connection of the two leg parts 2 to the cross part 3 can be achieved in various ways, for example by wedging, split pins, press fit or, as in the Figures 2 and 3rd shown, by additional mutually corresponding connecting elements 9 on the respective leg part 2 on the one hand and the transverse part 3 on the other hand, for example for the connection by means of a so-called snap-in technique.
  • the additional connecting elements 9 of the respective leg part 2 two upward-facing openings 9 of the chambers 5a of the leg part 2 (see Fig. 2 ), into the two corresponding projections 9 formed on the first connecting elements 5b of the cross member 3 (see Fig. 3 ) click into place.
  • the two leg parts 2 can be joined together with the cross part 3 by a powerful blow by hand, hammer or the like.
  • an extra striking surface 10 is provided on one or both leg parts 2, which, like that Fig. 2 shows, is supported from the inside by a plurality of rectangular projections 11, each of which abuts the striking surface 10 with a cathete and rests with the other cathete on the connecting region 5 of the corner part 4 of the respective leg part 2.
  • the striking surface 10 itself is in an external view of a leg part 2 of the wall bracket before assembly in Fig. 4 shown.
  • the leg parts 2 of the wall bracket 1 have at the lower end, that is End facing away from the connection area 5, rounded corners 12 and a so-called nail hole 13.
  • the leg parts 2 also have a labeling surface 14. This can be used, for example, for the application of advertising and the like.
  • the rounded corners 12 at the lower leg ends have the advantage that damage to the cover film when the wall bracket 1 is placed on the wall crown is practically excluded.
  • the nail holes 13 at the lower ends of the legs have the advantage that there is an additional locking and holding the wall bracket 1 in bad weather conditions, such as during storms and hurricanes or when the masonry has to be covered for a long time, for example by hammering in a nail Winter is assured.
  • the position of the nail hole 13 is carried out so advantageously that the nail hits the joint, but does not damage the brick and thus does not damage it, nor does the cover film.
  • the Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment for a leg part 2 of the wall bracket.
  • the leg parts 2 are not rigid in themselves, but have a joint 15 or hinge 15 below the corner part 4.
  • the leg region 6 of the leg part 2 or at least the lower leg parts can be moved and folded relative to the corner part 4.
  • At least one spring is installed in the joint / hinge 15, for example in the form of an annular, helical, spiral or torsion spring.
  • This spring is preloaded such that the leg regions 6 or the leg ends automatically fold in when the wall bracket is not in use, that is to say under the transverse part 3 (in Fig. 5 not shown) fold in, provided that the cross part is the same length or longer than the leg parts 2 or the leg regions 6.
  • the folded leg parts 2 are opened again by muscle strength and the wall bracket can be attached to the wall crowns as usual.
  • a stop 16 is present on the joint / hinge 15. This stop 16 limits the maximum freedom of movement 17 (indicated by an arrow) of the leg regions 6 or leg ends in this direction and thus guarantees the intended use of the wall bracket.
  • the resilience of the wall bracket is thus guaranteed unchanged by the elastic leg parts 2.
  • the spring tension preloaded in the joint / hinge 15 serves primarily for the automatic folding in of the leg regions 6 or leg ends when the wall bracket is not in use, but also supports the elasticity of the wall bracket during use as a whole.
