Definitions

  • the invention relates to a working device with a preferably designed as a stationary support column frame, with a motor-driven rotary head, which is rotatably mounted on a frame-fixed bearing block about a vertical axis of rotation, with an arm package consisting of several, on buckling or Push hinges in pairs relative to each other movable, a concrete conveyor line carrying boom arms, which arm package is articulated with its first mast arm about a horizontal axis of rotation on the turret, with a selectively via control elements or a radio link operable, a hydraulic assembly for controlling drive units for the turret and Mastarmamba having control mechanism and with a work platform fixed to the frame in the vicinity of the bearing block.
  • Trained as concrete pumps working equipment of this type have a distribution boom as a boom, which carries a concrete delivery line, which is connected to the pressure port of a frame fixedly arranged core pump.
  • a working device with the features specified in the introduction is known per se (EP-1 235 965 B1).
  • the components belonging to the drive mechanism of the turret are integrated there in the frame-fixed bearing block.
  • a major disadvantage of this design is that the working platform is narrowed by the parts mounted on the bearing block and therefore there is no sufficient space for the mechanic to move.
  • the necessary for hydraulic control of the arm package hose package is relatively large and bulky and further limits the movement space of the fitter at the relevant point.
  • a liquid tank suitably designed as an oil tank for the hydraulic assembly is arranged on the turret above the bearing block, which has an outer contour geometrically adapted to the turret.

  • the work platform which is free of add-on parts, allows the mechanic to ride with him without a problem and provides a good view of the arm package. By eliminating the disturbing attachments, the arm package can be placed close to the turret, thereby reducing the load torque generated thereby.
  • the turret has a base part arranged on the bearing block and an adapter piece comprising a bearing point for the ballast arm, the base part and the adapter piece being releasably coupled to one another via a separating point.
  • the base section and the adapter piece have at their point of separation in pairs positively connectable coupling elements.
  • the arranged on the oil tank window opening must be free by swinging out of the cabinet located on the holder.
  • the arm package is detachably coupled via a further adapter piece at one of the separation point of the ballast boom opposite second separation point with the base portion of the turret by means of pairwise positively connectable with each other further coupling elements. It is particularly advantageous if the base part and the adapter piece in the region of the second separation point in pairs have positively connected with each other connectable coupling elements. Thus, it is possible that the arm package can be separated together with the other adapter piece in the region of the second separation point of the base portion of the turret, while the base portion remains together with the bearing block on the frame.
