Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Verzieren eines Schuhs oder eines menschlichen, mit einem Schuh bekleideten Fußes, die ein zur Anordnung über dem Spann des Fußes vorgesehenes Verzierglied sowie ein Haltemittel für das Verzierglied aufweist, wobei das Haltemittel ein zur Anordnung unter einer Sohle des Schuhs vorgesehenes Sohlenhalteglied und ein zur Anordnung dorsal hinter der Ferse des Fußes vorgesehenes Fersenhalteglied umfasst, das zumindest einen Riemen aufweist oder durch einen Riemen gebildet ist, wobei das Verzierglied, das Sohlenhalteglied und das Fersenhalteglied je zwei Endabschnitte aufweisen, von denen jeweils einer zur Anordnung im Bereich der Ferse auf der Distalseite des Fußes und einer zur Anordnung im Bereich der Ferse auf der Proximalseite des Fußes vorgesehen ist und ein einen Gegenhalter aufweisendes Mittel zur Verbindung der distalseitig anzuordnenden Endabschnitte sowie ein einen weiteren Gegenhalter aufweisendes Mittel zur Verbindung der proximalseitig anzuordnenden Endabschnitte vorgesehen sind.
  • Eine solche aus GB 2 416 663 A bekannte Einrichtung zum Verzieren eines Schuhes weist zur Anordnung auf der Proximal- und der Distalseite des Fußes Halteringe auf, an denen Endabschnitte eines Verzierglieds, eines Sohlenhalteglieds sowie eines Fersenhalteglieds befestigt sind. Das Verzierglied umfasst zwei Riemen, deren jeweiliges eine Ende an einem der Halteringe befestigt ist und deren jeweiliges andere Ende mit zueinander passenden Druckknöpfen versehen ist, damit sich die Riemen zum Schließen des Verzierglieds miteinander verbinden lassen.
  • WO 2008/003771 beschreibt eine Einrichtung zur Befestigung eines Schuhs am Fuß, die drei Riemen umfasst, die über zwei Ringe miteinander verbunden sind. Ein Riemen, der über der Ferse des Fußes anzuordnen ist, ist mit einer Schnalle versehen, damit sich die Einrichtung öffnen und schließen und damit der Schuh an- und ausziehen lässt.
  • FR 419019 (A ) beschreibt einen Sporn für Reitstiefel.
  • Durch Benutzung ist es bekannt, Schuhe mit Ansteckern oder dergleichen zu versehen, um das Aussehen der Schuhe zu verändern. So sind beispielsweise für Schuhe der Marke "Crocs" Pins erhältlich, die sich auf den Schuhen befestigen lassen, um diese zu verzieren.
  • Ferner ist es bekannt, mit Sandalen bekleidete Füße mit Schmuck, beispielsweise Ringen oder Ketten, zu verzieren.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verziereinrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der das Verzierglied auf einfache Art und Weise austauschbar ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass jeder der Endabschnitte des Verzierglieds mit je einem der Gegenhalter lösbar verbindbar ist, sodass das Verzierglied in der Verziereinrichtung austauschbar ist.
  • Vorteilhaft kann die Verziereinrichtung an zu tragende Kleidung angepasst werden, indem das Verzierglied und nicht die ganze Einrichtung ausgetauscht wird.
  • Ferner lässt sich mit der Verziereinrichtung grundsätzlich jede Art von Schuhen schmücken. Beispielsweise lassen sich mit der Verziereinrichtung Pumps, insbesondere mit Plateau-Absatz oder mit Pfennig-Absatz, Sling- oder Riemchenpumps, High Heels, mit einem Schaft versehene Kinder-, Damen- oder Herrenschuhe, insbesondere Schlupf-, Schnür- oder Schnallenschuhe, ferner Sandalen, Clogs oder Stiefel versehen.
  • Die Verziereinrichtung lässt sich am Schuh bzw. am Fuß anordnen, indem zunächst das Sohlenhalteglied unter der Sohle angeordnet wird derart, dass seine beiden Endabschnitte von den gegenüberliegenden distal- bzw. proximalseitigen, d.h. fußaußen- bzw. fußinnenseitigen, Sohlenränder vorstehen. Anschließend wird das Fersenhalteglied über einen Außenhinterteil eines Schafts des Schuhs oder, sofern der Schuh, wie z.B. bei einer eine Sandale oder einem Clog, keinen Schaft aufweist, über die Ferse gelegt. Danach wird das Verzierglied über den Spann geführt und die Endabschnitte miteinander verbunden. Die Verziereinrichtung kann an einem geschlossenen Schuh angeordnet werden, bevor oder nachdem er angezogen worden ist. Bei einem offenen Schuh, insbesondere bei einer Sandale, wird die Verziereinrichtung zweckmäßigerweise angelegt, nachdem sie angezogen worden ist.
    Mittels des Verzierglieds kann das Aussehen des Schuhs bzw. des Fußes mit wenigen Handgriffen verändert werden.
  • Die Erfindung erweist sich als besonders vorteilhaft, wenn das Verzierglied in der Verziereinrichtung veränderbar und/oder austauschbar ist, um es z.B. an zusammen mit der Verziereinrichtung zu tragende Kleidung anzupassen. Zweckmäßigerweise ist zumindest das Verzierglied von dem genannten Haltemittel vollständig lösbar. Die Verziereinrichtung kann mehrere, gegeneinander austauschbare Verzierglieder umfassen.
    Alternativ oder ergänzend dazu kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Verzierglied einen Trägerabschnitt umfasst, der zur Aufnahme zumindest eines Verzierelements eingerichtet ist, wobei der Trägerabschnitt vorzugsweise mit zumindest einem Mittel zur lösbaren Befestigung des Verzierelements versehen ist. Zum Verändern des Aussehens der Verziereinrichtung lässt sich das zumindest ein Verzierelement austauschen. Es versteht sich, dass die Verziereinrichtung dazu mehrere, gegeneinander austauschbare Verzierelemente umfassen kann.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise weisen das Verzierglied oder/und das Haltemittel zumindest einen Riemen auf oder sind durch einen Riemen gebildet.
  • In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist zur Anpassung der Verziereinrichtung an unterschiedliche Schuh- bzw. Fußgrößen zumindest die Länge des Fersenhalteglieds, ggf. ferner die Länge des Sohlenhalteglieds und/oder die Länge des Verzierglieds, verstellbar. Vorteilhaft kann die Verziereinrichtung dadurch für unterschiedlich geformte Schuhe bzw. Füße verwendet werden. Wird sie auf den jeweiligen Schuh bzw. Fuß angebracht, wird die Länge des Fersenhalteglieds so eingestellt, dass die Verziereinrichtung passt.
    Ein Mittel zur Verstellung der Länge des Fersenhalteglieds, ggf. ein Mittel zur Verstellung Länge des Sohlenhalteglieds oder des Verzierglieds, umfasst vorzugsweise einen Klettverschluss, eine Schnalle, ein elastisches Band, magnetische Haltemittel, einen Knopf und ein zur Aufnahme des Knopfes vorgesehenes Knopfloch und/oder einen Druckknopf. Ferner könnte das Fersehalteglied, das Sohlenhalteglied und/oder das Verzierglied durch jeweils zwei miteinander verknotbare Riemen gebildet sein. Die jeweilige Länge lässt sich dann durch die Auswahl der Anordnung des jeweiligen Knotens festlegen.
  • In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung umfassen das Verbindungsmittel für die distalseitig anzuordnenden Endabschnitte und/oder das Verbindungsmittel für die proximalseitig anzuordnenden Endabschnitte zumindest einen Gegenhalter, an dem sich zumindest einer der Endabschnitte befestigen lässt. Der Gegenhalter ist zweckmäßigerweise durch einen Ring oder einen Rahmen gebildet, durch den sich die Endabschnitte zu ihrer Befestigung hindurchführen lassen.
  • Zur Befestigung der Endabschnitte an dem Gegenhalter ist der zumindest eine, zur Befestigung an dem Gegenhalter vorgesehene Endabschnitt mit im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, gegenseitig miteinander verbindbaren Verbindungselementen versehen.
    Ein zwischen den beiden Verbindungselementen gebildeter Halteabschnitt des Endabschnitts lässt sich zur Bildung einer Verbindung um den Gegenhalter legen und in dieser Position durch Verbindung der Verbindungselemente miteinander an dem Gegenhalter befestigen.
  • Die Verbindungselemente sind in der bevorzugten Ausführungsform durch einen Druckknopf gebildet. Sie können aber auch durch andere Verbindungselemente, bspw. ineinander greifende Haken und Ösen, einen Klettverschluss, Nieten, magnetische Haltemittel und/oder einen Knopf mit einem zur Aufnahme des Knopfes vorgesehenen Knopfloch. Ferner könnten die Endabschnitte, beispielsweise wenn sie als Riemen ausgebildet sind, an dem Gegenhalter festknotbar sein.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgen anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen und den beigefügten Zeichnungen, die sich auf die Ausführungsbeispiele beziehen, näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Eine in Fig. 1 gezeigte Verziereinrichtung weist ein Verzierglied 1 sowie ein Mittel zum Halten des Verzierglieds an einem Schuh oder Fuß auf, das ein Sohlenhalteglied 2 und ein Fersenhalteglied 3 umfasst. Das Verzierglied 1, das Sohlenhalteglied 2 und Fersenhalteglied 3 sind an ihren jeweiligen Endabschnitten 11,12,21,22,31,32 mittels zweier Ringe 40,41 miteinander verbunden.
    Die Endabschnitte 21,22,31,32 des Sohlenhalteglieds 2 und ein Fersenhalteglieds 3 sind an den Ringen 40,41 durch Nieten 23,24,33,34 befestigt, die die Endabschnitte 21,22,31,32 in einer Position halten, in der sie um den jeweiligen Ring 40,41 gelegt sind.
    Wie näher in Fig. 1b und 1d gezeigt ist, ist das Fersenhalteglied 3 ist durch zwei, mit gegenseitige aneinander haftenden Klettbändern 37,38 versehenen Riemen 35,36 gebildet. Zur Verstellung der Länge Fersenhalteglieds 3 werden die Klettänder 37,38 in unterschiedlichen Position zueinander angeordnet.
  • Wie insbesondere Fig. 1c zu entnehmen ist, ist das Verzierglied 1 an seinen Endabschnitten 11,12 mit Druckknöpfen 13,14 versehen, deren jeweilige Druckknopfteile im Abstand von einander angeordnet sind. Um das Verzierglied 1 mit dem Haltemittel zu verbinden, werden die Endabschnitte 11,12 durch die Ringe 40,41 geführt, mit zwischen den Druckknöpfen 13,14 gebildeten Halteabschnitten 15,16 um die Ringe 40,41 gelegt und die Druckknöpfe 13,14 geschlossen (vgl. in Fig. 1 a gezeigte Position).
  • In Fig. 2 ist gezeigt, wie sich die Verziereinrichtung an einen Schuh 100 anlegen lässt. Zunächst wird das Sohlenhalteteil 2 unter einer Sohle vor einem Absatz des Schuhs 100 angeordnet (Fig. 2b), danach das Verzierglied 1 über einem Teil des Schaft des Schuhs 100 angeordnet, der zum Überdecken eines Fußspanns vorgesehenen ist, und durch Schließen der Druckknöpfe 13,14 das Verzierglied 1 mit den Ringen 40,41 verbunden (Fig. 2c). Anschließend werden die Riemen 35,36 des Fersenhalteglieds 3 so gespannt, dass die Verziereinrichtung fest auf dem Schuh 100 sitzt und in dieser Position unter Verbindung der Klettbänder 37,38 miteinander verbunden (Fig. 2d).
  • In Fig. 3 ist die Anordnung der erfindungsgemäßen Verziereinrichtung an einem Fuß gezeigt, der eine Flipflop-Sandale zeigt, die an dem Fuß lediglich über einen Halteriemen 201 befestigt ist, der über die Zehen greift. Wie Fig. 3 zu entnehmen ist, wird das Sohlenhalteteil 2 unter der Sohle der Flipflop-Sandale 200 durchgeführt. Das Verzierglied 1 und das Fersenhalteglied 3 sind unmittelbar auf der Haut des Fußes angeordnet.
  • Für die Verziereinrichtung können mehrere unterschiedlich gestaltete Verzierglieder vorgesehen sein, um die Verziereinrichtung an verschiedene Schuhe oder verschiedene Kleidung anpassen zu können.

Einrichtung zum Verzieren eines Schuhs oder eines menschlichen, mit einem Schuh bekleideten Fußes, die ein zur Anordnung über dem Spann des Fußes vorgesehenes Verzierglied (1) sowie ein Haltemittel für das Verzierglied (1) aufweist, wobei das Haltemittel ein zur Anordnung unter einer Sohle des Schuhs vorgesehenes Sohlenhalteglied (2) und ein zur Anordnung dorsal hinter der Ferse des Fußes vorgesehenes Fersenhalteglied (3) umfasst, das zumindest einen Riemen aufweist oder durch einen Riemen gebildet ist, wobei das Verzierglied (1), das Sohlenhalteglied (2) und das Fersenhalteglied (3) je zwei Endabschnitte (11,12,21,22,31,32) aufweisen, von denen jeweils einer zur Anordnung im Bereich der Ferse auf der Distalseite des Fußes und einer zur Anordnung im Bereich der Ferse auf der Proximalseite des Fußes vorgesehen ist, und ein einen Gegenhalter (40) aufweisendes Mittel zur Verbindung der distalseitig anzuordnenden Endabschnitte (11,21,31) sowie ein einen weiteren Gegenhalter (41) aufweisendes Mittel zur Verbindung der proximalseitig anzuordnenden Endabschnitte (12,22,32) vorgesehen sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass jeder der Endabschnitte (11,12) des Verzierglieds (1) mit je einem der Gegenhalter (40,41) lösbar verbindbar ist, sodass das Verzierglied (1) in der Verziereinrichtung austauschbar ist.
  2. Verziereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Verzierglied (1) veränderbar ist.
  3. Verziereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Verzierglied (1) von dem Haltemittel (2,3) vollständig lösbar ist.
  4. Verziereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Verzierglied (1) oder/und das Sohlenhalteglied (2) zumindest einen Riemen aufweist oder durch einen Riemen gebildet sind.
  5. Verziereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zur Anpassung der Verziereinrichtung an unterschiedliche Schuh- bzw. Fußgrößen zumindest die Länge des Fersenhalteglieds (3), ggf. ferner die Länge des Sohlenhalteglieds (2) und/oder die Länge des Verzierglieds (1), verstellbar ist.
  6. Verziereinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass ein Mittel (37,38) zur Verstellung der Länge des Fersenhalteglieds (3), ggf. ferner ein Mittel zur Verstellung Länge des Sohlenhalteglieds (2) und/oder des Verzierglieds (1), vorgesehen ist und das Mittel vorzugsweise einen Klettverschluss, eine Schnalle, ein elastisches Band, magnetische Haltemittel, einen Knopf und ein zur Aufnahme des Knopfes vorgesehenes Knopfloch, einen Druckknopf und/oder miteinander verknotbare Riemen umfasst.
  7. Verziereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Gegenhalter (40,41) durch einen Ring gebildet ist.
  8. Verziereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Endabschnitte (11,21,31,12,22,32) mit im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, gegenseitig miteinander verbindbaren Verbindungselementen (13,14), die vorzugsweise durch einen Druckknopf, einen Klettverschluss, eine Schnalle und/oder magnetische Haltemittel gebildet sind, versehen sind und/oder an dem Gegenhalter verknotbar sind.
  9. Verziereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Verzierglied (1) einen Trägerabschnitt umfasst, der zur Aufnahme zumindest eines Verzierelements eingerichtet ist, wobei der Trägerabschnitt vorzugsweise mit zumindest einem Mittel zur Befestigung des Verzierelements versehen ist.
