Claims (12)
- Dispositif pour mise en forme ondulée des cheveux, comprenant une partie inférieure oblongue, qui présente plusieurs ondes longitudinales, pour poser les cheveux ci-dessus, ainsi qu'une partie supérieure pour coincer les cheveux entre les parties supérieure et inférieure, celles-ci étant présentes séparément, représentant respectivement une bande ondulée dans le sens de sa longueur avec un rapport largeur/hauteur d'au moins 3:1 et les ondes des bandes comportant des rayons de courbure correspondant entre eux, de sorte que les parties supérieure et inférieure rentrent l'une dans l'autre;i) tant la partie inférieure que la partie supérieure ayant une forme d'échelle, qui reste telle pendant l'usage du dispositif, comprenant deux montants (1) ondulés, essentiellement parallèles, et une pluralité d'échelons ou traverses transversal(e)s (2);caractérisé en ce queii) les parties inférieure et supérieure sont deux parties identiques.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parties inférieure et supérieure comprennent chacune sur au moins un des bords au moins un moyen (4) pour lier les deux parties.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un moyen (4) de liaison est une fermeture magnétique.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des montants (1) sont liées de part et d'autre par une traverse finale (3a, 3b), dont au moins une est voûtée vers l'intérieur.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les traverses (2) - éventuellement à l'exception des traverses finales (3a, 3b) - sont prévues à des écarts (c) réguliers le long des montants (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les écarts (a, b) entre les premières traverses (2a, 2b) - à l'exception des traverses finales (3a, 3b) - et les extrémités respectives des montants (1) sont différents.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les écarts (a, b) des premières traverses (2a, 2b) - à l'exception des traverses finales (3a, 3b) - par rapport aux extrémités respectives des montants (1) sont 5 fois ou 1 fois l'écart régulier (c) entre les traverses (2).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport hauteur/longueur des bandes ondulées n'est pas supérieur à 10:1.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les traverses (2) ont une section ronde ou arrondie.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des montants (1) sont arrondies.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties inférieure et supérieure sont composées de matière plastique et/ou métal léger.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les parties inférieure et supérieure sont composées entièrement de matière plastique chimiquement inerte.
