Claims (3)
- Ein Anschlussstecker (120), umfassend:zwei Steckerstifte (20), die mit leitenden Kerndrähten (11) einer aus Isolationsmänteln (12) einer in einem Netzkabel (110) enthaltenen Vielzahl von Kerndrähten freigelegten vorbestimmten Länge verbindbar sind, wobei das Netzkabel (110) die Vielzahl ummantelter Drähte und einen Ummantelungskörper (13) enthält, der die Vielzahl von ummantelten Drähten ummantelt;ein Paar erster Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschlüsse (35, 37), die mit einem Paar Masseelektrodeelementen (203) einer ersten Steckerbuchse (200) verbindbar sind, wobei es die erste Steckerbuchse (200) ermöglicht, die Steckerstifte (20) damit zu verbinden;ein Paar zweiter Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschlüsse (38), die es einem Masseelektrodenanschluss einer zweiten Steckerbuchse (300) ermöglichen damit verbunden zu werden, wobei es die zweite Steckerbuchse (303) ermöglicht, die Steckerstifte (20) damit zu verbinden;ein Gehäuse (40), welches während des Freilegens die Steckerstifte (20) und die ersten Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschlüsse (35, 37) einhaust und hält und die zweiten Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschlüsse (38) in einem mit dem Masseelektrodenanschluss (303) verbindbaren Zustand hält; undein äußeres Ummantelungselement (50), welches durch Spritzgießen aus Kunstharz gebildet ist, wobei das äußere Ummantelungselement (50) einen vom Gehäuse (40) zum Ummantelungskörper (13) des Netzkabels (110) reichenden Bereich abdeckt;wobei:der Anschlussstecker (120) ferner einen Masseanschluss (30) umfasst, welcher enthält:einen ersten Anschlussstift (32) als einer eines Paares der ersten Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschlüsse (35, 37),einen zweiten Anschluss (33), der als ein integraler Körper mit dem anderen der ersten Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschlüsse (35, 37) und dem zweiten Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschluss(38) gebildet ist,einem Verbindungsteil (34), welches den ersten Anschluss (32) und den zweiten Anschluss (33) miteinander verbindet, undeinem Kerndrahtverbinder (31), der mit dem Kerndraht aus einem der Kerndrähte (11) verbindbar ist,wobei der erste Anschluss (32), der zweite Anschluss (33), das Verbindungsteil (34) und der Kerndrahtverbinder (31) integral gebildet sind;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (40) folgendes einhaust:einen ersten Bereich, der mit einer inneren Oberfläche (45) des Gehäuses (40) eine erste Öffnung (46) definiert, die es dem ersten Anschluss (32) ermöglicht, in einer Längsrichtung (x) der Anschlussstifte (20) darin eingeführt zu werden, wobei der erste Bereich und die innere Oberfläche (45) des Gehäuses (40) den ersten Anschluss (32) umschließen; undeinen zweiten Bereich, der mit der inneren Oberfläche (45) des Gehäuses (40) eine zweite Öffnung (47) definiert, die es dem zweiten Anschluss (33) ermöglicht, in einer Längsrichtung (x) der Anschlussstifte (20) darin eingeführt zu werden, wobei der zweite Bereich und die innere Oberfläche (45) des Gehäuses (40) den zweiten Anschluss (33) umschließen; undder Anschlussstecker (120) ferner eine Schließeinheit (36, 39, 45a, 45b) umfasst, die die erste Öffnung (46) und die zweite Öffnung (47) in einem Zustand schließt, in dem der Masseanschluss (30) im Gehäuse (40) eingehaust ist, undder Masseanschluss (30) folgendes enthält:eine erste flache Platte (36) mit einer im Wesentlichen flachen plattenartigen Form, die größer ist, als die erste Öffnung (46) gesehen in der Längsrichtung (x), wobei die erste flache Platte (36) integral mit einem Basisbereich des ersten Anschlusses (32) gebildet ist; undeine zweite flache Platte (39) mit einer im Wesentlichen flachen plattenartigen Form, die größer ist, als die zweite Öffnung (47) gesehen in der Längsrichtung (x), wobei die zweite flache Platte (39) integral mit einem Basisbereich des zweiten Anschlusses (33) gebildet ist; unddie Schließeinheit (36, 39, 45a, 45b) folgendes enthält: die erste flache Platte (36), die die erste Öffnung (46) schließt und die zweite flache Platte (39), die die zweite Öffnung (47) verschließt, wobeider erste Bereich des Gehäuses (40) ein erstes eingriffsfähiges Teil (45a) enthält, welches mit der ersten flachen Platte (36) in der Längsrichtung (x) eingriffsfähig ist;der zweite Bereich des Gehäuses (40) ein zweites eingriffsfähiges Teil (45b) enthält, welches mit der zweiten flachen Platte (39) in der Längsrichtung (x) eingriffsfähig ist; undder erste eingriffsfähige Teil (45a) im Wesentlichen die selbe Größe aufweist, wie die der ersten flachen Platte (36) gesehen in der Längsrichtung (x), der zweite eingriffsfähige Teil (45b) im Wesentlichen die selbe Größe aufweist, wie die der zweiten flachen Platte (39) gesehen in der Längsrichtung (x), eine vorbestimmte Eingriffstiefe des ersten eingriffsfähigen Teils (45a) mit der ersten flachen Platte (36) in der Längsrichtung (x) größer ist, als eine Dicke der ersten flachen Platte (36) und eine vorbestimmte Eingriffstiefe des zweiten eingriffsfähigen Teils (45b) mit der zweiten flachen Platte (39) in der Längsrichtung (x) größer ist, als eine Dicke der zweiten flachen Platte (39).
- Ein Anschlussstecker (120) nach Anspruch 1, wobei:der zweite Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschluss (38) eingerichtet ist, den Masseelektrodenanschluss (303) elastisch zu stützen, welcher damit verbindbar ist; undder zweite Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschluss (38) einen zum zweiten Bereich gerichteten Vorsprung (38c) enthält, wobei der Vorsprung (38c) mit dem zweiten Bereich in einem Zustand verbindbar ist, in dem der Masselektrodenanschluss (303) mit dem zweiten Steckerbuchsen-Masseanschluss (38) verbunden ist.
- Ein Anschlusssteckerkabel (100), umfassend:den Anschlussstecker (120) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2; unddie ummantelten Drähte (12) des Netzkabels (110), die mit den Steckerstiften (20) und dem Masseanschluss (30) des Anschlusssteckers (120) verbunden sind.
