Claims (3)

  1. Fiche de connexion (120), comprenant :
    deux broches de fiche (20) pouvant être connectées avec des fils d'âme conducteurs (11) ayant une longueur prédéterminée exposée à partir de couvertures isolantes (12) d'une pluralité de fils couverts inclus dans un cordon d'alimentation (110), le cordon d'alimentation (110) comprenant la pluralité de fils couverts et un corps de couverture (13) couvrant la pluralité de fils couverts ;
    une paire de bornes de mise à la terre de premier réceptacle de fiche (35, 37) pouvant être connectées avec une paire de pièces électrodes de mise à la terre (203) d'un premier réceptacle de fiche (200), le premier réceptacle de fiche (200) permettant de connecter à lui-même les broches de fiche (20) ;
    une borne de mise à la terre de deuxième réceptacle de fiche (38) permettant de connecter à celle-ci une broche électrode de mise à la terre d'un deuxième réceptacle de fiche (300), le deuxième réceptacle de fiche (303) permettant de connecter à lui-même les broches de fiche (20);
    un boîtier (40) logeant et maintenant, tout en les exposant, les broches de fiche (20) et les bornes de mise à la terre de premier réceptacle de fiche (35, 37), et logeant et maintenant la borne de mise à la terre de deuxième réceptacle de fiche (38) dans un état dans lequel elle peut être connectée à la broche électrode de mise à la terre (303) ; et
    un élément de recouvrement extérieur (50) formé par moulage par injection d'une résine synthétique, l'élément de recouvrement extérieur (50) couvrant une zone allant depuis le boîtier (40) jusqu'au corps de recouvrement (13) du cordon d'alimentation (110) ;
    dans laquelle :
    la fiche de connexion (120) incluant les broches de connexion (20), les bornes de mise à la terre de premier réceptacle de fiche (35, 37), la borne de mise à la terre de deuxième réceptacle de fiche (38), le boîtier (40) et l'élément de recouvrement extérieur (50) peut être connectée au premier réceptacle de fiche (200) et au deuxième réceptacle de fiche (300) ;
    la fiche de connexion (120) comprend en outre une borne de mise à la terre (30) comprenant :
    une première borne (32) comme l'une des deux bornes de mise à la terre de premier réceptacle de fiche (35, 37),
    une deuxième borne (33) formée d'un corps monobloc comprenant l'autre de la paire de bornes de mise à la terre de premier réceptacle de fiche (35, 37) et la borne de mise à la terre de deuxième réceptacle de fiche (38),
    une pièce de liaison (34) reliant l'une à l'autre la première borne (32) et la deuxième borne (33), et
    un connecteur de fil d'âme (31) pouvant être connecté au fil d'âme de l'un des fils recouverts (11),
    dans laquelle la première borne (32), la deuxième borne (33), la pièce de liaison (34) et le connecteur de fil d'âme (31) sont formés d'un seul tenant ;
    caractérisée en ce que le logement (40) contient :
    une première cloison définissant, avec une surface intérieure (45) du boîtier (40), une première ouverture (46) permettant d'y insérer la première borne (32) dans une direction longitudinale (X) des broches de fiche (20), la première cloison et la surface intérieure (45) du boîtier (40) entourant la première borne (32) ; et
    une deuxième cloison définissant, avec la surface intérieure (45) du boîtier (40), une deuxième ouverture (47) permettant d'y insérer la deuxième borne (33) dans la direction longitudinale (X), la deuxième cloison et la surface intérieure (45) du boîtier (40) entourant la deuxième borne (33) ; et
    la fiche de connexion (120) comprend en outre une unité de fermeture (36, 39, 45a, 45b) fermant la première ouverture (46) et la deuxième ouverture (47) dans un état où la borne de mise à la terre (30) est logée dans le boîtier (40), et
    la borne de mise à la terre (30) comprend :
    une première plaque plate (36) ayant une forme généralement plate en forme de plaque plus grande que la première ouverture (46) lorsque observée dans la direction longitudinale (X), la première plaque plate (36) étant formée d'une seule pièce avec une partie de base de la première borne (32) ; et
    une deuxième plaque plate (39) ayant une forme généralement plate en forme de plaque plus grande que la deuxième ouverture (47) lorsque observée dans la direction longitudinale (X), la deuxième plaque plate (39) étant formée d'une seule pièce avec une partie de base de la deuxième borne (33) ; et
    l'unité de fermeture (36, 39, 45a, 45b) comprend la première plaque plate (36) fermant la première ouverture (46) et la deuxième plaque plate (39) fermant la deuxième ouverture (47), dans laquelle
    la première cloison du boîtier (40) comprend une première partie d'engagement (45a) pouvant être mise en prise avec la première plaque plate (36) dans la direction longitudinale (X) ;
    la deuxième cloison du boîtier (40) comprend une deuxième partie d'engagement (45b) pouvant être mise en prise avec la deuxième plaque plate (39) dans la direction longitudinale (X) ;
    la première partie d'engagement (45a) a sensiblement la même taille que celle de la première plaque plate (36) telle qu'observée dans la direction longitudinale (X), la deuxième partie d'engagement (45b) a sensiblement la même taille que celle de la deuxième plaque plate (39) telle qu'observée dans la direction longitudinale (X), une profondeur d'engagement prédéterminée de la première partie d'engagement (45a) avec la première plaque plate (36) dans la direction longitudinale (X) est supérieure à une épaisseur de la première plaque plate (36), et une profondeur d'engagement prédéterminée de la seconde partie d'engagement (45b) avec la deuxième plaque plate (39) dans la direction longitudinale (X) est supérieure à une épaisseur de la deuxième plaque plate (39).
  2. Fiche de connexion (120) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle :
    la borne de mise à la terre de deuxième réceptacle de fiche (38) est configurée pour supporter élastiquement la broche électrode de mise à la terre (303) qui peut lui être connectée ; et
    la borne de mise à la terre de deuxième réceptacle de fiche (38) comprend une saillie (38c) faisant saillie vers la deuxième cloison, la saillie (38c) pouvant être mise en contact avec la deuxième cloison dans un état dans lequel la broche électrode de mise à la terre (303) est connectée à la borne de mise à la terre de deuxième réceptacle de fiche (38).
  3. Cordon à fiche de connexion (100), comprenant :
    la fiche de connexion (120) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2 ; et
    les fils recouverts (12) du cordon d'alimentation (110) connectés aux broches de fiche (20) et à la borne de mise à la terre (30) de la fiche de connexion (120).
