Definitions

  • the invention relates to a Swissckset with a male part and one with three-pin plug contacts comprising a three-pin multiple power plug, which is equipped with pins of different power plug standards and a power outlet, and a plug for plugging into the socket.
  • a two-pole multiple power plug with push-out pins is from the WO 02/063722 known. This has in a housing two contact pins of a Euro plug contact with a push-out Euro plug-in body, a US plug contact, an AU plug contact and a UK plug contact with NC.
  • This known power plug is provided with a socket into which a socket part with a multiple socket is inserted.
  • the socket part has plug-in sockets for the two pins of a Euro plug, a US plug, an AU plug and three plug-in sockets for the pins and the opener of a UK plug.
  • the socket part is equipped with special pins that are plugged into any standard socket, but only in the socket of the multiple power plug.
  • kit to be e.g. is supplemented with a voltage converter or other accessory, which voltage converter can be plugged into the socket of the multiple power plug and largely takes place within the recess of the socket, and is possibly equipped with a socket for the socket part.
  • a voltage converter or other accessory which voltage converter can be plugged into the socket of the multiple power plug and largely takes place within the recess of the socket, and is possibly equipped with a socket for the socket part.
  • this document proposes to make in the socket of the multiple power plug a Schukokragen used, which prescribed by the German standard coverage of a plugged into this socket Schukosteckers guaranteed. Since a Schukostecker must not be plugged into a two-pin socket, and therefore equipped with two-pin sockets to thick pins, this suggestion is not effective.
  • a disadvantage of the described subject matter is that the set can only make a transition from two-pole sockets to two-pole plugs.
  • a disadvantage of these connectors is that they are only suitable for plugging Schuko plugs and two-pronged Euro plugs. Plugs for example, a US standard, an AU standard, a UK standard, a CH standard or an IT standard are not pluggable.
  • an adapter known which is formed on an end face so that at this a variety of different face plates with plug contacts of different standard can be arranged.
  • the back of the adapter is designed to accommodate a variety of different doses. So it can be combined different standards of plug contacts with different standards of cans. This can be assembled from a set of parts desired for the specific situation adapter plug.
  • One embodiment shows such an adapter plug with a Schuko plug and a multiple socket for the standards of UK, US, AU, IT and other territories.
  • a disadvantage of this adapter is that the front panel can be removed from the adapter and can be plugged without protection into a socket, whereupon live parts are bare and accessible.
  • this plug is not available as a kit, but only as a single adapter, the front panel is not replaceable.
  • a disadvantage of the commercially available adapter plug is that he now with the hybrid Schukostecker only in Schuko sockets German and sockets French standard is plugged.
  • This adapter should also have a small size.
  • the inventive moteckerset has according to the prior art WO 02/063722 together that it is formed in two parts, and thus a pregnantsteckerset is formed from a male part with a socket and a suitable for this outlet plug with multiple socket.
  • He has with the state of the art according to the DE 198 45 962 C1 common that the multiple plug is equipped with three-pin plug contacts and has a Schuko socket.
  • He has according to the state of the art GB 2 366 087 common that the multiple socket has a hybrid Schukostecker.
  • a kit is to be formed from such a (multi) plug that does not have a Schuko plug and plug of French standard, and such a multiple socket with a hybrid Schuko plug.
  • This set allows, in contrast to the cited prior art, to produce this adapter with a small size, because the plug part no Schuko plug is formed.
  • the Schuko plug of the can-part hybrid is formed.
  • the intermediate plug set is advantageously at least one precaution taken so that the hybrid Schukostecker can be inserted only in one position in the Schukosteckdose. This allows a correct polarization of the sockets and plug contacts can be achieved with arranged in the triangle pins.
  • the plug contacts of different standards relative to the housing of the connector part are slidably mounted.
  • all pins are mounted parallel to each other displaceable. They are pushed into a passive position into the housing and into an active position out of the housing. This has the known effect that the plug part has a small size, because the plug contacts can be arranged nested thanks to this displaceability.
  • the shiftability allows each of the pins of a Push plug contact a standard, while the pins of the other plug contacts are within the housing.
  • a CH plug contact is provided with a CH plug-in body, which is CH insertable into the housing and out of this pushed out, and the pins of the CH plug contact along a sliding path in the CH plug-in body in a passive position and off the CH plug-in body are also pushed into an active position.
  • the CH plug contact has a particularly long sliding path because of the sliding path for the male body and the sliding path for the pins. This is longer than the other plugs. He would be just as long for a sliding Schukostecker. However, such is not provided according to the invention. Rather, a Schukostecker is formed on the socket part, which Schukostecker in a Schukosteckdose in the plug part can be inserted. This Schuko socket requires a relatively large depth, which extends in the same direction as the displacement of the CH plug contact.
  • the sliding path of the CH plug contact extends to next to the Schukosteckdose.
  • This overlap of the sliding path of the CH plug contact and the insertion depth of the Schuko socket is the reason for the surprisingly small dimension of the plug set in the direction of displacement.
  • Another contribution to the shortness of the plug set in the direction of the displacement paths provides the preferred arrangement of all sockets of the multiple socket within the Schuko-EinsteckEffs. Thanks to the size of the plug-in body of the Schuko plug contact, it is possible to accommodate the plug sockets for the pins of connectors of different standards.
  • the Schukodose can, apart from the peripheral ground contacts according to German standard, be formed with a ground pin French standard.
  • the FR ground pin is particularly advantageous for the internal structure of the male part, as shown below.
  • the Schuko box can be designed with or without FR ground pin. It is only a short, not protruding pin or a long, protruding pin in the plug part to use to produce these two for Germany and France preferably different deliverable sets.
  • the polarization between plug contacts of the plug part and plug-in sockets of the socket part can not be rotated even with the intermediate plug sets with Schukodose German standard, an extension on the male part and a projection receiving recess is formed on the socket part, so that the socket part only in one position in the plug part is inserted.
  • this can not prevent the Schukostecktaking the can part is inverted with respect to the polarization upside down in a Schukodose.
  • Devices with a schuko plug must not be sensitive to the polarity. In the case of the standards with clear polarization, however, the plug can not be plugged in with polarization.
  • the polarization defined plug contacts all of which have a triangle-pin arrangement with the ground pin on a plane of symmetry, are connected accordingly properly.
  • a simple contact guidance in the interior of the housing is of advantage that in each case the pins for the phase are arranged on the same side of this plane of symmetry. Therefore, if a UK plug contact, a US plug contact and an AU plug contact with a common plane of symmetry provided by the earth pins, the earth pin at the AU plug contact and the UK plug contact each on the same side, while the US plug contact compared to these arranged on the other side of its pins for phase and neutral.
  • the polarization is maintained when it is in the common plane of symmetry and the two phase and neutral pins are on the same side as the ground pin of the US plug contact with respect to its pins for phase and neutral.
  • the FR ground pin may also be present only within the housing, and absent outside the housing.
  • the part within the housing namely forms a plain bearing. This allows a sliding contact between the earth pin of a sliding male contact and the sliding bearing, which is formed by the earth pin.
  • the slide bearing can also be formed independently of the ground pin of the FR socket. It is advantageous, however, formed on an extension of the ground pin of the FR box, which extends through the housing. This design of the FR ground pin serves to stabilize and simultaneously ground. an extendable earth pin of a plug contact of another standard.
  • a socket part according to the preamble of claim 15 is for example from the DE 200 14 987 U1 known.
  • the socket part according to claim 15 has the advantage that it is inexpensive to produce and allows to receive three-pin plug equal to several countries standards.
  • the socket part has at least four sockets of the country standards CH, IT, UK, US and AU.
  • an adapter plug which has a plug of any country standard (except a Schuko plug) and a Schuko socket, the socket part can provide the sockets of the economically most important countries in the world.
  • the ground contacts are arranged in a common plane and the phase pins and neutral pins are arranged symmetrically with respect thereto.
  • a common insertion opening in the can plate is provided for the ground pins of the CH, IT, US and AU standard. This has the advantage that the can part can be particularly compact.
  • the socket part can at least any two sockets of the country standards Israel (IL), India (IN), or Denmark (DK).
  • IL country standards Israel
  • I India
  • DK Denmark
  • all three aforementioned country standards are realized in a single can part. Because of that Sockets are housed in the Schukosteckergeophuse, the can part is relatively small and compact.
  • this slide bearing pin is fixed both on the front side in the housing of the plug part and on the back side in the bottom of the Schuko socket.
  • the intermediate plug set 11 in FIG. 1 has three-pole plug contacts in a plug part 13 and three-pole plug sockets in a socket part 15.

  • the CH / IT plug-in contact 20 has a push-out insert body 25.
  • the pins 21,22,23 are slidably mounted. They are therefore pushed out into the active position and inserted into the illustrated passive position, wherein in the active position and the male body 25 is extended by the prescribed length of the standard from the housing.
  • the pins of the CH / IT plug contact displaceable in the plug-in body 25 are further pushed out of the plug body by their pin length.
  • the CH / IT ground pin 23 can move into an IT-compliant position (in line with the Pins 21 and 22) or a CH-compliant position (triangle arrangement) are pushed. This displacement of the ground pin 23 in the active position is perpendicular to the direction of displacement of the plug contact. The displacement of the ground pin 23 is done by hand.
