Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de fabrication des pièces de blocage pêne pivotant et cliquet d'arrêt d'une serrure de véhicule à moteur où le pêne pivotant et cliquet d'arrêt sont estampés donnant des arêtes verticales ou presque verticales avec des surfaces d'encastrement correspondantes au pêne pivotant et cliquet d'arrêt et ensuite sont pourvus d'une gaine en laissant libres les surfaces d'encastrement,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'après l'estampage des pièces de blocage, l'une est tordue autour d'un angle déterminé dans la zone qui sinon s'engrènerait avec le contour estampé de l'autre pièce de blocage en raison des stries passant parallèlement les unes par rapport aux autres.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1
    caractérisé en ce
    que le cliquet d'arrêt est torsadé en soi avec son contour estampé présentant des stries passant droit dans un angle déterminé de façon que par rapport aux stries passant droit de l'autre pièce de blocage, les stries du contour estampé du cliquet d'arrêt passent obliquement.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes
    caractérisé en ce
    que la pièce de blocage est tournée en soi dans un angle qui apporte au moins deux chevauchements de stries passant droit et étant obliques.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'angle de la torsion est réglé en tenant compte de l'épaisseur de la pièce de blocage et de la distance entre des stries à 5 - 15°.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes
    caractérisé en ce
    que les deux pièces de blocage, c'est-à-dire pêne pivotant et cliquet d'arrêt, sont tordues de façon que les stries de zones d'encastrement opposées l'une par rapport à l'autre des pièces de blocage présentent des chevauchements et points de contact correspondants.
  6. Serrure de véhicule à moteur avec pêne pivotant (2) et cliquet de blocage (5) bloquant le pêne pivotant (2) à l'état de fermeture de la serrure de véhicule à moteur (1), les deux pièces de blocage (30, 31) présentant des surfaces d'encastrement (12, 13) correspondantes sur les arêtes (15, 16) verticales apparaissant lors de l'estampage et une gaine (10) laissant libres les surfaces d'encastrement (12, 13).
    caractérisée en ce
    qu'une pièce de blocage (30) présente d'une surface d'encastrement (13) avec un contour estampé (11) dont les stries (18, 19) en soi droites sont placées obliquement par torsion de la pièce de blocage (30) par rapport aux stries passant droit (17) de l'autre pièce de blocage (31) et/ou agissent comme stries placées obliquement (18', 19').
  7. Serrure de véhicule à moteur selon la revendication 6 caractérisée en ce
    que les stries placées obliquement (18', 19') sont formées sur la partie torsadée en soi (36) du cliquet d'arrêt (5, 30).
  8. Serrure de véhicule à moteur selon la revendication 6 caractérisée en ce
    les deux pièces de blocage (30, 31) sont torsadées en soi de façon opposée autour d'un angle plus faible correspondant.
  9. Serrure de véhicule à moteur selon la revendication 6 caractérisée en ce
    que le pêne pivotant (2) est tordu dans la zone (37) opposée au cliquet d'arrêt (5) formant chevauchements correspondants (25) sur les surfaces d'encastrement (12, 13).
  10. Serrure de véhicule à moteur selon la revendication 6 caractérisée en ce
    que l'une des pièces de blocage (30), de préférence le cliquet d'arrêt (5), est tordue autour de son axe longitudinal (38).
