Claims (12)

  1. Seuil destiné à une fenêtre coulissante à soulèvement ou à une porte-fenêtre comprenant un profilé de base (2) et un profilé de prolongement (3) dépassant de son bord externe (2a), dans lequel :
    - le profilé de base (2) comporte, le long de son côté tourné vers l'extérieur une surface de support (2b) pour une zone interne (3a) du profilé de prolongement (3) et un profilé d'encliquetage (2c) venant partiellement en prise sur cette zone interne (3a),
    - le profilé de base (2) et le profilé de prolongement (3) sont inclinés vers le bas en direction de leur côté interne,
    - le profilé de prolongement (3) peut être monté postérieurement sur le profilé de base (2) prémonté ou à prémonter sans moyen de liaison supplémentaire pour former le seuil,
    - sur les extrémités du seuil sont prévus des éléments de liaison (4) d'organes d'encadrement externes (5) d'un élément coulissant à soulèvement, et
    - un profilé d'engagement (3b) formé dans la zone interne (3a) du profilé de prolongement (3) vient en prise dans le profilé d'encliquetage (2c) du profilé de base (2) pour s'encliqueter dans une position d'utilisation,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    - une zone externe de chaque élément de liaison (4) dépassant du profilé d'encliquetage (2c) et d'une partie de la surface de support (2b) comportant, sur sa face inférieure, un épaississement (4d) d'une couche en caoutchouc (4c),
    - de sorte que la zone interne (3a) du profilé de prolongement (3) puisse être insérée entre la surface de support (2b) et l'épaississement (4d) de la couche en caoutchouc (4c) en comprimant cet épaississement (4d), et
    - dans la position d'utilisation, une branche (3c) faisant saillie vers le bas du profilé de prolongement (3) vient en appui sur le bord externe (2a) du profilé de base (2).
  2. Seuil conforme à la revendication 1,
    dans lequel à chacune de ses extrémités, il est respectivement prévu un élément de liaison (4) d'un organe d'encadrement extérieur respectif (5) de l'élément coulissant à soulèvement dont la face inférieure respective (4a) est adaptée au contour du seuil ou au profilé de base (2) qui le forme, et qui définit au contraire sur sa face supérieure respective une surface horizontale (4b).
  3. Seuil conforme à la revendication 2,
    dans lequel les éléments de liaison (4) comportent une surface d'étanchéité périphérique ayant une couche (4c) en caoutchouc, pour permettre d'assurer l'étanchéité de chaque côté, mais, leur noyau est réalisé en un matériau plus dur.
  4. Seuil conforme à la revendication 1,
    dans lequel l'inclinaison dirigée vers le bas est faible, en particulier inférieure à 25° et supérieure à essentiellement à 2,5°.
  5. Seuil conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel il est prévu un profilé de structure (6) qui ne dépasse pas du contour d'encliquetage avant (2c) du profilé de base (2) ou ne le dépasse vers l'extérieur que dans une mesure telle qu'une insertion du profilé de prolongement (3) dans sa position d'encliquetage ne soit pas affectée en particulier dans la zone d'un vantail fixe.
  6. Seuil conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel sur la face supérieure du seuil ou du profilé de base (2) assemblé, est monté un profilé de recouvrement (7), en particulier dans la zone de l'ouverture du vantail.
  7. Seuil conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel le dépassement est un dépassement important en particulier de plus de 50% de la profondeur (ou de la largeur perpendiculaire à l'extension longitudinale) du profilé de prolongement (3).
  8. Procédé de montage d'un seuil destiné à un élément coulissant à soulèvement comprenant un profilé de base (2) et un profilé de prolongement (3) dépassant vers l'extérieur à l'état monté du bord externe (2a) du profilé de base (2), selon lequel :
    - le profilé de base (2) ainsi que le profilé de prolongement (3) sont progressivement inclinés vers l'extérieur, vers le bas ou l'aval,
    - le profilé de prolongement (3) est monté sur le profilé de base (2) de sorte qu'un coulissement (P1) et un basculement (P2) de ce profilé de prolongement (3) entraîne son encliquetage à l'arrière d'une saillie (2c) du profilé de base (2), et
    - une zone interne (3a) du profilé de prolongement (3) est insérée entre une surface de support (2b) et un épaississement (4d) d'une couche en caoutchouc (4c) et provoque ainsi une compression de l'épaississement (4d), et en particulier un profilé d'engagement (3b) situé dans la zone interne (3a) du profilé de prolongement (3) est ensuite mis en prise avec le profilé d'encliquetage (2c).
  9. Procédé conforme à la revendication 8,
    selon lequel il est respectivement prévu, aux extrémités du profilé de base, un élément de liaison (4) d'un organe d'encadrement externe respectif (5) de l'élément coulissant à soulèvement dont la face inférieure respective (4a) est adaptée au contour du seuil ou du profilé de base (2) qui le forme, mais définit respectivement sur sa face supérieure respective une surface horizontale (4b).
  10. Procédé conforme à la revendication 8 ou 9,
    selon lequel les éléments de liaison (4) comportent une couche (4c) en caoutchouc assurant l'étanchéité, mais, un noyau réalisé en un matériau plus dur, en particulier réalisé sous la forme de pièces moulées respectives, ou la couche (4c) en caoutchouc est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche en caoutchouc périphérique permettant de former une surface d'étanchéité périphérique en caoutchouc.
  11. Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 8 à 10,
    selon lequel une zone externe de chaque élément de liaison (4) - dépassant d'un profilé d'encliquetage (2c) et d'un segment de la surface de support (2b) - comporte sur sa face inférieure une couche en caoutchouc épaissie (4d).
  12. Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 8 à 11,
    selon lequel une zone interne (3a, 3b) du profilé de prolongement (3) s'encliquète dans la position d'utilisation de ce profilé de prolongement (3), et une branche (3c) dépassant vers le bas de celui-ci s'applique sur le bord externe (2a) du profilé de base (2).
