Claims (11)

  1. Dormant de porte comprenant un profilé supérieur de dormant, deux profilés latéraux de dormant (5) en matière plastique présentant une première section transversale et un seuil de porte, lesquels, une fois reliés ensemble, définissent une largeur, une profondeur et une hauteur prédéfinies du dormant de porte présentant une face intérieure et une face extérieure,
    le seuil de porte comprenant (i) un profilé de base (1) en matière plastique qui présente une deuxième section transversale et qui s'étend sur toute la largeur du dormant de porte, une pluralité de pieds d'encliquetage (15) étant constitués sur la face inférieure (13) du profilé de base (1) dans la direction longitudinale et une pluralité d'éléments de liaison (11, 12) étant constitués sur la face supérieure (3) du profilé de base (1) dans la direction longitudinale, et (ii) une pluralité de parties supérieures de profilé (17, 18, 19) qui sont reliées respectivement à la face supérieure (3) du profilé de base (1) entre les profilés latéraux de dormant (5),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la première section transversale est différente de la deuxième section transversale et
    les profilés latéraux de dormant (5) sont soudés chacun frontalement et à plat à la face supérieure plane (3) du profilé de base (1).
  2. Dormant de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de base (1) est à cloisonnement simple et/ou est réalisé sous la forme d'un profilé creux.
  3. Dormant de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en plus au moins un profilé de montant, qui est soudé frontalement et à plat à la face supérieure du profilé de base (1).
  4. Dormant de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face supérieure (3) du profilé de base (1) est inclinée jusqu'à 15°, de sorte que cela permet d'obtenir une surface inclinée de la face extérieure supérieure à la face intérieure inférieure ou de la face extérieure inférieure à la face intérieure supérieure, et en ce que la face frontale des profilés latéraux de dormant (5) ou du et/ou des profilés de montant présente une surface frontale inclinée adaptée de manière correspondante à l'inclinaison du profilé de base (1).

  6. Dormant de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en tant que parties supérieures de profilé, un profilé intérieur (17), un profilé central (18) et un profilé extérieur (19).
  7. Dormant de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments supérieurs de profilé (17, 18, 19) sont faits de matière plastique, de préférence de PVC dur, et/ou au moins en partie de métal, de préférence d'aluminium.
  8. Dormant de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un profilé d'élargissement (20) est agencé au-dessous du profilé de base (1).
  9. Dormant de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur du profilé de base (1) est comprise entre environ 7 mm et environ 20 mm, atteint de préférence 12 mm.
  10. Dormant de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que des joints sont agencés dans les rainures (11) sur la face supérieure (3) du profilé de base (1).
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un dormant de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) la fourniture du profilé supérieur de dormant, des deux profilés latéraux de dormant (5) et du seuil de porte,
    b) la soudure des faces frontales des profilés latéraux de dormant (5) ou du ou des profilés de montant à la face supérieure (3) du profilé de base (1),
    c) la liaison des profilés latéraux de dormant (5) ou du ou des profilés de montant au profilé supérieur de dormant, et
    d) la liaison des parties supérieures de profilé (17, 18, 19) au profilé de base (1),
    les étapes b) et c) étant réalisées dans un ordre quelconque.
