Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de cerraduras de vehículo automotor. Con la finalidad de minimizar el rozamiento deslizante que se presenta entra las partes del mecanismo de cierre (30, 31), es decir, entre el trinquete (5) y el pestillo rotativo (2) de una cerradura de vehículo automotor (1) es ventajoso proveer las diferentes superficies de retención (12, 13) de las dos partes de mecanismo de cierre (30, 31) durante el evento de producción una vez con un contorno de estampado (14) estrías (17) rectas y por otra parte con un contorno de estriado (11) que se caracteriza porque las estrías existentes (18´, 19´) tienen una orientación oblicua. Estas estrías (18´. 19´) con orientación oblicua de la superficie de retención (13) en el trinquete (5) se ponen en la posición mostrada en la figura 3 de la manera que todo el trinquete (5) se tuerce sobre su eje longitudinal (38). Se generan en esto entre las estrías (17) rectas y las estrías (18´, 19´) con orientación oblicua al menos dos puntos de superposición que se encargan de que las dos partes de mecanismo de cierre (30, 31) hagan contacto entre sí de manera que se reduzca la fricción.
