Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de cerraduras de vehículo automotor. Con la finalidad de minimizar el rozamiento deslizante que se presenta entre las partes de mecanismo de cierre (30, 31), es decir, entre el trinquete (5) y el pestillo rotativo (2) de una cerradura de vehículo automotor (1) es ventajoso proveer en el proceso de producción las diferentes superficies de retención (12, 13) de las dos partes de mecanismo de cierre (30, 31) por una parte con un contorno de estampado (14) teniendo estrías rectas y por otra parte con un contorno de estampado (11) que se caracteriza porque las estrías (18´, 19´) presentes tienen una posición oblicua. Estas estrías (18´, 19´) con posición oblicua de la superficie de retención (13) en el trinquete (5) se realizan porque todo el trinquete (5) o también el pestillo rotativo (2) se conectan oblicuamente con el piso (39) de la carcasa de caja de cerradura (40), lo que se puede realizar de varias maneras. De esta manera se crean al menos dos superposiciones entre las estrías (17) rectas y las estrías (18´, 19´) con posición oblicua que se ocupan de que las dos partes de mecanismo de cierre hagan contacto entre sí con rozamiento reducido.
