Abstract

Zur Minimierung der zwischen den Gesperreteilen (30, 31), d. h. zwischen der Sperrklinke (5) und der Drehfalle (2) eines Kraftfahrzeugschlosses (1) auftretenden Gleitreibung ist es vorteilhaft, wenn beim Fertigungsvorgang die unterschiedlichen Rastflächen (12, 13) beider Gesperreteile (30, 31) einmal mit einer geraden Riefen aufweisenden Stanzkontur (14) und zum Anderen mit einer Stanzkontur (11) zu versehen, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die vorhandenen Riefen (18', 19') schräg gestellt sind. Diese schräg gestellten Riefen (18', 19') der Rastfläche (13) auf der Sperrklinke (5) werden dadurch verwirklicht, dass die gesamte Sperrklinke (5) oder auch die Drehfalle (2) schräg mit dem Boden (39) des Schlosskastengehäuses (40) verbunden sind, was auf mehrere Art und Weise verwirklicht werden kann. Damit werden zwischen den geraden Riefen (17) und den schräg gestellten Riefen (18', 19') mindestens zwei Überdeckungen geschaffen, die dafür Sorge tragen, dass die beiden Gesperreteile (30, 31) reibmindernd miteinander in Berührung sind.
