Claims (11)

  1. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) pour au moins un arbre de store déroulant (40) supporté dans un caisson de store déroulant, comprenant une portion de logement de palier (16) s'ouvrant vers une arête latérale pour recevoir un élément de palier intermédiaire d'arbre de store déroulant (60),
    l'unité de palier intermédiaire présentant au moins un élément statique (10) qui comprend une plaque de support (11) avec la portion de logement de palier (16) et deux pattes de fixation (12, 14) reliées au niveau d'arêtes extérieures opposées à la plaque de support (11) et coudées à cet effet, destinées à recevoir les forces agissant dans la direction verticale,
    caractérisée par une plaque de renforcement (20) plus épaisse que l'élément statique (10), qui présente une portion de logement de palier (26) s'ouvrant vers une arête latérale, laquelle est en coïncidence avec la portion de logement de palier (16) de l'élément statique (10), et caractérisée également en ce que l'élément statique est métallique.
  2. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une première arête de guidage (29.1) pour recevoir un palier intermédiaire d'arbre de store déroulant (60) est réalisée au niveau de l'élément de renforcement (20), et en ce qu'une deuxième arête de guidage (19.1) est réalisée au niveau du côté opposé dans l'élément statique (10) par l'arête de limitation de la portion de logement de palier (16) .
  3. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une arête de limitation de la plaque de renforcement (20), comprenant la portion de logement de palier (26), est au moins en partie profilée avec une rainure (29) pour recevoir un palier intermédiaire d'arbre de store déroulant (60), la première arête de guidage (29.1) de la plaque de renforcement (20) se raccordant latéralement à la rainure (29).
  4. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la rainure (29) présente une section transversale arrondie.
  5. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une deuxième arête de guidage (19.1) est réalisée au niveau du côté opposé de la rainure (29) dans l'élément statique (10) par l'arête de limitation de la portion de logement de palier (16).
  6. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la largeur minimale des portions de logement de palier (16 ; 26) dans l'élément statique (10) et dans la plaque de renforcement (20) est dimensionnée de telle sorte que l'insertion ou l'enlèvement d'un élément de palier intermédiaire d'arbre de store déroulant (60) puisse être effectué(e) via l'arête latérale de l'unité de palier intermédiaire.
  7. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément statique (10) et l'élément de renforcement (20) sont vissés l'un à l'autre, les alésages de fixation (17, 27) pour des vis (30) étant disposés à l'intérieur du diamètre minimum et/ou à l'extérieur du diamètre maximum d'un tablier de store déroulant enroulé.
  8. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les portions de logement de palier (16, 26), en vue de côté, présentent, sur l'unité de palier intermédiaire (100), un contour en forme de queue d'aronde, l'arête de limitation inférieure des portions de logement de palier (16, 26) augmentant d'abord vers l'ouverture d'un côté, puis diminuant obliquement vers l'extérieur.
  9. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'une patte de fixation inférieure (12) est disposée par rapport aux portions de logement de palier (16, 26) de manière décalée vers l'avant vers un côté avant du caisson de store déroulant, et en ce qu'une patte de fixation supérieure (14) est disposée de manière décalée vers l'arrière, en étant tournée vers un côté arrière du caisson de store déroulant.
  10. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée par au moins un élément de palier intermédiaire d'arbre de store déroulant (60) pouvant être inséré dans les portions de logement de palier (16, 26), lequel présente, des deux côtés, des logements (61) pour au moins un palier à roulement (63), et par au moins un élément adaptateur d'arbre de store déroulant (62) avec un logement pour le palier à roulement (63) et une douille d'enfichage pour l'au moins un arbre de store déroulant (40).
  11. Unité de palier intermédiaire (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de renforcement se compose de plastique.
