Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de fixation (10) pour un élément de rigidification (40) d'un coffre de volet roulant (20), qui comprend au moins un élément de fond (24), qui doit être posé sur un châssis dormant (50) d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte formé par un profilé creux, dans lequel le châssis dormant possède un profilé de renforcement (54) dans au moins une de ses chambres creuses et dans lequel le dispositif de fixation (10) comprend au moins un profilé d'adaptateur (51) à fixer au châssis dormant (50) et un profilé de base (52) à coupler par emboîtement au profilé d'adaptateur (51) et dans lequel un espace creux (53) est formé entre le profilé d'adaptateur (51) et le profilé de base (52), caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de fixation (15; 15') est disposé dans l'espace creux (53), et doit être assemblé directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un élément fileté (15; 15') au profilé de renforcement (54) et/ou à un profilé de renforcement supplémentaire disposé dans l'espace creux (53), dans lequel le profilé de base (52) comporte un évidement, de telle manière que l'élément fileté (11; 11') soit accessible depuis l'espace intérieur du coffre de volet roulant (20) via cet évidement dans le profilé de base (52).
  2. Dispositif de fixation (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fileté est une vis et en ce que l'élément de fixation (15) comporte un alésage fileté destiné à recevoir une tige de vis (11), dans lequel une tête de vis (12) est appliquée sur le profilé de renforcement (54) et la tige de vis (11) sort au-delà du côté supérieur du profilé de base (52).
  3. Dispositif de fixation (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de renforcement (54) est un profilé rectangulaire, qui présente une ouverture de passage (55) accessible depuis le côté inférieur du châssis dormant (50), à travers laquelle la tête de vis (12) peut être introduite.
  4. Dispositif de fixation (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fileté est une douille filetée, qui est assemblée à l'élément de fixation et qui s'étend au moins jusque dans une ouverture de passage dans le profilé de base (52), dans lequel un boulon fileté est disposé sur le côté de l'élément de fixation situé à l'opposé de la douille filetée, par lequel l'élément de fixation est assemblé au profilé de renforcement (54).

Dispositif de fixation (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fileté est un boulon fileté (11'), qui est assemblé solidairement à l'élément de fixation (15') et qui dépasse au-delà du côté supérieur du profilé de base (52), dans lequel un boulon fileté (12') est disposé sur le côté de l'élément de fixation (15') situé à l'opposé du boulon fileté (11'), par lequel l'élément de fixation (15') est assemblé au profilé de renforcement (54).
  6. Dispositif de fixation (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément d'étanchéité (14; 16), qui entoure l'élément fileté (11; 11'), est disposé entre l'élément de fixation (15; 15') et le profilé de base (52).
  7. Coffre de volet roulant (20), comprenant au moins:
    - deux éléments de paroi (21, 23),
    - un élément de plafond (22),
    - un élément de fond (24), qui doit être posé sur une traverse supérieure d'un châssis dormant (50) d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte formé par un profilé creux,
    - un dispositif de fixation (10) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel son profilé d'adaptateur (51) est assemblé au châssis dormant (50) et dans lequel l'élément de fond (24) est assemblé au profilé de base (52) et/ou au profilé d'adaptateur (51), ainsi que
    - un élément de rigidification (40), qui doit être assemblé par une patte de fixation à l'élément fileté (11; 11') du dispositif de fixation (10).
  8. Coffre de volet roulant (20) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rigidification (40) présente au moins une patte de fixation (44), qui comporte sur au moins un bord latéral au moins un évidement pour l'élément fileté (11; 11').
