Definitions
- the invention relates to a door seal, in particular a door seal. It includes a fastener for attachment to the door, a seal retainer, a lowering mechanism unit which mechanically couples the fastener to the seal retainer and which is configured to lower the seal retainer from a raised to a lowered position and, conversely, raise from the lowered to the raised position and a seal member fixed to the seal receiving member and extending in a longitudinal direction.
- Door seal in particular door seals, of this type are used to seal doors along their lower edge air and soundproof against the ground. Through such a door seal soundproofing can be achieved and fire protection regulations are met by avoiding the passage of air and smoke.
- the following is spoken of door seal, even if the seal is to seal the upper gap of the door and ceiling or upper side of the door frame.
- the term "door seal” therefore also includes door seals in the following, which do not seal against the floor but the ceiling.
- An essential feature of such door seals is their lowering mechanism, which causes the seal is raised over the largest movement section when opening and closing the door and thereby does not drag on the floor. Only in a range of movement shortly before reaching or shortly after leaving the closed position, the seal is lowered and pressed against the ground or raised. This movement is effected by a lowering mechanism, for example, by means of an arranged on the side edge of the door actuating lever or the like.
- the button can be arranged, for example, in the case of pivotally mounted doors on the hinge or hinge side, and correspondingly be placed on the lock side in the case of sliding doors.
- a door seal of such a construction is off EP1162341B1 and EP1460232B1 known.
- a first problem of the devices according to the prior art is that the lowering mechanism, in particular in a long Absenkrange the door seal this does not move on an exactly vertical path, but instead also a horizontal component of movement occurs in the longitudinal direction of the seal.
- this problem occurs in robust lowering mechanisms, which are operated by one or more pivoting lever and in which was preferably omitted for longevity on linear guides with a correspondingly high wear in a lowering mechanism.
- this horizontal movement component but it can come to air gaps laterally adjacent to the seal, which affect the sealing effect over the entire bottom gap.
- leaf springs operated seals or seals with little or no lateral displacement have the problem that the gap between the door and frame can not be sealed sufficiently. It is a first object of the invention to provide a door seal which overcomes this disadvantage.
- a second object of the invention is to provide a door bottom gasket which can be functionally better integrated into the overall gasket system of a door and simplifies installation.
- a door seal seals both reliably against smooth floors, but at the same time also achieves this sealing effect in case of bumps and soil contamination.
- the sealing arc can, for example, according to EP 1 122 394 be educated.
- the sealing lip can be as explained below or as EP 1 905 938 be educated.
- the two sealing lines may seal a single common area or different areas; i.e. the first sealing line can seal against the floor or the ceiling and the second sealing line can seal against the side frame of the door.
- the second sealing element section is preferably formed by a sealing leg arch, in particular a rolling seal.
- the door seal according to the invention uses the advantages of a first sealing element section, which is fastened exclusively in the seal receiving element and which thus moves with respect to the fastening element, with a second sealing element section in the form of a rolling seal.
- the first sealing member portion is preferably lowerable and raisable with a full lowering stroke of the lowering mechanism unit, the lowering stroke defining a height, and wherein the second side of the second sealing member portion is mounted at a lesser height than the first sealing member portion along the path when raised.
- the mechanism is preferably spring loaded.
- it has leaf springs which extend in the longitudinal direction of the seal and which are attached at one end to an actuating rod, at another end to the housing of the seal and with a central region on the liftable and lowerable, the sealing element bearing sealing strip, attached here are.
- the actuating rod can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the seal by means of a control knob on one side projecting the seal housing.
- the operating rod also becomes particularly in the case of a flat bar Called slider.
- a sliding block which acts as an actuating rod.
- the housing is also referred to in this text as a fastener, the carrier or sealing strip as a seal receiving element.
- the second sealing element section can be lowered or raised by means of the lowering mechanism with a fractional part, in particular half of the lowering stroke of the lowering mechanism unit.
- the second side of the second sealing element section is arranged laterally offset transversely to the longitudinal direction for attachment of the first sealing element section.
- the two sealing element sections may be formed as separate sections. However, they are preferably connected to each other. Preferably, they are formed integrally together. The entire sealing element is preferably formed in one piece.
- a door seal of the aforementioned construction by the sealing element by a first sealing element portion which is lowered by means of Absenkmechanikech with a full Absenkhub the Absenkmechanikech or raised, provides a first sealing line and by a second seal member portion formed by a seal leg arc, one side of which is lowered by the lowering mechanism and the other side fixed in position opposite to the fastener, providing a second seal line parallel to the first seal line, the second seal member portion by means of the lowering mechanism is lowered or raised at a fraction, in particular half of the Absenkhubs the Absenkmechanikmaschine.
- the invention provides a door seal which is characterized by two spaced seal lines when the door base seal is lowered and seals against the floor / threshold.
- the two seal lines are kinematically biased in such a manner that the first seal line is moved at the full stroke of the upward and downward movement of the lowering mechanism unit, whereas the second seal line is formed on a seal leg arc which is moved on one side at the full stroke but at the other cross-sectional side is fixed with respect to the fastener or the door.
- the second seal line typically moves with half the movement stroke.
- the door seal according to the invention allows by this design a double and different sealing effect, which is superior to seal designs with two seal lines conventional design.
- the seal according to the invention it becomes possible to provide a sealing effect which can be achieved over a wide stroke range to compensate for unevenness and at the same time to achieve a sealing effect with a high contact pressure over a shorter stroke range.
- the seal according to the invention thus achieves an ideal sealing effect in the usually achieved assembly window with a bottom air of approximately 7 mm, which is also insensitive to soiling and floor distortions or other unevenness.
- a great tolerance for assembly inaccuracies with deviations from the ideal bottom-air measure up or down is achieved with the seal according to the invention.
- the floor seal according to the invention may also be designed so that the first sealing line is formed on a sealing portion formed of a different material than a sealing portion on which the second sealing line is formed.
- the first sealing line which moves with a large stroke, on a sealing section having a predetermined, preferably high elasticity and deformability, and the second sealing line on a sealing section, which in contrast has a lower elasticity and higher rigidity.
- the different elasticity of the seal in the region of the first and second seal line can also be achieved by means of corresponding geometric configurations of the seal, wall thicknesses of the seal or the like. Decisive for the effect according to the invention is the fact that the first sealing line is designed such that it exerts a lower elastic counterforce to a force acting in the direction of movement of the seal than does the seal in the region of the second sealing line.
- the second sealing line is not fastened at its one leg end to the movable component of the door base gasket, but instead can be fastened independently of the lowering mechanism.
- This makes it possible to fix this second end of the sealing leg arch, for example, directly in the edge region of the lower door edge or on the fastening element and thereby to offset the second sealing line in the plane of the sealing abutment plane between the door and door frame or at least immediately adjacent to this seal abutment plane between the door frame and door.
- the disadvantage of known door seals have an offset of the sealing line of the door base seal to the sealing abutment level between door frame and door of 10 mm and more overcome, and the consequent air gap, which forms each on the sides of the door on both the hinge side and the lock side of the door, or avoided at least significantly reduced.
- another advantageous aspect of the door base gasket according to the invention that it is possible by the one-sided fixation of the sealing leg bow and running on the other side attachment of the sealing leg bow on the lowering mechanism, a horizontally acting transverse force which acts perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the seal, upon impact of the Apply second seal line to the floor or threshold to the seal.
- This transverse force can bring about an advantageous contact force perpendicular to the longitudinal axis within the door base seal between seal and lowering mechanism or seal receiving element or fastener, whereby the sealing effect against sound passing through the door seal itself, air draft and the like. Significantly increased.
- the advantage here is that this increase in the sealing effect is achieved only when hitting the second sealing line on the ground, so that the ease of lowering and lifting movement is not affected thereby.
- the first and second sealing lines preferably run parallel and at a distance from one another. They preferably extend over the entire length of the seal, but the scope of the invention also includes variants in which one or both seal lines are interrupted in places, in particular even if this could be caused by unevenness of the soil.
- the sealing leg arch is curved convexly outwards when the seal is lowered, this curvature being changed by the contact with the ground, for example being squeezed and may be arched back inwards into a concave shape.
- the sealing element itself can be made in one piece or in two parts. Preference is given to a one-part embodiment which, by means of coextrusion or other production methods, can also be embodied in the form of a one-part seal made of two different materials.
- the sealing element may alternatively be composed of two or more elements each extending completely over the entire length of the gasket or joining one another longitudinally. These multiple elements, which form the sealing element, can be connected to one another, for example glued, or preassembled in some other way, and these elements can also be assembled in the course of assembly of the seal only to the sealing element.
- the lowering mechanism may in particular comprise a plurality of mechanical parts such as levers, rails, operating buttons and the like, which in particular implement the closing movement of the door in cooperation with the frame in a vertical lowering movement and vice versa, the opening movement of the door in a vertical upward movement of the sealing element.
- the Absenkmechanikü can be carried out in particular according to the prior art, as described in the above-mentioned European patent.
- the lowering mechanism unit may be designed such that it carries out a substantially vertical movement component with a small horizontal movement component superposed thereon in the longitudinal direction of the sealing element.
- the sealing element is mounted in the longitudinal direction freely displaceable relative to the fastening element, preferably freely slidably mounted on the seal receiving element.
- the Absenkmechanikaji moves the seal receiving member relative to the fastener between a raised and a lowered position on a movement path that includes a vertical and a longitudinal direction of the seal member extending horizontal movement component and that the seal member fixed longitudinally to the fastener and is movably mounted relative to the seal receiving member in the longitudinal direction of the sealing element.
- the door bottom seal is thus carried out such that the sealing element is fixed fixed in relation to a horizontal direction along the extension of the sealing element, but at the same time can perform the vertical lowering movement and thereby compensate for a horizontal movement component by relative mobility to Absenkmechanikü.
- This function is achieved in another definition, in that the sealing element is fastened by means of two fastening sections, of which one fastening section has a relative displaceability in the longitudinal direction of the sealing element relative to the fastening element and the other fastening section fixed horizontally in the longitudinal direction of the sealing element.
- the sealing element has a first attachment portion for attachment to the seal receiving member and a second attachment portion spaced from the first attachment portion for attachment of the seal member to the door or to the fastener.
- the sealing element is connected at two spaced-apart areas with the door or on the fastening element and is designed accordingly.
- the first attachment portion which may extend in particular along the entire length of the sealing element, is fastened to the seal receiving element and is thus moved directly by the lowering mechanism unit.
- the previously described, preferred relative mobility in the longitudinal direction of the sealing element between this first attachment portion and the seal receiving member may be provided, alternatively, this relative mobility may also be provided between the seal receiving member and the Absenkmechanikinheit or Absenkmechanikü and the fastener.
- the second attachment portion is spaced from the first attachment portion and may preferably extend parallel thereto.
- the second attachment portion may also be preferably made along the entire length of the seal member. However, it may also be present, for example, only in the two edge regions of the seal. It makes it possible to fix the sealing element to the door or to the fastening element in order to achieve thereby that the sealing element with respect to the door in the horizontal direction along the sealing element is immovable.
- the second attachment portion can be designed for this purpose on the one hand to be attached directly to the door or on the fastener, for example by being clipped into a corresponding groove or glued to the door.
- the attachment of the second fastening portion can be effected in a form-fitting, frictional or cohesive manner or by means of a combination thereof.
- the second fastening section can also be fastened directly to the fastening element, which in turn can be attached fixedly to the door or to the fastening element and designed for this purpose.
- the associated second sealing element portion may also extend over the entire length of the seal. However, it may also be present only in the two edge regions of the seal, in which case the second fastening section either extends over the entire length of the seal or only over the edge region.
- the second fastening section and / or the second sealing element section extend in sections over the entire length of the seal, that is, are not present in intermediate regions of the seal.
- first attachment portion is attached to the seal receiving member and the second seal line is mechanically disposed between the first and the second attachment portion.
- the second sealing line is formed in a region of the sealing element which is coupled on one side movably to the lowering mechanism unit and fixed on the other side in a stationary manner to the door by means of the second fastening section.
- first attachment portion is relatively slidable to the attachment member and the second attachment portion is adapted for fixed attachment to the door or the attachment member.
- the fastener, the seal receiving member, the first seal member portion, the second seal member portion, the first attachment portion and / or the second attachment portion extend over the entire length of the seal member.
- first attachment portion extends parallel and over the same length as the second attachment portion and / or the first seal member portion extends parallel and over the same length as the second seal member portion.
- the second sealing line is formed on a convexly outwardly curved arc portion, preferably at one end of a first mounting portion for fixed attachment of the sealing element to the door or on the fastener and at another end of a second arc mounting portion for vertically movable attachment has relative to the fastener.
- the sealing element has a first fastening region for the stationary fastening of the sealing element to the door or the fastening element and a second fastening region for the vertically movable fastening relative to Fastening element has and that a Zargendichtungsabites of the sealing element extending from the second mounting portion beyond the first mounting portion for positioning in the door leaf level and sealing against the door frame.
- a seal against the door frame is achieved by the bottom seal, so that the sealing effect is complete despite an offset of the sealing lines of the door base seal against the ground in the overall system of the seal against the frame and door.
- the Zargendichtungsabites extends over the entire length of the sealing element in order to realize manufacturing advantages and provide a robust design. Alternatively, however, only in one or both end regions, where a contact with the frame takes place, the Zargendichtungsabites be formed.
- Another aspect of the invention is a door leaf with a door seal of the construction described above, in which the second seal member portion extends to the edge of the lower edge of the door leaf, in particular such that the second seal line is adjacent to the edge of the lower edge of the door leaf, preferably in a Distance of less than 10 mm, preferably less than 7.5 mm from the edge of the lower edge of the door leaf is arranged.
- Such a door leaf with a door seal according to the invention in the corresponding installation position allows a complete seal in the lower region of the door in a particularly advantageous manner.
- This is made possible and facilitated by the fact that the second sealing line can be placed in the sealing abutment plane between the door frame and door or at least arranged very close to this sealing stop plane.
- the seal between the door and door frame therefore extends both in the area of the door base gasket and in the region of the sealing stop plane of the door frame in a plane or in a narrow plane region, whereby a seal by bridging sealing elements which extend horizontally perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the sealing element, is unnecessary or can be reduced to only short sections.
- the second sealing element section may preferably be formed as a Zargendichtungsabites and extends into the plane of the frame facing the door leaf surface or extend beyond this level.
- a door leaf is provided which achieves a complete seal against the door frame and floor in the region of the lower edge.
- Another aspect of the invention is a use of a door seal of the construction described above with first and second attachment portion for sealing the air gap between a door and a floor or a threshold in such a way that the second attachment portion in an edge region of the lower edge of the door or on the fastener is attached.
- the use can be further developed by employing a door-well seal with a convexly outwardly arched arcuate portion and a portion of the arcuate portion extending in the edge region of the lower edge of the door, preferably in alignment with the door leaf surface above the lower edge margin region.
- the sealing element section which forms the second sealing line, is set in a position advantageous for the overall sealing, including the sealing stop plane of the door frame, and achieves easy assembly of the door seal with the goal of complete sealing and simplified adjustment.
- FIG. 1 shows a door seal 3, which is mounted on a door 1, which in turn is mounted on a frame 2.
- the door seal 3 is shown in a lowered position (solid lines) 3 and a raised position (broken lines) 3 '.
- the seal moves with a vertical component of movement, which causes the desired lowering to achieve the seal against the bottom 4, but this also leads to a caused by the kinematics of the lowering mechanism horizontal movement in the longitudinal direction Door seal off.
- This horizontal movement component is in FIG. 1 marked with X and X 'and has an air gap X' on the right side (Band side), which reduces the sound insulation properties and allows the passage of air, smoke and the like. To some extent.
- FIG. 2 shows how the seal between the door frame and door on the one hand and door to the floor on the other hand runs.
- the door 1 strikes the frame 2 both on the hinge side (on the right in FIG. 2 ) as well as on the lock side (left in FIG. 2 ) in a plane defined by two rubber seals 2a, b.
- the rubber seals cause a relatively soundproof and sealed against the passage of air, smoke, etc. stop. This sealing level is in FIG. 2 marked with I.
- FIG. 3 shows a first embodiment of the door base gasket according to the invention in installation situation in a door.
- the door bottom seal is shown in a raised state, at the same time parts of the sealing element are also shown in a lowered state.
- a door in which the door bottom seal is installed, has in its lower edge 11 a milled groove 12 in the longitudinal direction of this edge.
- the groove 12 is designed in three stages: In a deep portion 12a, the groove is made relatively narrow, a subsequent thereto in the direction of the lower door edge 11 middle section is widened on both sides. In a subsequent to this central portion 12b in the direction of the door lower edge lower portion 12c, the groove is extended such that it represents a paragraph that extends to the stop surface and front door leaf surface 13 of the door to the frame.
- the door lower edge 11 is therefore arranged higher on the stop side than on the opposite side.
- a longitudinal profile 20 is firmly anchored over the entire length of the groove in the groove.
- This longitudinal profile serves as a fastener for attaching the door base gasket to the door.
- the longitudinal profile 20 is designed substantially as a U-profile. In its base 21, this longitudinal profile has a groove rail 22 which serves to receive a Absenkmechanikech 30.
- the Absenkmechanikech 30 can be inserted laterally into the groove rail 22 and arranged positively secured against falling out.
- the longitudinal profile 20 At the ends of the legs 23, 24, the longitudinal profile 20 each have an outwardly projecting shoulder 25, 26, which is designed in cross section in the form of a hook shape.
- the Absenkmechanikü 30 is positively secured by means of a corresponding slider, here designed as a sliding block portion 31 in the groove rail 22 of the fastener 20.
- the sliding block 31 may be designed as a double-sided shoulder that extends over the entire length of the lowering mechanism, alternatively, the sliding block 31 may anchor the lowering mechanism unit 30 to the fastening element in only one, two or more areas distributed along the fastening element.
- the Absenkmechanikvenez itself will not be explained here. It is connected to its groove 31 facing the lower edge with a seal receiving element 40 and causes by appropriate actuation of a reduction of this seal receiving element 40 from the in FIG. 3 shown raised position in the in FIG. 3 partially lowered position shown for the sealing element.
- the Absenkmechanikmaschinenikmaschinen acts here according to the principle known from the prior art, it can according to the invention in particular a vertical trajectory and a horizontal trajectory in the longitudinal direction of the door base seal perform.
- the seal receiving element 40 is again designed as a U-shaped profile and arranged mirror-inverted about a horizontal plane to the fastener 20, i. the legs of the fastener 20 point down, whereas the legs of the seal receiving element facing upward.
- the seal receiving member 40 is fixedly secured to the lowering mechanism unit 30 and is moved upwardly and downwardly thereby.
- a seal member 50 of the door seal is attached on the seal receiving member 40.
- This attachment of the sealing element 50 is effected by two vertically extending leg surfaces of the sealing element 50, which are folded inwards at its upper end and thereby can be folded and secured to the seal receiving element 40 around the leg ends in a form-fitting manner.
- secured against vertical falling out of the sealing element 50 securing is achieved, however, allows a horizontal displacement in the longitudinal direction of the sealing element 50.
- the sealing element 50 further has in the region below the seal receiving element 40 on an upwardly open profile chamber 53, which expires downwardly in an obliquely downward laterally extending sealing lip.
- the sealing lip 54 forms a first sealing line 54a which, upon lowering of the seal receiving member 40, comes into contact with the ground and effects sealing over the entire length of the door base seal.
- the seal member 50 may be secured to a seal receiving member 40 in the manner described, which in turn is secured to the lowering mechanism unit 30.
- the invention also encompasses embodiments in which the seal receiving element is part of the lowering mechanism unit and consequently the sealing element 50 is fastened directly to the lowering mechanism unit 30.
- a sealing leg arc 55 is formed on the sealing element 50.
- the sealing leg arch 55 extends from the lower end of the leg 52 to an outwardly facing door hinge plane end of a mounting portion 56 of the sealing member 50.
- the mounting portion 56 preferably extends the entire length of the door bottom gasket and includes a horizontal portion 56a and one horizontal thereof Section 56a upwardly projecting snap hook portion 56b.
- the snap hook portion 56b can be positively fixed in the groove portion 12b with the hook profile 26 at the end of lying on the side of the door stop level leg 23 of the fastener and is thereby fixed to the door.
- the horizontal portion 56a extends beyond the snap hook portion to the level of the door panel 13 facing the door frame 60. At the end of this portion extending beyond the snap hook portion, the sealing leg arc is integrally fixed.
- the end of the extending portion 56a and the attached part of the sealing leg arch form a door frame sealing portion 57 which provides a sealing surface 57a against the door frame. This sealing surface is applied and pressed on lowering the sealing element to the door frame or a seal fastened there, whereby a secure seal of the door base gasket against the door frame is achieved.
- the left end of the sealing leg arc 55 moves downwards, whereas the right end remains fixed fixed to the right corner of the lower door edge and in contact with the door frame.
- the sealing leg arch thereby performs a lifting movement, which corresponds approximately to half of the path of the profile chamber 53. He rolls off at the right end of the door frame and forms a seal against the door frame.
- a second sealing line 55a is formed by the sealing leg arch 55, which is located immediately adjacent to the door stop plane or can reach as far as this door stop plane upon further deformation and lowering.
- the sealing leg arch can also arch out beyond the door leaf surface in the direction of the door frame and thus bridge a gap and produce a seal for the frame.
- the profile chamber 53 of the sealing element 50 is designed to be open at the top, thereby providing a high elastic deformability of the sealing lip 54.
- the sealing leg arc is designed in a wall thickness that provides a lower elastic deformability in contact with the ground, so that here a higher sealing force is provided with the result of a reliable seal against a straight sealing plane.
- the sealing lip 54 can achieve a reliable seal even in the first sealing line against unevenness in the sealing line.
- FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the door base gasket according to the invention.
- This second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the following points:
- a fastener 120 is inserted into a groove 112 having a deep portion 112a and an upper portion 112c, ie, a middle portion is omitted in this embodiment.
- the fastener 120 has no hook-shaped shoulders on the leg ends and is inserted directly into the deep portion 112a of the groove.
- the attachment of the lowering mechanism unit 130 in the region of the base of the fastening element 120, a seal receiving element 140 on the lowering mechanism unit 130 and a sealing element 150 on the seal receiving element 140 are in accordance with the first embodiment according to FIG. 3 executed.
- a sealing hollow chamber profile section 153 is formed, which also has an obliquely downwardly pointing sealing lip 154 carries.
- This hollow seal chamber portion 153 is made closed and thereby has a lower elasticity and exerts a higher contact pressure for the second seal line.
- a sealing leg arch 155 similarly extends from the lower end of a leg arch 152 of the sealing member to the outer end of a mounting portion 156 facing the door stop plane.
- the mounting portion 156 again has a horizontal base 156a, but in contrast to the first embodiment centrally has a profile portion 156b is formed by means of corresponding barbed profiles in a separate, arranged next to the groove 12 groove 113 in the lower edge 111 of the door leaf.
- FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the door seal according to the invention, which differs from the second embodiment according to FIG. 4 in the embodiment of attaching the seal member 250 to the seal receiving portion 240.
- the seal receiving element 240 is also designed as a U-shaped profile, but always has in the region of its base 241 an outwardly facing groove rail 242. In this groove rail on the sealing element 250 above the hollow chamber profile 253 formed, introduced in cross-section t-shaped longitudinal structure and ensures a positive attachment of the sealing element 250 on the seal receiving element 240th
- the sealing member 250 of the third embodiment does not have an upstanding leg folded over at its end, as in the two previous embodiments for attaching the sealing member. Instead, only on the side facing away from the stop side of the door, a single leg 251 is formed, which is not turned over at its upper end, but ends with a chamfer. This single leg serves to provide a sealing action between the gasket receiving member 240 and the fastening member 220, thus preventing the sealing lines which form the gasket member from becoming bottomed out.
- FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of the door seal according to the invention, which differs from the previously described third embodiment in two functional aspects.
- the fastener 320 of this fourth embodiment is designed with shorter legs, so that the unilaterally executed sealing leg 351 of the sealing member 350 does not seal against the fastener, but instead against the side wall of the groove 312, which in the lower edge of Door is introduced.
- the side leg 351 is therefore designed in this embodiment with greater wall thickness than in the previously described third embodiment.
- the fourth embodiment is equipped with no hollow section and molded lip for forming the first sealing line. Instead, extends immediately below the seal receiving member 340 of the t-shaped longitudinal portion which serves for the positive anchoring of the sealing element, an obliquely downward sealing lip 353, which forms the first seal line at its lower end.
- the fastener and the gasket-receiving member of the embodiments of the invention may be fabricated as an extruded profile, such as an aluminum extruded profile, whereby high corrosion resistance and sufficient strength can be provided.
- the fastening element and / or the seal receiving element are made of a folded sheet metal profile made of aluminum, steel or plastic.
- the embodiments of the FIGS. 7 and 8 show examples of door seals of such embodiment.
- FIG. 7 shows a fifth embodiment of the invention.
- the fastener is not designed as an extruded profile, but instead as a sheet metal profile, such as aluminum or plastic profile or rollformed steel profile.
- the fastening element 420 has a bottom section 421 in cross-section, which has laterally bent end regions 422a, b on both sides in a radius of about 180 °, which in turn form a groove rail for receiving the lowering mechanism unit 430. Starting from the curved end portions, the fastener is then provided with two oppositely folded legs 423, 424 on both sides, which extend obliquely outwards down.
- the aluminum, plastic or steel profile, which serves as a fastening element 420 also has a cross-sectionally U-shaped structure.
- the fastener is also designed as a roll-formed aluminum, plastic or steel profile, consisting of a thin sheet metal section by two executed at the top in both corners 90 ° folds, two executed at the ends of the legs 180 ° bevels, two inwards directed 90 ° -Abkantept and two executed each 180 ° bevels a corresponding profile in cross-section of the fastener 320 520 is formed.
- the fastening element 520 according to FIG. 8 functionally has the same properties as the extruded profile 320 of the fourth embodiment according to FIG. 6 ,
- the seal receiving member 540 is also designed as an aluminum or plastic profile or roll-formed steel profile. It is this by two at the base laterally executed 90 ° bevels, two at the end of the leg 180 ° bevels and two executed to form the groove rail for receiving the t-shaped longitudinal portion 90 ° bevels executed at the inwardly directed ends 180 ° bevels executed, thereby forming the seal receiving member 340 of the fourth embodiment.
- FIG. 9 shows the sealing element 50, which in the first embodiment according to FIG. 3 is used.
- FIG. 10 shows the sealing element 150, which in the second embodiment according to FIG. 4 is used.
- FIG. 11 shows the sealing member 250 used in the third embodiment.
- FIG. 12 shows the sealing member 350 used in the fourth, fifth and sixth embodiments.
- FIG. 13 a diagram is shown, which explains an example of an embodiment of a door seal of the construction according to the invention in its lowering sequence of the two sealing lines.
- the first sealing plane which corresponds to the sealing line 54a according to FIG. 3 is in the raised position 4 millimeters above the position of the second seal line, the seal line 55a of the FIG. 3 equivalent.
- the planes defined by these sealing lines are offset parallel to one another and extend over the entire length of the door base gasket.
- the lowering mechanism unit may perform a total stroke of 24 millimeters, resulting in a distance of 24 millimeters of the first seal line and a distance of 12 millimeters of the second seal line at C.
- a maximum ground clearance ie a maximum distance between the lower edge of the door and the floor of 20 millimeters can be bridged with the door base gasket.
- the sealing effect is achieved only by the first sealing line 54a.
- the optimum sealing effect of the so-designed door seal is achieved in a soil air, which is between 4 and 12 millimeters. This is a practical assembly area that can be adjusted without much effort, ensures a reliable, free run of the door and achieved over the prior art significantly improved sealing effect by the two sealing lines with different contact pressure and position.
