Claims (12)

  1. Appareil encastrable (10) en forme d'évier de cuisine ou de lavabo pour le montage dans une découpe de panneau (32) d'un plan de travail (12),
    - dans lequel l'appareil encastrable (10) comprend une pièce moulée (18) en un matériau composite ou en un matériau céramique,
    - dans lequel une cuvette (16) est formée dans la pièce moulée (10),
    - dans lequel la pièce moulée (10) présente un bord supérieur (24), qui fait saillie latéralement vers l'extérieur, et dont les dimensions dans un plan parallèle au plan de travail (12) sont plus petites que celles de la découpe de panneau (32), et
    - dans lequel le bord supérieur (24) de la pièce moulée (18) s'étend vers l'intérieur jusqu'à une arête arrondie (22), qui définit le point d'intersection du bord (24) avec les parois latérales (20) de la cuvette (16),
    dans lequel au niveau du bord supérieur (24), un profilé métallique (26) est fixé sur la pièce moulée (18), qui dépasse latéralement de la pièce moulée (18) vers l'extérieur, de sorte que le profilé métallique (26) peut reposer lors du montage de l'appareil encastrable (10) dans la découpe de panneau (32) sur le plan de travail (12),
    caractérisé en ce que le profilé métallique (26) est un profilé métallique plat et recouvre le bord supérieur (24) jusqu'au début de l'arrondi de l'arête (22).
  2. Appareil encastrable (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la pièce moulée (18) est formée en un matériau composite, qui comprend une matrice polymère synthétique et un ou plusieurs agents de remplissage anorganiques.
  3. Appareil encastrable (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le profilé métallique (26) est fixé tout autour le long de l'ensemble du bord supérieur (24) sur la pièce moulée (18).
  4. Appareil encastrable (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le profilé métallique (26) présente une épaisseur d'environ 0,5 à environ 2 mm, en particulier d'environ 0,5 à environ 1 mm.
  5. Appareil encastrable (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le profilé métallique (26) est formé d'une tôle d'acier inoxydable.
  6. Appareil encastrable (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le profilé métallique (26) est relié par liaison de matière à la pièce moulée (18), en particulier est collé sur la pièce moulée (18).
  7. Appareil encastrable (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le profilé métallique (26) dépasse de la pièce moulée (18) vers l'extérieur d'environ 5 à environ 20 mm.
  8. Appareil encastrable (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le bord supérieur (24) de la pièce moulée (18) présente dans une zone partielle extérieure un retrait pour la réception du profilé métallique (26), de sorte que le profilé métallique (26) se termine en affleurement avec une zone partielle intérieure du bord supérieur (24).
  9. Plan de travail (12) avec une découpe de panneau (32), dans lequel un appareil encastrable (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 est monté, en particulier dans lequel le profilé métallique (26) est collé avec le plan de travail (12).
  10. Plan de travail (12) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la pièce moulée (18) de l'appareil encastrable (10) est reçue sensiblement sans jeu dans la découpe de panneau (32) ou dans lequel une fente de montage (34) se trouve entre la pièce moulée (18) et la circonférence intérieure de la découpe de panneau (32).
  11. Plan de travail (12) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel il y a la fente de montage (34) et des éléments de fixation sont agencés dans la fente de montage (34) pour serrer la pièce moulée (18) avec le plan de travail (12).
  12. Plan de travail (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, dans lequel le plan de travail (12) présente dans une zone adjacente à la découpe de panneau (32) un retrait (36) pour la réception du profilé métallique (26), de sorte que le profilé métallique (26) se termine en affleurement avec le plan de travail (12).
