Claims (15)

  1. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) zur temporären Aufnahme in einer Verarbeitungsmaschine (100) von flachen Elementen (2) in der Form von Bögen, wobei besagte Vorrichtung (1) mehrere parallele Stangen (10) umfasst, die mit einem beweglichen Träger (20) solidarisch sind, welcher zwischen einer Aufnahmeposition, in der die Stangen (10) geeignet sind, zeitweilig die flachen, sich in der Stapelung befindlichen Elemente (2) zu tragen, und einer abgerückten Position, in der die besagten Stangen (10) in Entfernung sämtlicher Stapelung von flachen Elementen (2) entfernt platziert sind, bewegt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Non-Stop-Stange (10) in Beziehung zum mobilen Träger (20) in der Querbewegung mobil montiert ist, und dass die Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) darüber hinaus Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (30) umfasst, die geeignet sind, die Querbewegung jeder Non-Stop-Stange (10) zu blockieren.
  2. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Führungsmittel (40) umfasst, die geeignet sind, jede Non-Stop-Stange (10) in der Querbewegung in Bezug auf den mobilen Träger (20) zu führen.
  3. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Non-Stop-Stange (10) solidarisch mit zwei Schlitten (12, 13) ist, welche längsgleitend entlang von jeweils zwei parallelen Führungsschienen (41, 42; 43, 44) montiert sind, wobei Letztere quer auf dem mobilen Träger (20) befestigt sind und wobei besagte Schlitten (12, 13) in Verbindung mit besagten Führungsschienen die Führungsmittel (40) bilden.
  4. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (40) zwei Paar Führungsschienen (41, 42; 43, 44) umfassen, die abwechselnd respektive mit einer Non-Stop-Schiene (10) von zweien kooperieren.
  5. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen (41, 42; 43, 44) jedes Schienenpaares abwechselnd mit den Führungsschienen (41, 42; 43, 44) des anderen Schienenpaares angeordnet sind.
  6. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Non-Stop-Stange (10) in Bezug auf einen Körper (11) beweglich montiert ist, der mit den beiden, die Quer-Gleitbewegung besagter Stange (10) ausführenden Schlitten (12, 13) solidarisch ist.
  7. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Non-Stop-Stange (10) geeignet ist, in Längsrichtung in den, ihr zugeordneten Körper (11) einzurasten, und dass die Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) darüber hinaus über Verriegelungsmittel (16) verfügt, die geeignet sind, die Mobilität besagter Stange (10) entlang der Einrastrichtung zu blockieren.
  8. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein, einen Distanzring bildender Zwischenkörper dazu geeignet ist, zwischen jeder Non-Stop-Stange (10) und dem ihr zugeordneten Körper (11) eingefügt zu werden.
  9. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (30) mindestens ein Kontaktorgan (31) beinhalten, das geeignet ist, gegen mindestens eine Non-Stop-Stange (10) zu drücken, um jegliche Querbewegung durch statische Reibung zu blockieren.
  10. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Kontaktorgan (31) aus einem elastisch deformierbaren Element besteht, welches geeignet ist, sich zwischen einer passiven Position auf Abstand von jeder Non-Stop-Stange (10) und einer aktiven Position, in der es gegen mindestens eine Non-Stop-Stange (10) drückt, gedehnt zu werden.
  11. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Betätigungsvorrichtungen (50) umfasst, die geeignet sind, jede Non-Stop-Stange (10) in Bezug auf den mobilen Träger (20) automatisch zu bewegen, wenn die Verriegelungsvorrichtungen unwirksam sind.
  12. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsvorrichtungen (50) eine Kopplungselement (51), das geeignet ist, durch Einrasten mit einem Teil der Non-Stop-Stange (10) zu kooperieren, einen ersten Aktor (52) zur Bewegung des Kopplungselements (51) zwischen einer Rückzugsposition auf Distanz mit jeder Non-Stop-Stange (10) und einer Kopplungsposition, in der er auf jede Non-Stop-Stange (10) eingerastet wird, sowie einen zweiten Aktor (53) beinhalten, der geeignet ist, das Kopplungselement (51) über die gesamte Breite des mobilen Trägers (20) zu bewegen.
  13. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie erste Detektionsmittel (60) umfasst, die geeignet sind, die Ausgangsposition jeder Non-Stop-Stange (10) in Beziehung zum mobilen Träger (20) zu erfassen.
  14. Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Non-Stop-Stangen (10) dazu bestimmt sind, sich über ein Werkzeug der Verarbeitungsmaschine (100) zu erstrecken, wenn sie in der Empfangsposition sind, wobei die Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) eine Positionierschablone (75), deren Profil mit dem des betreffenden Werkzeugs übereinstimmt, sowie zweite Detektionsmittel (70) umfasst, die geeignet sind, die vom Profil der besagten Positionierschablone (75) vorgegebene theoretische Position jeder Non-Stop-Stange (10) zu erfassen.
  15. Verarbeitungsmaschine (100) für flache Elemente (2) in der Form von Bögen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Non-Stop-Gittervorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
