Claims (13)

  1. Presse à comprimés (1) comprenant une unité de rotation (5), qui présente au moins un moule de matrice (23) pour le moulage du comprimé, une unité d'entrainement (8), qui assure la rotation de l'unité rotative (5) de poste en poste entre des positions de travail individuelles, et au moins un poinçon inférieur (31), ledit poinçon inférieur (31) étant agencé dans le moule de matrice (23) en pouvant tourner avec l'unité rotative (5), et la presse à comprimés (1) comprenant par ailleurs une unité de production de force de pressage (17),
    caractérisée en ce que l'unité de production de force de pressage (17) est agencée sous l'unité rotative (5), l'unité de production de force de pressage (17) présentant un cylindre de pression (77), qui, lors du pressage, tire un poinçon supérieur (21) en direction du poinçon inférieur (31).
  2. Presse à comprimés selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée
    en ce que l'unité de production de force de pressage (17) présente au moins un autre cylindre de pression (78), en ce que ledit un cylindre de pression (77) tire le poinçon supérieur, lors du pressage, d'une position initiale en direction du poinçon inférieur, et ledit au moins un autre cylindre de pression (78) ramène le poinçon supérieur, après le pressage, dans sa position initiale, et en ce que la presse à comprimés est de préférence entrainée par voie pneumatique, et ledit au moins un autre cylindre de pression (78), qui ramène le poinçon supérieur, après le pressage, dans la position initiale, est notamment plus petit que le cylindre de pression, qui tire le poinçon supérieur en direction du poinçon inférieur.
  3. Presse à comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée
    en ce qu'il est prévu une plaque de commande (7) pour une commande à came de la position du poinçon inférieur, un dispositif de charge (32) pressant de préférence le poinçon inférieur (31) contre la plaque de commande (7), et le dispositif de charge (32) étant notamment agencé à l'intérieur de l'unité rotative (5).
  4. Presse à comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée
    en ce que le poinçon inférieur (31), dans sa position directement après le pressage, est abaissé en comparaison par rapport à sa position finale lors du pressage, et/ou en ce que le poinçon inférieur (31) est réalisé sous la forme d'un éjecteur pour un comprimé ayant été pressé.
  5. Presse à comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée
    par une unité de couplage (12), qui peut assurer le couplage de l'unité d'entrainement (8) avec l'unité rotative (5) ou son découplage de cette dernière, l'unité de couplage (12) découplant de préférence l'unité d'entrainement (8) de l'unité rotative (5), dans une position de travail.
  6. Presse à comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée
    en ce que l'unité d'entrainement (8) comprend un actionneur linéaire (10, 11), de préférence un premier et un deuxième actionneur linéaire (10, 11), les deux actionneurs linéaires (10, 11) travaillant de manière mutuellement opposée ; et/ou en ce qu'il est prévu une unité d'indexage (6), qui arrête l'unité rotative (5) dans une position de travail.
  7. Presse à comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée
    par un canal de remplissage (57) dans lequel est amené le produit de remplissage du moule de matrice (23), le canal de remplissage (57) couvrant de préférence une zone d'une trajectoire de déplacement du moule de matrice (23) ; et/ou en ce que l'unité rotative (5) et le canal de remplissage (57) sont pressés l'un contre l'autre sous précontrainte.
  8. Presse à comprimés selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée
    en ce que le volume de remplissage du moule de matrice (23) peut être modifié, le volume de remplissage du moule de matrice (23) pouvant de préférence être modifié par l'intermédiaire de la position du poinçon inférieur (31) ; et/ou en ce que le volume de remplissage du moule de matrice (23) peut être modifié pendant la rotation de l'unité rotative (5).
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un comprimé, d'après lequel une unité rotative (5) présente au moins un moule de matrice (23) pour assurer le moulage d'un comprimé, et tourne poste par poste entre des positions de travail individuelles, et d'après lequel un poinçon inférieur (31) est agencé dans le moule de matrice (23) et est en rotation avec l'unité rotative (5),
    caractérisé
    en ce que lors du pressage, un poinçon supérieur (21) est tiré, au moyen d'un cylindre de pression (77), en direction du poinçon inférieur (31).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le poinçon inférieur (31) est abaissé, directement après le pressage, par rapport à sa position finale lors du pressage, et/ou en ce que le comprimé ayant été pressé est éjecté par le poinçon inférieur (31) .
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10,
    caractérisé
    en ce que dans une position de travail, l'unité rotative (5) et une unité d'entrainement (8) sont découplées l'une de l'autre.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 11,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le moule de matrice (23) est rempli le long d'un canal de remplissage (57).
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'unité rotative (5) tourne, et il est possible simultanément de modifier le volume de remplissage du moule de matrice (23).
