Claims (16)
- Station à poinçons de bourrage pour remplir des capsules avec du matériau de remplissage dans une machine de remplissage de capsules, comprenant un disque de dosage (10) pouvant être entrainé en rotation et qui comprend au moins un groupe de perçages (12), un dispositif de remplissage pour remplir les perçages (12) avec le matériau de remplissage, au moins un groupe de poinçons de bourrage (28) et un groupe de poinçons d'éjection (44), les poinçons de bourrage (28) et les poinçons d'éjection (44) étant tenues sur un support de poinçons (32) verticalement mobile, par mouvement vertical du support de poinçons (32), les poinçons de bourrage (28) pour presser le matériau de remplissage dans les perçages(12) et les poinçons d'éjection (44) pour éjecter des pièces moulées crées par les poinçons de bourrage (28) dans les perçages (12) pouvant entrer dans les perçages (12), caractérisée en ce que des premiers dispositifs d'entrainement pour une rotation graduelle du disque de dosage (10) le long de l'au moins un groupe de poinçons de bourrage (28) et du groupe de poinçons d'éjection (44), et deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement pour le mouvement vertical du support de poinçons (32) pour introduire les poinçons de bourrage (28) et les poinçons d'éjection (44) dans les perçages(12) sont prévus, les lignes motrices pour tourner le disque de dosage (10) d'une part, et celles pour le mouvement vertical du support de poinçons (32) d'autre part étant séparées, les deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement comprenant au moins deux commandes à vis sans fin agissant sur le support de poinçons (32), chacune avec un écrou de broche (38) et une vis d'entrainement verticale (34) guidée dans l'écrou de broche (38), et les deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement comprenant au moins deux moteurs d'entrainement (18) dont chacun entraine une des commandes à vis sans fin pour le mouvement vertical du support de poinçons (32).
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le support de poinçons (32) est une plaque de support ou un portique porteur, les commandes à vis sans fin étant fixées sur des côtés opposés de la plaque de support ou du portique porteur.
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que chacune des commandes à vis sans fin comprend une vis d'entrainement verticale (34), fixée sur le support de poinçons (32), chacune des vis d'entrainement (34) étant guidée dans un écrou de broche (38) monté de façon axialement et en rotation fixe et chacun des au moins deux moteurs d'entrainement (18) entrainant en rotation un des écrous de broche (38) pour mouvement vertical du support de poinçons (32).
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que chacune des commandes à vis sans fin comprend une vis d'entrainement verticale (34) montée en rotation et axialement fixe, chacune des vis d'entrainements (34) étant guidée en rotation dans un écrou de broche (38) fixé sur le support de poinçons (32) et chacun des au moins deux moteurs d'entrainement (18) entrainant en rotation une des vis d'entrainement (34) pour le mouvement vertical du support de poinçons (32).
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moteurs d'entrainement (18) des deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement sont des moteurs électriques.
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les écrous de broche (38) ou les vis d'entrainement (34) sont à chaque fois arrangés dans un trou borgne des moteurs d'entrainement (18).
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les moteurs d'entrainement (18) des deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement sont chacun des moteurs à arbre creux (40), chacun des écrous de broche (38) étant arrangé dans les arbres creux des moteurs d'entrainement (18).
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les premiers dispositifs d'entrainement comprennent un servomoteur.
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les premiers dispositifs d'entrainement comprennent un entrainement direct, en particulier un moteur torque.
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le disque de dosage (10) comprend au moins deux groupes de perçages (12).
- Station à poinçons de bourrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le disque de dosage (10) comprend n groupes de perçages (12), n étant >2 et n-1 groupes de poinçons de bourrage (28) sont tenus sur le support de poinçons (32).
- Machine de remplissage de capsules pour remplir des capsules composées d'une partie supérieure de capsule et une partie inférieure de capsule, comprenant une roue de refoulement, sur le périmètre de laquelle est prévue une multitude de supports de capsule, dont chacun comporte un groupe de logements de capsule pour une capsule à chaque fois, comprenant en outre un entrainement pour la roue de refoulement, par lequel la roue de refoulement peut être tournée par intermittence, de sorte que les supports de capsule se déplacent par intermittence le long d'un trajet de transport, et comprenant une multitude de stations de procédé arrangées le long du trajet de transport, les stations de procédé comprenant au moins une station d'alimentation pour alimenter des capsules à remplir dans les logements de capsule, au moins une station d'ouverture pour ouvrir les capsules à remplir en séparant la partie supérieure des capsules de la partie inférieure des capsules, au moins une station à poinçons de bourrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, au moins une station de fermeture pour fermer les capsules remplies en reliant les parties supérieures des capsules avec les parties inférieures des capsules, et au moins une station d'éjection pour éjecter les capsules remplies.
- Procédé de remplir des capsules avec du matériau de remplissage dans une station à poinçons de bourrage d'une machine de remplissage de capsules, dans lequel la station à poinçons de bourrage comprend un disque de dosage (10) pouvant être entrainé en rotation avec au moins un groupe de perçages (12), en outre un dispositif de remplissage pour remplir les perçages (12) avec le matériau de remplissage, au moins un groupe de poinçons de bourrage (28) et un groupe de poinçons d'éjection (44), les poinçons de bourrage (28) et les poinçons d'éjection (44) pouvant être verticalement déplacé et la station à poinçons de bourrage comprenant des premiers dispositifs d'entrainement pour rotation graduelle du disque de dosage (10) le long de l'au moins un groupe de poinçons de bourrage (28) et du groupe de poinçons d'éjection (44), et deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement pour le mouvement vertical au moins de l'au moins un groupe de poinçons de bourrage (28), les lignes motrices pour tourner le disque de dosage (10) d'une part, et celles pour le mouvement vertical au moins de l'au moins un groupe de poinçons de bourrage (28) d'autre part étant séparées, caractérisé par les étapes de traitement suivantes :• par les premiers dispositifs d'entrainement, le disque de dosage (10) est tourné vers une position de rotation dans laquelle le groupe de perçages (12) est aligné à un groupe de poinçons de bourrage (28),• par les deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement, les poinçons de bourrage (28) sont avancés dans les perçages(12) pour comprimer du matériau de remplissage rempli dans les perçages(12) à des pièces moulées, les poinçons de bourrage (28) étant tenus dans les perçages(12) pour un temps d'action de pression, et puis étant rétractés des perçages (12),• par les premiers dispositifs d'entrainement, le disque de dosage (10) est tourné vers une position de rotation dans laquelle le groupe de perçages (12) est aligné à un groupe de poinçons d'éjection (44),• les poinçons d'éjection (44) sont avancés dans les perçages(12) pour éjecter les pièces moulées crées par les poinçons de bourrage (28) dans les perçages(12),• le temps d'action de pression des poinçons de bourrage (28) étant varié entre des procès de remplissage différents par commande variable des premiers dispositifs d'entrainement et/ou des deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement des poinçons d'éjection (44) dans les perçages (12) et en dehors des perçages (12) est fait par les deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement, ou que le mouvement des poinçons d'éjection (44) dans les perçages (12) et en dehors des perçages (12) est fait par troisièmes dispositifs d'entrainement, par lesquels les poinçons d'éjection (44) peuvent être déplacés indépendamment des poinçons de bourrage (28).
- Procédé selon une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que les poinçons de bourrage (28), de préférence les poinçons de bourrage (28) et les poinçons d'éjection (44), sont tenues dans support de poinçons (32) verticalement mobile, qui est verticalement déplacé par les deuxièmes dispositifs d'entrainement.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que il est fait par une station à poinçons de bourrage selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, ou par une machine de remplissage de capsules selon la revendication 12.
