Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à insérer des bâtonnets dans des moules pour produire des confiseries sur bâtonnet. Des moules (12) sont disposés les uns derrière les autres sur un transporteur de moules (10) dans le sens de transport (a), ces moules (12) comportant des cavités (20) disposées en rangées les unes à côté des autres et pouvant être remplies d'une masse de confiserie (K). Des porte-bâtonnets (42) sont disposés sur un corps rotatif (34) pouvant être mis en rotation pas à pas autour d'un axe de rotation (36) parallèle aux rangées de cavités (20), les porte-bâtonnets (42) étant disposés à des distances angulaires correspondant aux pas de rotation. Lesdits porte-bâtonnets (42) présentent des rangées de canaux radiaux (44), un bâtonnet (S) pouvant être inséré dans chacun de ces canaux radialement de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur de sorte que les bâtonnets (S) soient maintenus dans une position dans laquelle ils font saillie radialement par rapport au corps rotatif (34). A chaque rotation du corps rotatif (34), chaque porte-bâtonnets (42) est placé en vis-à-vis d'un distributeur (50) dans une première position angulaire de façon à recevoir de celui-ci une rangée de bâtonnets (S) et, dans une dernière position angulaire, il est placé en vis-à-vis d'une rangée de cavités (20) dans lesquelles les bâtonnets (S) sont insérés respectivement par éjection de leur canal (44) radialement de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur. Le corps rotatif (34) présente une section annulaire qui laisse un espace annulaire (40) libre autour d'un corps axial (38) définissant l'axe de rotation (36). Les canaux radiaux (44) débouchent dans cet espace annulaire (40), dans lequel un éjecteur (64) associé à l'ensemble des porte-bâtonnets (42) est disposé stationnaire en rotation, cet éjecteur (64) présentant des poussoirs (66) servant à éjecter les bâtonnets (S) des canaux (44). Lorsque le corps rotatif (34) est à l'arrêt, les poussoirs (66) sont introduits dans les canaux (44) qui sont orientés en direction d'une rangée de cavités (20) et ils sont rétractés à nouveau dans l'espace annulaire (40) avant le prochain pas du corps rotatif (34).
