Claims (15)
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé (1) pour le traitement de surfaces de route (2), comprenant- un châssis (8) supporté par un mécanisme de roulement (4) réglable en hauteur,- un rouleau de fraisage (12) monté à rotation dans un carter de rouleau de fraisage (10),- un entraînement (14) destiné au rouleau de fraisage (12), et- un écran racleur (64) réglable en hauteur fermant vers l'arrière le carter de rouleau de fraisage et placé dans la voie de fraisage (68) du rouleau de fraisage (12), caractérisé en ce que l'écran racleur est conçu de façon à venir en appui de manière élastique contre le bord de fraisage (70) de la voie de fraisage (68), qui est sensiblement orthogonale à la surface (2) de la route, latéralement dans la voie de fraisage (68) du rouleau de fraisage (12) pendant le fraisage.
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'écran racleur (64) comporte, à chacune des deux extrémités latérales, un élément d'écran mobile (74) qui se termine au niveau du bord inférieur (78) sensiblement à fleur de l'écran racleur (64) et qui est réglable en hauteur conjointement avec celui-ci.
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'écran (74) sont déplaçables parallèlement à l'écran racleur (64) et à l'axe du rouleau de fraisage en s'opposant à une précontrainte d'adaptation dynamique de la largeur de l'écran de raclage au cours du fraisage.
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de précontrainte élastiques (76) exercent une précontrainte sur les éléments d'écran (74) respectifs, parallèlement à l'écran racleur (64) et au rouleau de fraisage, contre les bords de fraisage (70) de la voie de fraisage (68), sensiblement orthogonaux à la surface (2) de la route.
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de précontrainte (76) comportent des éléments à piston et cylindre qui peuvent être précontraints hydrauliquement.
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de précontrainte (76) sont réglables en termes de force de précontrainte.
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le carter de rouleau de fraisage se termine par un côté frontal presque à fleur avec un côté extérieur latéral (26, 28) du châssis (8), dénommé côté zéro, pour permettre un fraisage le plus près possible le long des bords ou d'obstacles.
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen à bande transporteuse (18), coopérant avec le carter de rouleau de fraisage (10), emporte vers l'avant le matériau fraisé enlevé par le rouleau de fraisage (12).
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des essieux avant et arrière des mécanismes de roulement par référence au sens de roulement et en ce que le carter de rouleau de fraisage (10) est disposé entre les essieux avant et arrière des mécanismes de roulement au niveau du châssis (8).
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'écran racleur (64) peut pivoter vers le haut.
- Engin de fraisage routier autopropulsé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le carter de rouleau de fraisage est déplaçable transversalement à la direction de déplacement.
- Procédé de traitement de surfaces de route par fraisage de la surface de route au moyen d'un rouleau de fraisage d'un engin de fraisage routier et retrait du matériau fraisé, restant dans la voie de fraisage générée par le rouleau de fraisage, au moyen d'un écran racleur, caractérisé en ce que, pour adapter dynamiquement la largeur de l'écran racleur(64) à la voie de fraisage pendant le fraisage, l'écran racleur (64) est appliqué latéralement dans la voie de fraisage (68) élastiquement contre les bords de fraisage (70) de la voie de fraisage (68), sensiblement orthogonaux à la surface (2) de la route.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau de chacune des deux extrémités latérales, un élément d'écran (74) mobile parallèlement à l'écran racleur (64) et à l'axe de rouleau de fraisage est réglé en s'opposant à une précontrainte pour adapter dynamiquement la largeur de l'écran racleur lors du fraisage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la précontrainte est générée par des moyens hydrauliques.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 13 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la force de précontrainte est réglable.
