Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de détermination de l'occupation par des personnes d'un véhicule ferroviaire, dans lequel
    on détermine au moyen d'un dispositif de détection des états de fonctionnement de téléphones mobiles présents sur le véhicule ferroviaire, et
    au moyen d'une unité d'exploitation on détermine l'occupation par des personnes du véhicule ferroviaire à partir des états de fonctionnement détectés,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de détection est un dispositif de détection du véhicule ferroviaire.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    on détermine les états de fonctionnement des téléphones mobiles au moyen de la détection des signaux prêts à la réception des téléphones mobiles qui ont été mis en fonctionnement.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    on utilise un répétiteur du véhicule ferroviaire comme dispositif de détection.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    on détermine les états de fonctionnement des téléphones mobiles au moyen de la détection du rayonnement électromagnétique des téléphones mobiles qui ont été mis en fonctionnement, et
    on utilise un dispositif de détection ayant un agencement de réception du rayonnement électromagnétique des téléphones mobiles qui ont été mis en fonctionnement.
  5. Procédé suivant la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    on détecte le rayonnement électromagnétique des téléphones mobiles présents sur le véhicule ferroviaire et qui ont été mis en fonctionnement dans l'ensemble au moyen d'un agencement de réception constitué en une unité de réception unique.
  6. Procédé suivant la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    on détecte le rayonnement électromagnétique des téléphones mobiles présents sur le véhicule ferroviaire ayant été mis en fonctionnement au moyen d'un agencement de réception qui a plusieurs dispositifs de réception répartis dans le véhicule ferroviaire.
  7. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
    on détermine en même temps et supplémentairement le rayonnement électromagnétique des téléphones mobiles qui ont été mis en fonctionnement.
  8. Agencement de détermination de l'occupation par des personnes d'un véhicule ferroviaire, dans lequel l'agencement a un dispositif de détection qui détermine des états de fonctionnement de téléphones mobiles présents sur le véhicule ferroviaire, et
    il est monté, après le dispositif de détection, une unité d'exploitation qui détermine l'occupation par des personnes du véhicule ferroviaire à partir des états de fonctionnement détectés,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de détection est disposé dans le véhicule ferroviaire.
  9. Agencement suivant la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de détection est un répétiteur du véhicule ferroviaire qui détecte, comme états de fonctionnement des téléphones mobiles, des signaux prêts à la réception des téléphones mobiles qui ont été mis en fonctionnement.
  10. Agencement suivant la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de détection comporte un agencement de réception ayant une unité de réception unique qui détecte dans l'ensemble le rayonnement électromagnétique des téléphones mobiles qui ont été mis en fonctionnement sur le véhicule ferroviaire.
  11. Agencement suivant la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de détection a plusieurs dispositifs de réception qui sont répartis dans le véhicule ferroviaire et qui détectent le rayonnement électromagnétique des téléphones mobiles mis en fonctionnement sur le véhicule ferroviaire.
