Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Ablagefach mit Hosenbügeln, welches in ein Schrankelement einsetzbar ist und welches mit Aufnahmemitteln versehen ist, in welche die Hosenbügel über jeweils ein Halteelement einsetzbar sind, und die Aufnahmemittel ein Profilelement aufweisen, welches sich entlang eines Seitenrands des Ablagefachs und mindestens über einen Teil der Länge dieses Seitenrands erstreckt, und welches mit einem längsverlaufenden U-förmig ausgebildeten Schlitz mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen ausgestattet ist.
  • Einrichtungen zur Aufbewahrung von Hosen sind in vielfältiger Weise bekannt. Beispielsweise sind Bügel bekannt, in welche die Hosen eingeklemmt oder eingelegt werden können, welche Bügel dann in üblichen Kleiderstangen, die in Schrankelementen angeordnet sind, eingehängt werden, wie dies beispielsweise der Veröffentlichung EP 0 217 910 A entnommen werden kann. Hierbei werden die Hosen häufig zusammen mit Hemden und Anzügen, die ebenfalls auf Kleiderbügeln aufgehängt und in dieselbe Stange eingehängt werden, im selben Schrankelement gelagert. Hierzu muss das Schrankelement eine gewisse Tiefe aufweisen und die Stange muss mittig in diesem Schrankelement angeordnet sein. Da die auf entsprechenden Bügeln aufgehängten Hosen wesentlich schmaler sind als ein auf einen Bügel aufgesetztes Hemd oder Anzug, werden die Hosen durch die Hemden und Anzüge verdeckt und sind somit schlecht ersichtlich und entsprechend schwierig aufzufinden.
  • Ferner sind Beschläge und Auszüge für Hosen ebenfalls in vielfältiger Weise bekannt. Derartige Auszüge können beispielsweise seitlich in einem Schrankelement befestigt werden, sie können aber auch auf zwei Seiten montiert werden. Diese Auszüge sind mit Stangen versehen, auf welche die Hosen aufgehängt werden. Das Einhängen und Herausnehmen von Hosen in bzw. aus den Stangen dieser Auszüge ist relativ kompliziert, die Herstellung derartiger Auszüge ist auch entsprechend aufwändig.
  • US 4953718 offenbart ein gattungsgemäßes Ablagefach. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht somit darin, ein Ablagefach mit Hosenbügeln zu schaffen, welches einfach im Aufbau ist, welches einfach bedienbar ist und in welchem die Hosen gut sichtbar untergebracht werden können.
  • Erfindungsgemäss erfolgt die Lösung dieser Aufgabe durch ein Ablagefach gemäß Anspruch 1. Mit diesem erfindungsgemässen Ablagefach können die Hosenbügel in einfachster Weise eingesetzt werden, das Aufbringen der Hosen auf die Bügel kann ebenfalls in einfacher Weise erreicht werden, die auf den Hosenbügeln angeordneten Hosen sind im in das Ablagefach eingesetzten Zustand in optimaler Weise ersichtlich, eine entsprechende Hose kann sehr einfach aufgefunden werden.
  • Dadurch, dass an beiden Enden des Tragteils jeweils ein stabförmiger Bereich vorgesehen ist, kann der Hosenbügel sowohl vorwärts als auch rückwärts in das Ablagefach eingehängt werden kann, wodurch die Hose in einfacher Weise auf den am Tragteil befestigten Stab aufgesetzt oder von diesem abgenommen werden kann.
  • Indem der stabförmige Bereich gegenüber dem Tragteil geneigt ist, kann einerseits der Hosenbügel sehr einfach in den U-förmigen Schlitz eingesetzt werden, durch die Neigung des stabförmigen Bereichs gegenüber dem Tragteil hängt der Hosenbügel am Ablagefach in horizontaler Ausrichtung.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise sind die beiden Innenflächen des U-förmigen Schlitzes von der offenen Seite her zur geschlossenen Seite hin bezüglich der Ablagefläche des Ablagefachs und von dieser weg geneigt. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass die in den U-förmigen Schlitz eingehängten Hosenbügel in optimaler Weise gehalten werden und nicht selbstständig herausrutschen können.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise ist der U-förmige Schlitz an den Enden durch Anschlagelemente begrenzt, wodurch vermieden werden kann, dass die in den U-förmigen Schlitz eingehängten Hosenbügel seitlich aus diesem Schlitz herausgleiten können.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise ist das Profilelement durch Abkanten aus einem Stück Blech gebildet und mit dem Ablagefach verbunden, was eine sehr einfache Herstellung des Ablagefachs zur Folge hat.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht darin, dass das Ablagefach und das Profilelement durch Abkanten aus einem einzigen Blechzuschnitt gebildet sind, was die Herstellung des Ablagefachs mit den Aufnahmemitteln zusätzlich vereinfacht und kostengünstig ist.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise ist der weitere stabförmige Bereich gegenüber dem stabförmigen Bereich in symmetrischer Weise geneigt, wodurch erreicht wird, dass der Hosenbügel auch bei rückwärtigem Einhängen in das Ablagefach parallel zum Ablagefach ausgerichtet ist.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise weist der Tragteil über die gesamte Länge eine den stabförmigen Bereichen entsprechende Querschnittsform auf, wodurch die Herstellung dieses Trgteils optimiert werden kann.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht darin, dass das Ablagefach mit Aufhängemitteln versehen ist, mittels welchen dieses in einem Schrankelement einhängbar ist, das Einhängen in dieses Schrankelement kann in einfacher Weise erfolgen, dieses Schrankelement kann auch als Schrankauszug ausgebildet sein, der aus einem Schrank ausziehbar und in diesem einfahrbar ist.
  • Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung beispielhaft näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 in räumlicher Darstellung ein Ablagefach mit den Aufnahmemitteln, in welche die Hosenbügel einsetzbar sind;

  • Aus Fig. 1 ist ein Ablagefach 1 ersichtlich, das mit Aufnahmemitteln 2 versehen ist, in welche, wie später noch in Detail beschrieben wird, Hosenbügel einsetzbar sind. Dieses Ablagefach 1 wurde aus einem einzigen Blechzuschnitt gebildet, indem durch Umbiegen eine Rückwand 3 und zwei Seitenwände 4 erhalten wurden. Die Aufnahmemittel 2, die sich entlang des vorderen Seitenrands 5 des Ablagefachs 1 erstrecken, wurden ebenfalls durch Umbiegung des Blechzuschnitts erhalten. Durch diese Umbiegung entsteht ein Profilelement 6, welches einen U-förmig ausgebildeten Schlitz 7 aufweist, der parallel zum Seitenrand 5 ausgerichtet ist. Dieser U-förmige Schlitz 7 ist mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen 8 und 9 ausgestattet, welche im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind. Der U-förmige Schlitz 7 ist beidseitig mit jeweils einem Anschlagelement 10 verschlossen.
  • Aus Fig. 2 ist wiederum das Ablagefach 1 mit Rückwand 3 und Seitenwänden 4 ersichtlich. Am Seitenrand 5 des Ablagefachs 1 ist das Profilelement 6 angeformt, das die Aufnahmemittel 2 für die Hosenbügel bildet, wie später noch im Detail beschrieben wird. Wie bereits erwähnt weist dieses Profilelement 6 einen U-förmigen Schlitz 7 auf, der durch zwei Innenflächen 8 und 9 gebildet wird. Diese beiden Innenflächen 8 und 9 sind im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander ausgerichtet. Die beiden Innenflächen 8 und 9 sind von der offenen Seite 11 des U-förmigen Schlitzes 7 her, die bezüglich des Ablagefachs 1 gegen aussen gerichtet ist, zur geschlossenen Seite 12 des U-förmigen Schlitzes hin bezüglich der Ablagefläche 13 des Ablagefaches 1 und von dieser weg geneigt. Die eine Innenfläche 8 ist auf der offenen Seite 11 des U-förmigen Schlitzes 7 mit einer Abrundung 14 versehen.
  • Das in Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 dargestellte Ablagefach 1 ist zusammen mit den Aufnahmemitteln 2 aus einem einstückigen Blechzuschnitt geformt. Selbstverständlich ist auch denkbar, andere handelsübliche Ablagefächer zu verwenden, an welchen am vorderen Seitenrand ein Profilelement befestigt werden kann, in welchem der U-förmigen Schlitz für die Aufnahme von Hosenbügeln angebracht ist.
  • Aus Figur 2 sind noch Aufhängemittel 15 entnehmbar, die aus zwei winkelförmigen Bügeln 16 gebildet sind, die an einem Halteteil 17 in bekannter Weise einsteckbar sind, welcher Halteteil 17 an einem Schrankelement oder einem Schrankauszug befestigbar ist. Auf die Bügel 18 aufgesetzt werden kann dann das Ablagefach 1, zur Befestigung können beispielsweise Klettverschlüsse verwendet werden. Im hierdargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel wird das Ablagefach 1 seitlich gehalten, selbstverständlich ist auch denkbar, dass das Ablagefach 1 hinten gehalten ist, wozu der Halteteil 17 beispielsweise an einer Rückwand eines Schrankelements befestigt werden könnte und die Bügel 18 entsprechend von der Rückseite des Ablagefachs 1 her gegen die Frontseite hin verlaufen würden. Selbstverständlich sind auch andere Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für ein Ablagefach 1 denkbar.
  • Aus den Figuren 3a und 3b ist ein Hosenbügel 18 entnehmbar. Dieser Hosenbügel 18 umfasst einen Tragteil 19 an welchem in bekannter Weise ein Stab 20 befestigt ist, über welchen eine Hose hängbar ist. Der Stab 20 kann hierbei in bekannter Weise mit einer Antirutschbeschichtung versehen sein, um zu vermeiden, dass die auf den Stab aufgelegten Hosen abgleiten können.
  • An einem Ende 21 des Tragteils 19 ist ein stabförmiger Bereich 22 vorgesehen. Am anderen Ende 23 des Tragteils 19 ist ein weiterer stabförmiger Bereich 24 vorgesehen. Sowohl der stabförmige Bereich 22 als auch der weitere stabförmige Bereich 24 weisen jeweils eine untere Oberfläche 25 und eine obere Oberfläche 26 auf. Der Hosenbügel 18 lässt sich in die Aufnahmemittel 2 des Ablagefachs 1 (Figur 1 und Figur 2) einsetzen, indem sich der stabförmige Bereich 22 bzw. der weitere stabförmige Bereich 24 in den U-förmigen Schlitz einstecken lässt, wie nachfolgend gesehen wird.
  • Aus Fig. 4 ist wiederum das Ablagefach 1 mit den Aufnahmemitteln 2 ersichtlich, wie es in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellt ist. Der U-förmige Schlitz 7 weist die beiden Innenflächen 8 und 9 auf.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt das Ablagefach 1, bei welchem der Hosenbügel 18 in die Aufnahmemittel 2 eingesetzt ist. Hierbei ist der stabförmige Bereich 22 des Tragteils 19 in den U-förmigen Schlitz 7 eingesteckt. Die untere Oberfläche 25 des stabförmigen Bereichs 22 dient hierbei als Auflagefläche, die auf der einen Innenfläche 8 des U-förmigen Schlitzes 7 zur Auflage kommt. Die obere Oberfläche 26 des stabförmigen Bereichs 22 dient hierbei als Abstützfläche, die sich auf der anderen Innenfläche 11 des U-förmigen Schlitzes 7 abstützt. Hierdurch ist der Hosenbügel 18 in optimaler Weise in den Aufnahmemitteln 2 gehalten. Der stabförmige Bereich 22 weist gegenüber dem Stab 20 die gleiche Neigung auf, wie der U-förmige Schlitz 7 bezüglich der Ablagefläche 13 des Ablagefachs 1, wie vorgängig beschrieben worden ist, sodass der Stab 20 parallel zur Ablagefläche 13 des Ablagefachs 1 ausgerichtet ist.
  • Fig. 6 zeigt die weitere Einhängemöglichkeit, wie der Hosenbügel 18 in die Aufnahmemittel des Ablagefachs eingehängt werden kann. Hierzu wird der Hosenbügel 18 mit dem weiteren stabförmigen Bereich 24 in den U-förmigen Schlitz 7 der Aufnahmemittel 2 eingesteckt. Die untere Oberfläche 25 des weiteren stabförmigen Bereichs liegt hierbei wiederum auf der einen Innenfläche 8 des U-förmigen Schlitzes 7 auf, die obere Oberfläche 26 des weiteren stabförmigen Bereichs 24 stützt sich auf der anderen Innenfläche 9 des U-förmigen Schlitzes 7 ab, wodurch auch der weitere stabförmige Bereich 24 optimal im U-förmigen Schlitz 7 gehalten ist. Der weitere stabförmige Bereich 24 ist gegenüber dem Stab 20 des Hosenbügels 18 wiederum so geneigt, dass der Stab 20 des Hosenbügels 18 parallel zur Ablagefläche 13 des Ablagefachs 1 ausgerichtet ist. Dies heisst, dass der weitere stabförmige Bereich 24 gegenüber dem stabförmigen Bereich 22 in symmetrischer Weise geneigt ist.
  • Die untere Oberfläche 25 und die obere Oberfläche 26 der stabförmigen Bereiche 22 und 24 können jeweils quer zur Längsachse des entsprechenden stabförmigen Bereichs 22 oder 24 konvex gewölbt sein, wodurch sich die Hosenbügel 18 entlang der Aufnahmemittel 2 verschieben lassen, ohne dass ein Verkanten erfolgt.
  • Im hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel für einen Hosenbügel 18 weist der Tragteil 19, der stabförmige Bereich 22 und der weitere stabförmige Bereich 24 die selbe Querschnittsform auf. Hierdurch kann der Tragteil 19 mit dem stabförmigen Bereich 22 und dem weiteren stabförmigen Bereich 24 einstückig hergestellt werden, was die Herstellung vereinfacht.
  • Fig. 7 zeigt in räumlicher Darstellung das Ablagefach 1 mit den Aufnahmemitteln 2 für die Hosenbügel 18. Auf der linken Seite sind die Hosenbügel 18 in der Position in die Aufnahmemittel 2 eingehängt, bei welcher die auf den Hosenbügeln gehaltenen Hosen im entsprechenden Schrankelement versorgt sind. Auf der rechten Seite in Fig. 7 sind die Hosenbügel 18 so in die Aufnahmemittel 2 eingehängt, dass die Hosen in einfacher Weise auf die Bügel 18 aufgehängt werden können, wobei beide Hände zum Aufhängen der Hosen auf die Hosenbügel 18 frei sind.
  • Der Fig. 7 ist auch entnehmbar, dass die Hosenbügel 18 teilweise über die Ablagefläche 13 des Ablagefachs 1 vorstehend sind. Dadurch können die mit dem jeweiligen Ablagefach 1 und den Hosenbügeln 19 in einem Schrankelement versorgten Hosen leicht gefunden werden, da die Sicht auf die Hosen nicht verdeckt ist. Auf der Ablagefläche 13 können beliebige Accessoires aufbewahrt werden, beispielsweise Gürtel für die Hosen.
  • Fig. 8 zeigt das Ablagefach 1 mit den Aufnahmemitteln 2 für die Aufnahme von Hosenbügeln, dieses Ablagefach 1 kann wie bereits vorgängig erwähnt worden ist, über Aufhängemittel 15 in einem Schrankelement oder an einem Schrankauszugelement gehalten werden. Die Aufhängemittel 15 bestehen aus einem Halteteil 17, der in bekannter Weise am nicht dargestellten Schrankelement oder am Auszugelement befestigt werden kann. In diesen Halteteil 17 sind zwei Bügel 16 einhängbar, die vier Auflagepunkt 27 für das Ablagefach 1 bilden. Diese Auflagepunkt 27 können mit einem Teil 28 eines Klettverschlusses ausgestattet sein, der andere Teil dieses Klettverschlusses kann an den entsprechenden Stellen an der Unterseite des Ablagefaches angebracht werden. Durch diese Ausgestaltung kann das Ablagefach 1 in optimaler Weise an den Aufhängemitteln 15 gehalten werden.
  • Wie bereits erwähnt worden ist, können auch andere geeignete Aufhängemittel für die Halterung des Ablagefachs eingesetzt werden. Es können auch andere Befestigungsmittel zum Festhalten des Ablagefachs auf den Bügeln 16 als Klettverschlüsse eingesetzt werden.
  • Mit dieser erfindungsgemässen Ausgestaltung können Hosen in optimaler Weise über Hosenbügel in einem Ablagefach untergebracht werden, wobei ein einfacher Aufbau der gesamten Einrichtung erhalten werden kann.

Claims (8)

  1. Ablagefach (1) mit Hosenbügeln (18), welches in ein Schrankelement einsetzbar ist und welches mit Aufnahmemitteln (2) versehen ist, in welche die Hosenbügel (18) über jeweils ein Halteelement einsetzbar sind, und die Aufnahmemittel (2) ein Profilelement (6) aufweisen, welches sich entlang eines Seitenrands (5) des Ablagefachs (1) und mindestens über einen Teil der Länge dieses Seitenrands (5) erstreckt, und welches mit einem längsverlaufenden U-förmig ausgebildeten Schlitz (7) mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen (8, 9) ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das jeweilige Halteelement des Hosenbügels (18) mindestens einen stabförmigen Bereich (22) aufweist, dessen untere Oberfläche (25) im in die Aufnahmemittel (2) eingesetzten Zustand des Hosenbügels (18) auf der einen Innenfläche (8) des U-förmigen Schlitzes (7) als Auflagefläche und dessen obere Oberfläche (26) auf der anderen Innenfläche (9) des U-förmigen Schlitzes (7) als Abstützfläche dienen, und dass die Hosenbügel (18) jeweils einen Tragteil (19) umfassen, an welchem jeweils ein Stab (20) befestigt ist, über welchen eine Hose hängbar ist, dass der stabförmige Bereich (22) an einem Ende (21) des Tragteils (19) des Hosenbügels (18) vorgesehen ist und gegenüber dem Tragteil (19) geneigt ist, und dass am anderen Ende (23) des Tragteils (19) des Hosenbügels (18) ein weiterer stabförmiger Bereich (24) vorgesehen ist, wobei der stabförmige Bereich (22) oder der weiteren stabförmigen Bereich (24) in die Aufnahmemittel (2) einsetzbar sind.
  2. Ablagefach (1) mit Hosenbügeln (18) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Innenflächen (8, 9) des U-förmigen Schlitzes (7) von der offenen Seite (11) her zur geschlossenen Seite (12) hin bezüglich der Ablagefläche (13) des Ablagefachs (1) und von dieser weg geneigt sind.
  3. Ablagefach (1) mit Hosenbügeln (18) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der U-förmige Schlitz (7) an den Enden durch Anschlagelemente (10) begrenzt ist.
  4. Ablagefach (1) mit Hosenbügeln (18) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profilelement (6) durch Abkanten aus einem Stück Blech gebildet und mit dem Ablagefach (1) verbunden ist.
  5. Ablagefach (1) mit Hosenbügeln (18) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ablagefach (1) und das Profilelement (6) durch Abkanten aus einem einzigen Blechzuschnitt gebildet sind.
  6. Ablagefach (1) mit Hosenbügeln (18) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der weitere stabförmige Bereich (24) gegenüber dem stabförmigen Bereich (22) in symmetrischer Weise geneigt ist.
  7. Ablagefach (1) mit Hosenbügeln (18) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragteil (19) über die gesamte Länge eine den stabförmigen Bereichen (22, 24) entsprechende Querschnittsform aufweist.
  8. Ablagefach (1) mit Hosenbügeln (18) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ablagefach (1) mit Aufhängemitteln (15) versehen ist, mittels welchen dieses in einem Schrankelement einhängbar ist.
