Claims (16)

  1. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel, insbesondere Brotschneidemaschine (1), umfassend einen Schneideklingensatz (2), der Klingen aufweist, die parallel angeordnet sind und dazu vorgesehen sind, das Lebensmittel in Scheiben zu schneiden, und eine Ausstoßplatte (4), die stromabwärts von dem Klingensatz angeordnet ist und dazu vorgesehen ist, die Scheiben während ihrer Bewegung zu halten, wenn sie den Klingensatz (2) verlassen, wobei die Schneidemaschine auch ein Verpackungsorgan (20) und ein Halteorgan (5) umfasst, das auf der Höhe der Ausstoßplatte (4) angeordnet ist dazu vorgesehen ist, die nebeneinander angeordneten Scheiben während ihrer Bewegung auf der Ausstoßplatte (4) zu halten, wobei das Verpackungsorgan (20) dazu vorgesehen ist, die Ausstoßplatte (4) mit Verpackungsmaterial in Form von zwei einander zugewandten Blättern (30, 35) zu versorgen, so dass während des Brotschneidevorgangs die den Klingensatz (2) verlassenden Scheiben zwischen die zwei Blätter (30, 35) gelangen, wobei das Verpackungsorgan (20) auch ein Verbindungsorgan (25) umfasst, das dazu vorgesehen ist, die Blätter (30, 35) des Verpackungsmaterials an wenigstens zwei einander entgegengesetzten Rändern miteinander zu verbinden.

Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schiebeelement vorgesehen ist, das dazu dient, das Brot (1) durch den Schneideklingensatz (2) in Richtung auf die Ausstoßplatte (4) zu schieben, wobei dieses Schiebeelement zwischen einer an den Klingensatz angrenzenden Position und einer von diesem Klingensatz entfernten Position bewegt werden kann, wobei ein Raum zum Einführen eines Lebensmittels zwischen dem Klingensatz und dem Schiebeelement gebildet ist, wenn sich dieses in der entfernten Position befindet, wobei es das Schiebeelement ermöglicht, das Lebensmittel durch den Klingensatz zu schieben, um es zwischen den Blättern (30, 35) anzuordnen.
  3. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verpackungsorgan (20) eine Gruppe von ersten Armen (40) umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen ist, in Bezug auf die Ausstoßplatte (4) eine hin- und hergehende Bewegung auszuführen und das zweite Blatt (35) in Bezug auf die Scheiben zu führen, wenn sich diese auf der Ausstoßplatte bewegen.
  4. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gruppe von ersten Armen (40) auf Endlosschnecken montiert ist.

Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verpackungsorgan (20) zur Bereitstellung des ersten und des zweiten Blatts (30, 35) eine erste und eine zweite Halterung (21, 23) aufweist, die dazu vorgesehen sind, eine erste und eine zweite Rolle (22, 24) mit Verpackungsmaterial zu halten.

  8. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Führung (28, 29) stromabwärts von den Antriebswalzen (26, 27) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Führung dazu vorgesehen ist, das freie Ende des ersten Blatts (30) in Richtung auf die Ausstoßplatte (4) zu führen.

Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebselement (26, 27) eine Führungswalze (31) umfasst, die über der Ausstoßplatte (4) stromabwärts von dem Schneideklingensatz (2) angeordnet ist, wobei die Führungswalze dazu vorgesehen ist, das von der zweiten Rolle (24) kommende zweite Blatt (35) zu führen.
  10. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan (25) durch ein Schweißorgan gebildet wird.
  11. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schweißorgan im Bereich der Ausstoßplatte (4) stromabwärts vom Klingensatz (2) angeordnet ist.
  12. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Schneidorgan (34) umfasst, das stromabwärts vom Verbindungsorgan (25) angeordnet ist.
  13. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verpackungsorgan (20) ein Verschlussorgan umfasst, das dazu vorgesehen ist, die Seitenränder des Verpackungsmaterials zu verschließen, das um das Lebensmittel herum angeordnet ist.
  14. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteorgan (5) einen ersten und einen zweiten Finger (13, 14) umfasst, die beiderseits der Ausstoßplatte (4) angeordnet sind, wobei diese Finger (13, 14) jeweils auf einer Zahnstange (7, 8) montiert sind, um sich in Richtung auf die Seitenränder des Lebensmittels und von diesen weg bewegen zu können.
  15. Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteorgan (5) dazu vorgesehen ist, um aktiviert zu werden, wenn die Scheiben den Schneideklingensatz (2) verlassen, und um deaktiviert zu werden, wenn die Enden der Verpackung miteinander verbunden sind.
  16. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines in Scheiben geschnittenen und verpackten Lebensmittels, wobei ein Lebensmittel durch einen mit parallel angeordneten Klingen versehenen Schneideklingensatz (2) geschoben wird und wobei der Teil des Brotes (1), der den Klingensatz durchlaufen hat, an seinen Enden in einer Richtung gehalten wird, die quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Brotes ist, um die Scheiben aneinanderzuhalten, indem auf das Brot wenigstens so lang eine Zugkraft in seiner Bewegungsrichtung ausgeübt wird, bis das Brot den Klingensatz vollständig durchlaufen hat, wobei das Brot während seiner Bewegung durch den Klingensatz mit wenigstens einem Verpackungsblatt (30, 35) in Kontakt gelangt, so dass das Brot im Zuge seiner Vorwärtsbewegung von diesem Blatt umhüllt wird, bis eine vorbestimmte Entfernung zwischen dem Brot und dem Klingensatz entstanden ist, wobei die Teile des Blattes, die sich anschließend auf der Seite des Klingensatzes über das Brot hinaus erstrecken, miteinander in Kontakt gebracht werden, um in einer Richtung, die senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des Brotes ist, eine Verbindung zwischen diesen Teilen des Blattes zu bilden.
