Claims (14)

  1. Automatische Maschine zum kontinuierlichen Anbringen eines mit Etiketten (16) versehenen Klebebandes (18), das selbstklebende Handgriffe an Verpackungen jedweder Produkte bildet, die sich unter einer Umhüllung aus Pappe oder einer Kunststoffolie gruppieren können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sie umfaßt:
    eine das Band (18) auf ein in einem Magazin (15) eingeschlossenes Etikett (16) aufbringende Vorrichtung (10), um Griffe mit zwei Klebeenden zu bilden, eine sich drehende Platte (6 oder 6'), die sich synchron mit der Vorrichtung (10) dreht und über die das Klebeband (18) mit Etiketten (16) in der Weise läuft, daß beim Vorbeigehen einer Verpackung (E), die kontinuierlich und synchron mit der Drehung der Platte (6 oder 6') verschoben wird, diese Verpackung gegen das vordere Klebeende des den Handgriff bildenden Bandes stößt, um es an ihrer Fläche anzukleben, während die Drehung der Platte (6 oder 6') und das synchronisierte Vorrücken der Verpackung ein Abrollen des Bandes (18) über die Verpackung hervorruft, wobei bei einer bestimmten Entfernung derselben die Platte (6 oder 6') Halte- und Trennmittel für das Band (18) zum Aufbringen des hinteren Klebeendes des den Griff bildenden Bandes auf die Fläche der Verpackung, die der das vordere Ende erhaltenen Fläche gegenüberliegt, umfaßt.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich drehende Platte (6) zwei parallele Wände (24,25) umfaßt, die beidseitig einer horizontalen und zentralen Welle (7) angeordnet sind und deren Enden durch zwei Traversen (26) zusammengesetzt sind, die jeweils in ihrer Mitte mit einem Schlitz (27) versehen ist, der zwischen den zwei Wänden hervorkommt.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halte- und Trennmittel für das Band (18) symmetrisch in bezug auf die horizontale Welle (7) sind.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halte- und Trennmittel zwei vertikal zwischen den Wänden in der Nähe des Schlitzes (27) jeder Traverse (26) befestigte Zylinder (28,29) aufweisen, die parallele Steuerstäbe (30,31) umfassen, die jeweils fest mit einer U-förmigen Gabel (32), an deren vertikalen Schenkeln jeweils eine frei drehende Rolle (33) angebracht sind und mit einer gezahnten Schneide (36) verbunden sind, wobei beidseitig der Schneide und zwischen ihr und den senkrechten Schenkeln der Gabel (32) zwei elastisch vorgespannte Hebel (34) in L-Form angelenkt sind, deren Haken bildende, horizontale Bereiche sich außerhalb der rotierenden Platte (6) derart befinden, daß die äußeren Ränder größerer Länge des L jedes Hebels (34) mit den Rollen zusammenarbeiten.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (34) mittels einer Feder (35) vorgespannt ist.
  6. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an jedem Ende der rotierenden Platte (6) angeordneten Zylinder (28,29) wechselseitig arbeiten.
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rotierende Platte (6') zwei parallele Wände (24',25') beidseitig einer horizontalen und zentralen Welle (7') umfaßt, deren Enden über zwei Traversen (26') zusammengesetzt sind, die jeweils mit einem zwischen den Wänden hervorkommenden Schlitz (27) versehen sind, während jede Wand (24',25') in der Nähe der vertikalen Hauptachse der rotierenden Platte (6') eine parallel zur Welle (7') liegende Ausnehmung (37') aufweist.
  8. Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halte- und Trennmittel für das Band (18) und die Ausnehmungen (37') symmetrisch zur horizontalen Welle (7') sind.
  9. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Halten des Bandes (18) in einer bestimmten Entfernung zur Verpackung einen ersten horizontal in der Nähe der Ausnehmung (37) und zwischen den Wänden (24' ,25') befestigten Zylinder (38') aufweisen, der zwei parallele Steuerstäbe (39') umfaßt, deren freie Enden eine Tragplatte (40') tragen, die durch die Ausnehmung hindurchgreift, um außerhalb der rotierenden Platte (6') zu enden, wohingegen die Tragplatte (40') mit einem Haltefinger (32) fest verbunden ist, der horizontal und parallel zu der Ausnehmung angeordnet ist.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halte- und Trennmittel einen zweiten, vertikal zwischen den Wänden und in der Nähe des Schlitzes (27') jeder Traverse (26') befestigten Zylinder (42') aufweisen, der einen mit einer U-förmigen Gabel fest verbundenen Steuerstab (43') aufweist, deren senkrechte Schenkel jeweils eine frei drehende Rolle (33') tragen, während die Mitte des Zwischenschenkels des U eine gezahnte Schneide (36') umfaßt, wobei beidseitig der Schneide und zwischen ihr und den senkrechten Schenkeln der Gabel (32) zwei elastisch vorgespannte Hebel (34) in L-Form angelenkt sind, deren Haken bildende horizontale Bereiche sich außerhalb der rotierenden Platte (6') derart befinden, daß die äußeren Ränder größerer Länge des L jedes Hebels (34') mit den Rollen (33') zusammenarbeiten.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die horizontal ausgerichteten Zylinder (38') wechselseitig arbeiten.
  12. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traversen (26 oder 26') ein abgerundetes äußeres Profil aufweisen.
  13. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebeband (18) über Antriebsscheiben (19,20,21,22,23) zur rotierenden Platte (6 oder 6') gebracht wird.
  14. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (10) einen horizontalen Doppelhebel (12) umfaßt, der um eine vertikale, in seiner Mitte vorgesehene Achse (13) schwingt, während Rollen (14) an jedem Ende des Hebels (12) frei drehen.
