Claims (8)

1. Verfahren zum Formen des Bodens eines Beutels aus schmiegsamem Kunststoff ausgehend von einem mit Flüssig keit gefüllten Kissen (1) aus Kunststoff, wobei zur Erzielung der Stabilität das gefüllte Kissen (1) auf einen Trägerbalken (6) mit einer Breite, die kleiner als die Breite des Kissens ist, so aufgesetzt wird, daß wenigstens eine der -unteren Ecken (7, 8) des Kissens über den Balken übersteht und nach unten gerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf jeder Seite des Balkens eine Klammer (9, 10) einwirkt, deren ausgeübter Druck die in der Ecke oder den vorerwähnten Ecken enthaltene Flüssigkeit heraustreibt, und daß wenigstens entlang einer Linie geschweißt wird, was dem Beutel eine Stabilität verleiht und wobei auf diese Weise wenigstens ein Ohr bestimmt wird, das jeweils einer Ecke (7, 8) zugeordnet ist.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Ecken (7, 8) zugeordneten Ohren durch eine in der Schweißklammer integrierte Klinge geschnitten werden.
3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gefüllte Kissen auf den Balken (6) fällt.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerbalken (6) während des Füllens gegen das Kissen aufsteigt, um die Ohren (7, 8) zu formen, und daß das Schneiden und Schweißen derselben während des Füllens durchgeführt werden.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerbalken in Gestalt eines Gurtes realisiert ist, der als Transportband wirksam ist, wobei die Schweißung durch Heizbänder durchgeführt wird, die sich mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit wie der Gurt bewegen.
6. Schweiß- und Schneidevorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie verfügt über :
eine Klammer (9,10,9') mit einer Andruckfläche (11) zum Andrücken der Ecke des Kissens (1) gegen einen Balken (6), ein Schweißorgan (12, 15) und eine Schneidklinge (13).
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schweißkopf (15) und die Klinge (16) in den Balken (6) integriert sind.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Balken (6, 6') oder die Klammer (9, 10, 9') eine Andruckfläche (14) aus einem Material aufweisen, das weniger hart als das des Balkens oder der Klammer ist.
