Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a method for producing a bundle of different leaflets according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a bundle having at least two different leaflets according to the preamble of claim 9.
  • Package inserts of the type in question carry information that typically refers to a pharmaceutical product or to a drug. Synonymous with the term leaflet are often used the terms package leaflet and secondary packaging. Such leaflets may be attached to a package such as a container, pharmaceutical product or drug. In this case, the English term “outsert” is often used. Alternatively, leaflets may be loosely placed in a box containing a pharmaceutical product or drug.
  • leaflets are folded to reduce their size.
  • a leaflet can be unfolded by a user, so that the user - z. B. after the purchase of the pharmaceutical product or drug - perceive the information on the leaflet, in particular read.
  • the different leaflets can z. B. different information, such as instructions and / or regulatory information, for the same addressee, such as a patient wear.
  • the different leaflets but can also different or identical information for different addressees, eg. As patients and medical personnel.
  • the different leaflets in the sense of the present invention may also have identical properties (eg identical information) but be intended for a different purpose of use.
  • a different purpose in the context of the present invention provides z. For example, that one or more instruction leaflets act as duplicate (s) or copy (s) of another leaflet.
  • a method for producing a bundle of different leaflets and such a bundle shows the DE 10 2010 027 231 A1 , which forms the starting point of the present invention.
  • each leaflet and a second leaflet differing therefrom are bundled.
  • Each leaflet is made from a separate sheet of paper in a separate process.
  • Each paper sheet is folded in several folds. At each fold a fold and a fold are formed.
  • all folds have the same width, d. H. the same extent between a fold and the next fold or an edge bounding the sheet of paper.
  • the folds are aligned with each other, d. H. put in a line.
  • the first leaflets are singled in the known method and transferred in a relatively large mutual distance to a transport device.
  • the second leaflets are first rotated by 90 ° and then placed in the gaps between two first leaflets on the transport device.
  • the order of the package leaflet is checked and possibly corrected.
  • a glue applicator With the help of a glue applicator then two glue spots are applied to the first leaflet.
  • a further device is provided, which is coupled via a control device with the glue application device. This ensures that only on the first leaflet glue spots are applied.
  • a further control device is arranged to check the glue application on the leaflets.
  • the control device is connected via a control device with a switch, with the help of incorrect or incorrectly sized leaflets can be rejected. Error-free leaflets are handed over to a stacker, each one glued first leaflet with an unsized second leaflet compressed into a bundle. The bundles thus formed are then dispensed onto a tray table.
  • Object of the present invention is to provide a simple method for producing a bundle of different leaflets or to improve the known method in terms of complexity, cost, duration, efficiency and / or rejects.
  • a further object of the present invention is to specify a bundle of different instruction leaflets which can be produced in a simple manner or to improve the known bundle with different leaflets with regard to handling, compactness and / or stability.
  • the bundle is produced from a sheet of a flat material, in particular paper. Therefore, the term "paper sheet” is usually used below, even if it may be another sheet.
  • the bundle can also be made from continuous paper. Preferably, the sheet is provided by cutting a continuous paper.
  • paper can be used as sheet material and carbon fibers z. B. were processed into textile structures used. It is important that the arch or the surface material is falzbar.
  • the sheet has at least two different sections that form the different leaflets. It is important that the different sections of the sheet are separable from each other. For example, is information on a front side and a back side of the sheet, opposite areas on the front and back should be assigned to the same section.
  • the sheet is folded in at least two folding operations.
  • folding is the formation of a fold, i. H. a sharp bending edge (a Falzbruches) to understand with the help of a tool or a machine.
  • projecting fold denotes a fold which protrudes from the folded sheet or projecting.
  • the at least one projecting fold is separated to separate the leaflets so that the leaflets form the bundle.
  • the term "separate" as used in the context of the present invention refers to a method of manufacturing technology in which the cohesion of a material to be separated is locally canceled. Accordingly, the separation of the projecting fold may comprise, for example, a dicing, in particular a dicing, but also a perforation of the projecting fold.
  • One aspect of the present invention is therefore to form the bundle for preparing the different leaflets from exactly one sheet to fold this one sheet and thus the different leaflets together and this one sheet in the folded state to separate so that the leaflets are separated and make the bundle.
  • at least one projecting fold is formed when folding the sheet, in such a way that the leaflets are separated by separation of the projecting fold.
  • the different leaflets may be formed from the sheet in a few steps, typically even in only one process step.
  • the method according to the invention reduces the number of process steps required in the known method and thus the manufacturing costs and the production time.
  • the method according to the invention leads to a correct arrangement of the different leaflets in the bundle.
  • a faulty order of the different ones Package inserts, as can occur in the known method is avoided.
  • the proposed method avoids detection and control of the order of the different leaflets in the bundle. Consequently, the inventive method reduces or avoids the rejects.
  • the method according to the present invention reduces the complexity, cost and duration of manufacture.
  • the method according to the invention avoids bringing together separate instruction leaflets, as provided in the known method in the form of feeding, singulating, transferring and gluing together.
  • the proposed method again reduces the complexity, cost and duration of manufacture.
  • the inventive method eliminates potential sources of error and thus reduces the rejects.
  • the inventive method minimizes or reduces interruptions in the production. This in turn leads to lower costs and a shorter duration of production.
  • the inventive method allows a simple, inexpensive, zeitunetzwendiges, efficient and low-profile production of the bundle of different leaflets.
  • Another aspect of the present invention relates to a bundle with at least two different leaflets.
  • the leaflets are common, in particular folded into each other.
  • the leaflets have a projecting fold, which is separated to separate the leaflets.
  • the bundle according to the invention is very compact or significantly more compact than the known bundle.
  • the projecting, split fold of the bundle according to the invention allows a comfortable separation of the different leaflets by a user and thus improves handling.
  • the folded instruction leaflets form a stable bundle.
  • reference numerals are used in the following explanations of the preferred embodiments of the inventive method.
