Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schublade mit einer Schubladenseitenwand, einer aus einem Holzmaterial hergestellten Schubladenwand und mit einem an einer der beiden Stirnseiten der Schubladenwand befestigten Beschlagteil, über das die aus dem Holzmaterial hergestellte Schubladenwand mit der Schubladenseitenwand verbunden ist.
  • Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Möbel mit zumindest einer Schublade der zu beschreibenden Art.
  • Verbindungsbeschläge zum Verbinden einer Schubladenrückwand mit einer Schubladenseitenwand sind in der WO 2010/036215 A2 , in der DE 93 11 436 U1 , in der US 1,936,733 , in der DE 20 2009 004 982 U1 , in der EP 1 932 448 A2 sowie in der DE 20 2007 001 781 U1 und in der DE 203 07 353 U1 beschrieben.
  • In der EP 0 664 982 B1 der Anmelderin ist ein Verbindungsbeschlag zur Befestigung einer Schubladenrückwand an einer als Hohlprofil ausgebildeten Schubladenseitenwand beschrieben. Die Schubladenseitenwand ist aus einem Holzmaterial oder auch aus einem stranggepressten Kunststoff hergestellt und kann über den Verbindungsbeschlag relativ zur Schubladenseitenwand festgelegt werden. Die Schubladenrückwand kann dabei in gewünschter Länge abgeschnitten und über den Verbindungsbeschlag in einer Schnellmontage verbunden werden. Der Verbindungsbeschlag weist dabei einen gehäuseartigen Abschnitt auf, in dessen Seitenwand sich Löcher befinden, welche zur Aufnahme von an der Schubladenseitenwand angeordneten Befestigungszapfen vorgesehen sind. Dieser Verbindungsbeschlag hat sich in der Praxis sehr bewährt, allerdings muss der Verbindungsbeschlag bei der Herstellung mehrfach gebogen werden und erfordert in Montagelage einen relativ großen Bauraum.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Schublade der eingangs erwähnten Gattung unter Vermeidung oben genannter Nachteile anzugeben.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung ist also vorgesehen, dass die Schubladenseitenwand eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des Beschlagteiles aufweist, wobei die aus einem Holzmaterial hergestellte Schubladenwand mit jener Stirnseite, welche das Beschlagteil aufweist, in die Ausnehmung der Schubladenseitenwand hineinragt.
  • Mit anderen Worten ist ein kompaktes Beschlagteil vorgesehen, welches in der Ausnehmung der Schubladenseitenwand angeordnet ist und dabei sowohl mit der Schubladenseitenwand als auch mit der aus einem Holzmaterial hergestellten Schubladenwand in Verbindung steht, wobei ein Endbereich dieser Schubladenwand ebenfalls in die Ausnehmung der Schubladenseitenwand hineinragt. Somit kann das Beschlagteil im montierten Zustand vollständig innerhalb der Ausnehmung aufgenommen sein, sodass auch die Stirnseite der aus einem Holzmaterial hergestellten Schubladenwand innerhalb der Wandstärke der Schubladenseitenwand liegt. Die Schubladenwand kann dabei an der Schubladenseitenwand direkt anliegen, wobei das Beschlagteil im montierten Zustand vom Inneren der Schublade aus gesehen unsichtbar ist.
  • Die Schubladenseitenwand kann im Bereich der Ausnehmung Halteelemente zur Aufnahme des Beschlagteiles aufweisen, wobei das Beschlagteil formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig relativ zur Schubladenseitenwand zu befestigen ist. Das Beschlagteil kann hierfür einen Befestigungssteg mit Aussparungen aufweisen, die zur Aufnahme der an der Schubladenseitenwand angeordneten Halteelemente vorgesehen sind. Die Aussparungen des Beschlagteiles sind dabei so angeordnet, dass diese von den Halteelementen der Schubladenseitenwand hintergriffen werden können.
  • Gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Halteelemente als Rastelemente ausgebildet sind, welche in den Aussparungen des Befestigungssteges einschnappbar sind. Die aus Kunststoff bestehenden Rastelemente können dabei elastisch verformbar ausgebildet sein, sodass diese werkzeuglos mit den Aussparungen des Beschlagteiles verrastbar sind.
  • Die Schubladenseitenwand ist als Hohlkammerprofil aus Metall oder Kunststoff gebildet, wobei die Schubladenwand relativ zur Schubladenseitenwand quer verläuft und vorzugsweise als Schubladenrückwand ausgebildet ist. Ebenso kann die Schubladenwand als Frontwand bzw. Fronblende einer Schublade ausgebildet sein, welche mit dem vorderen Ende der Schubladenseitenwand zu verbinden ist. Die Halteelemente zur Befestigung der Frontwand wären in diesem Fall an einem vorderen Endbereich der Schubladenseitenwand anzuordnen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Möbel weist zumindest eine Schublade der beschriebenen Art auf.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung werden anhand des in den Figuren gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiels erläutert. Dabei zeigt bzw. zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Möbel 1 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung, wobei Schubladen 3 über Schubladenausziehführungen 4 relativ zu einem Möbelkorpus 2 verfahrbar gelagert sind. Die Schubladen 3 weisen jeweils einen Schubladenboden 9, Schubladenseitenwände 10 sowie eine Schubladenwand 11 in Form einer Schubladenrückwand 11a auf, wobei die Schubladenseitenwand 10 und die Schubladenrückwand 11a über ein noch zu beschreibendes Beschlagteil 14 miteinander zu verbinden sind. Die Schubladenausziehführung 4 weist eine am Möbelkorpus 2 zu befestigende Korpusschiene 5 sowie zumindest eine verfahrbare Ladenschiene 7 auf, wobei die Schubladenausziehführung 4 optional auch eine auszugsverlängernde Mittelschiene 6 umfassen kann.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt eine Schublade 3 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht, wobei die Frontblende 8 über (hier nicht ersichtliche) Halteteile - welche an der Rückseite der Frontblende 8 vormontiert sind - mit einer in der Schubladenseitenwand 10 angeordneten Rastvorrichtung 12 lösbar verrastbar ist. Die Schubladenseitenwand 10 ist als, vorzugsweise metallisches, Hohlprofil ausgebildet. Erkennbar ist eine Schubladenwand 11 in Form einer Schubladenrückwand 11a, welche aus einem Holzmaterial besteht. Die Schubladenrückwand 11a ist über Beschlagteile 14 mit den Schubladenseitenwänden 10 verbunden. Die Beschlagteile 14 sind dabei vollständig innerhalb der Wandstärke der Schubladenseitenwände 10 aufgenommen, sodass die Schubladenrückwand 11a an den beiden Schubladenseitenwänden 10 direkt anliegen kann.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt den Verbindungsbereich zwischen der Schubladenseitenwand 10 und der Schubladenrückwand 11a. Die Schubladenseitenwand 10 weist im hinteren Endbereich eine vertikal verlaufende Ausnehmung 15 auf, in der das Beschlagteil 14 eingesetzt ist und dort mit an der Schubladenseitenwand 10 angeordneten (hier nicht ersichtlichen) Halteelementen 20 verbunden ist. Die Schubladenrückwand 11a ist ebenfalls mit dem Beschlagteil 14 verbunden und ragt mit ihrer Stirnseite in die Ausnehmung 15 der Schubladenseitenwand 10 hinein, sodass sich die Schubladenrückwand 11a mit der inneren Profilwand 10a der Schubladenseitenwand 10 noch etwas überlappt. Somit ist das Beschlagteil 14 vom Inneren der Schublade 3 aus gesehen unsichtbar, wodurch sich eine besonders ästhetische Ausgestaltung der Schublade 3 ergibt. Die Schubladenseitenwand 10 kann im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckförmig ausgebildet sein.
  • Fig. 4a zeigt das an der Stirnseite der Schubladenrückwand 11a befestigte Beschlagteil 14, dessen Höhe im Wesentlichen der Höhe der Schubladenrückwand 11a entspricht. Das Beschlagteil 14 weist zumindest eine (oder mehrere) Aussparungen 16 auf, die zur Aufnahme von an der Schubladenseitenwand 10 angeordneten Halteelementen 20 vorgesehen sind. Die Aussparungen 16 sind mit Abstand zur Stirnseite der Schubladenrückwand 11 angeordnet, was im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel durch Distanzstege 18 des Beschlagteiles 14 ermöglicht wird, welche vom Befestigungssteg 21 des Beschlagteiles 14 rechtwinklig abstehen und an der Stirnseite der Schubladenrückwand 11 anliegen.
  • Fig. 4b zeigt die Rückseite der Schubladenrückwand 11a in einer perspektivischen Ansicht, wobei die Befestigungsstellen 19 zur Festlegung der Schubladenrückwand 19 erkennbar sind. Die Befestigungsstellen 19 sind an Laschen des Beschlagteiles 14 angeordnet, welche vom Befestigungssteg 21 rechtwinklig abstehen und an der Rückseite der Schubladenrückwand 11a anliegen. Die Anordnung der Laschen, an den die Befestigungsstellen 19 ausgebildet sind, kann jedoch entfallen, es wäre auch möglich, eine oder mehrere Schrauben vom senkrechten Befestigungssteg 21 des Beschlagteiles 14 aus in die Stirnseite der Schubladenrückwand 11a einzuschrauben. Außerdem wäre es möglich, dass die Distanzstege 18 des Beschlagteiles 14 die Schubladenrückwand 11a umgreifen, sodass die Schnittkanten der Schubladenrückwand 11a verdeckt werden. Auf diese Weise werden die Schnittkanten der Schubladenrückwand 11a von außen unsichtbar, wobei auf eine präzise Bearbeitung dieser Schnittkanten verzichtet werden kann.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt das Beschlagteil 14 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht, wobei die Schubladenrückwand 11a innerhalb des L-Profils des Beschlagteiles 14 Aufnahme findet. Durch die Befestigungsstellen 19 können Schrauben hindurchgeführt werden, welche bei der Montage in die Rückseite der Schubladenrückwand 11a einzudrehen sind. Erkennbar sind die am Befestigungssteg 21 ausgebildeten Aussparungen 16 zur Aufnahme der an der Schubladenseitenwand 10 gelagerten Halteelemente 20. Die von der Stirnseite des Beschlagteiles 14 abgebogenen Distanzstege 18 dienen zur Beabstandung der Aussparungen 16 zur Stirnseite der Schubladenrückwand 11a, sodass die Aussparungen 16 von den Halteelementen 20 der Schubladenseitenwand 10 zuverlässig hintergriffen werden können. Das Beschlagteil 14 ist einstückig ausgebildet und vorzugsweise aus Metall hergestellt.
  • Fig. 6a zeigt den hinteren Endbereich der Schublade 3 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht von hinten. Erkennbar ist die Schubladenausziehführung 4 mit der Mittelschiene 6 und der Ladenschiene 7, die mit der Schublade 3 verbunden ist. Die Schubladenrückwand 11a steht über das Beschlagteil 14 mit der Schubladenseitenwand 10 in Verbindung, wobei die Stirnseite der Schubladenrückwand 11a in die Wandstärke der Schubladenseitenwand 10 hineinragt.
  • Fig. 6b zeigt die Konstruktion gemäß Fig. 6a in einer Schnittdarstellung. Die Schubladenseitenwand 10 weist im hinteren Endbereich Halteelemente 20 auf, die in den Aussparungen 16 des Beschlagteiles 14 aufgenommen sind. Die Haltelemente 20 sind vorzugsweise als Rastelemente ausgebildet, welche in den Aussparungen 16 des Beschlagteiles 14 einschnappbar sind. Die Haltelemente 20 können beispielsweise als elastisch verformbare Rastvorsprünge ausgebildet werden, wodurch das an der Schubladenrückwand 11a vormontierte Beschlagteil 14 werkzeuglos auf die Haltelemente 20 aufrastbar ist. Die Haltelemente 20 sind in der gezeigten Figur hakenförmig ausgebildet, sodass diese in die Aussparungen 16 des Beschlagteiles einführbar und gegen Zurückziehen gesichert sind. Die Haltelemente 20 können durch Druck entgegen ihrer federnden Wirkung in eine Lösestellung überführt werden, sodass das Beschlagteil 14 (und damit die Schubladenrückwand 11a) von der Schubladenseitenwand 10 abtrennbar ist.
  • Fig. 7 zeigt den hinteren Bereich der Schublade 3 bzw. den hinteren Endabschnitt der Schubladenseitenwand 10 mit der daran zu befestigenden Schubladenwand 11 in Form der Holzrückwand 11a. An der Stirnseite der Schubladenwand 11 ist das Beschlagteil 14 befestigt, das mit den an der Schubladenseitenwand 10 angeordneten Halteelementen 20 verrastbar ist. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind mehrere in Höhenrichtung der Schubladenseitenwand 10 beabstandete Halteelemente 20 vorgesehen, die sich in einer rechtwinklig zur Schubladenlängsrichtung X sowie in einer in Richtung Schubkastenmitte weisenden Richtung erstrecken. Das Beschlagteil 14 ist in Montagelage in der Ausnehmung 15 der Schubladenseitenwand 10 aufgenommen, wobei die Ausnehmung 15 in Draufsicht U-förmig ausgebildet ist, d.h. dass die Ausnehmung 15 durch Schenkel 22, 23 - welche quer zur Schubladenlängsrichtung X verlaufen - und einen die Schenkel 22, 23 verbindenden Steg 24 - der in Schubladenlängsrichtung X verläuft - begrenzt ist. Der Steg 22 ist an einer von der Schubladenseitenwand 10 gesonderten, aber lagefest mit dieser verbundenen hinteren Abdeckkappe 25 ausgebildet. Die Schubladenseitenwand 10 ist als Hohlprofil mit einer inneren Profilwand 10a und einer äußeren Profilwand 10b ausgebildet, wobei diese beiden Profilwände 10a und 10b im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen und wobei das Beschlagteil 14 in Montagelage zwischen diesen beiden Profilwänden 10a, 10b liegt. Mit der Schubladenseitenwand 10 ist eine Trägerschiene 26 verbunden, welche zwei vertikal voneinander beabstandete Horizontalschenkel 27 und 28 aufweist, welche über einen Vertikalsteg 29 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Trägerschiene 26 ist am seitlichen Rand des Schubladenbodens 9, vorzugsweise in einer zum Rand des Schubladenbodens 9 hin offenen Aussparung, montiert, wobei die Trägerschiene 26 in Montagelage mit einem im Querschnitt U-förmig profilierten Abschnitt die Ladenschiene 7 der Schubladenausziehführung 4 von oben her umgreift.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung beschränkt sich nicht auf das gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel, sondern erfasst bzw. erstreckt sich auf alle Varianten und technischen Äquivalente, welche in die Reichweite der nachfolgenden Ansprüche fallen können. Auch sind die in der Beschreibung gewählten Lageangaben, wie z.B. oben, unten, seitlich, usw. auf die unmittelbar beschriebene bzw. dargestellte Figur bezogen und sind bei einer Lageänderung sinngemäß auf die neue Lage zu übertragen.

Claims (18)

  1. Schublade (3) mit einer aus einem Hohlprofil gebildeten Schubladenseitenwand (10), einer aus einem Holzmaterial hergestellten Schubladenwand (11) und mit einem an einer der beiden Stirnseiten der Schubladenwand (11) befestigten Beschlagteil (14), über das die Schubladenwand (11) mit der Schubladenseitenwand (10) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schubladenseitenwand (10) eine Ausnehmung (15) zur Aufnahme des Beschlagteiles (14) aufweist, wobei die aus dem Holzmaterial hergestellte Schubladenwand (11) mit jener Stirnseite, welche das Beschlagteil (14) aufweist, in die Ausnehmung (15) der als Hohlprofil ausgebildeten Schubladenseitenwand (10) hineinragt.
  2. Schublade nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschlagteil (14) im montierten Zustand vollständig innerhalb der Ausnehmung (15) aufgenommen ist, sodass die Stirnseite der Schubladenwand (11) innerhalb der Wandstärke der Schubladenseitenwand (10) liegt.
  3. Schublade nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Schubladenseitenwand (10) im Bereich der Ausnehmung (15) Halteelemente (20) zur Aufnahme des Beschlagteiles (14) angeordnet sind.
  4. Schublade nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschlagteil (14) einen Befestigungssteg (21) mit Aussparungen (16) aufweist, welche zur Aufnahme der an der Schubladenseitenwand (10) angeordneten Halteelemente (20) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Schublade nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (20) der Schubladenseitenwand (10) die Aussparungen (16) hintergreifen.
  6. Schublade nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (20) als Rastelemente ausgebildet sind, welche in den Aussparungen (16) des Befestigungssteges (21) einschnappbar sind.
  7. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen (16) des Befestigungssteges (21) durch zumindest einen Distanzsteg (18) des Beschlagteiles (14) von der Stirnseite der Schubladenwand (11) beabstandet sind.
  8. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschlagteil (14) zumindest eine Befestigungsstelle (19) zur Befestigung der Schubladenwand (11) aufweist.
  9. Schublade nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zumindest eine Befestigungsstelle (19) an einer Lasche des Beschlagteiles (14) ausgebildet ist, wobei vorzugsweise vorgesehen ist, dass die Befestigungsstelle (19) als Öffnung zum Durchtritt einer in die Schubladenwand (11) eindringbaren Schraube ausgebildet ist.
  10. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des Beschlagteiles (14) zumindest gleich hoch wie die Höhe der Schubladenwand (11) ist.
  11. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschlagteil (14) im Wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Endbereich der Schubladenwand (11) in dieser L-Form aufgenommen ist.
  12. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schubladenwand (11) relativ zur Schubladenseitenwand (10) quer verläuft und vorzugsweise als Schubladenrückwand (11a) ausgebildet ist.
  13. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schubladenseitenwand (10) eine innere Profilwand (10a) und eine äußere Profilwand (10b) aufweist, wobei diese Profilwände (10a, 10b) im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen.
  14. Schublade nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschlagteil (14) in Montagelage zwischen der inneren Profilwand (10a) und der äußeren Profilwand (10b) liegt.
  15. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (15) der Schubladenseitenwand (10) in Draufsicht im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die U-Form der Ausnehmung (15) durch zwei quer zur Schubladenlängsrichtung (X) verlaufende Schenkel (22, 23) und einen die Schenkel (22, 23) verbindenden Steg (24) gebildet ist.
  16. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am hinteren Ende der Schubladenseitenwand (10) eine lagefest mit der Schubladenseitenwand (10) verbundene Abdeckkappe (25) angeordnet ist, wobei ein Schenkel (22) an der Abdeckkappe (25) ausgebildet ist.
  17. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus dem Hohlprofil gebildete Schubladenseitenwand (10) aus Metall oder Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  18. Möbel mit wenigstens einer Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17.
