- Dispositif (1) destiné à peser une large variété d'ingrédients, dans lequel le dispositif est configuré pour stocker individuellement au moins un type ou plusieurs types de matières de départ en poudre et granulaires (A, B) dans une première trémie pour matière de départ (2) et une seconde trémie pour matière de départ (3), pour envoyer progressivement la matière de départ respective (A, B) vers le côté aval de la première trémie pour matière de départ (2) et de la seconde trémie pour matière de départ (3), lesquelles sont montées sur le côté amont, pour peser, pour libérer la matière de départ respective (A, B) en une quantité prédéterminée dans des premières goulottes (10) sur le côté aval de la première trémie pour matière de départ (2) et dans des secondes goulottes (11) sur le côté aval de la seconde trémie pour matière de départ (3), et pour alimenter la matière de départ respective (A, B) vers une unité de remplissage de pots (23), et une première série de premiers trajets pour matière de départ définis à partir de l'aval de la première trémie pour matière de départ (2) jusqu'aux premières goulottes (10) et une seconde série de seconds trajets pour matière de départ définis à partir de l'aval de la seconde trémie pour matière de départ (3) jusqu'aux secondes goulottes (11), les premier et second trajets pour matière de départ sont respectivement formés verticalement et parallèlement sous la forme d'un escalier allant du côté amont au côté aval, et dans lequel les premier et second trajets pour matière de départ comprennent :respectivement, une pluralité de premières sorties (2ca) et une pluralité de secondes sorties (3ca), lesquelles sont respectivement prévues au-dessous de la première trémie pour matière de départ (2) et de la seconde trémie pour matière de départ (3) ;respectivement, une pluralité de premiers dispositifs d'alimentation à tube (4) et une pluralité de seconds dispositifs d'alimentation à tube (5), sous la forme d'un cylindre rotatif incliné vers le bas vers le côté aval, raccordés de manière correspondante et respectivement à la pluralité de premières sorties (2ca) et à la pluralité de secondes sorties (3ca), et configurés de sorte que la matière de départ est fournie en continu de manière à s'écouler vers le côté aval ;respectivement, une pluralité de premières trémies de mesure (6) dotées d'un couvercle respectif (6ab) et une pluralité de secondes trémies de mesure (7) dotées d'un couvercle respectif (7ab), dans lequel respectivement les premiers dispositifs d'alimentation à tube (4) et les seconds dispositifs d'alimentation à tube (5) sont prévus à chaque extrémité du côté aval ;respectivement une pluralité de premiers capteurs de mesure (8a) et une pluralité de seconds capteurs de mesure (9a), chacun configuré pour prendre en charge une trémie parmi la pluralité des premières trémies de mesure (6) et la pluralité des secondes trémies de mesure (7), par le dessous, et pour peser le poids respectivement des premières trémies de mesure (6) et des secondes trémies de mesure (7), avec le poids de la matière de départ (A, B), etrespectivement, les premières goulottes (10) et les secondes goulottes (11) étant prévues respectivement sur le côté aval respectivement des premières trémies de mesure (6) et des secondes trémies de mesure (7).
- Dispositif (1) destiné à peser une large variété d'ingrédients selon la revendication 1,
dans lequel, respectivement, la première trémie pour matière de départ (2) et la seconde trémie pour matière de départ (3) sont dotées respectivement d'une première trémie de départ supérieure (2a) et d'une seconde trémie de départ supérieure (3a), et respectivement d'une première trémie de départ intermédiaire (2b) et d'une seconde trémie de départ intermédiaire (3b), et respectivement d'une première trémie de départ inférieure (2c) et de la seconde trémie de départ inférieure (3c) ;
dans lequel, respectivement, la première trémie de départ inférieure (2c) et la seconde trémie de départ inférieure (3c) sont dotées respectivement de la pluralité des premières sorties (2ca) et de la pluralité des secondes sorties (3ca), et
dans lequel, respectivement, les premiers dispositifs d'alimentation à tube (4) et les seconds dispositifs d'alimentation à tube (5) sont prévus en continu respectivement à chacune de la pluralité des premières sorties (2ca) et des secondes sorties (3ca), et dans lequel les seconds dispositifs d'alimentation à tube (5) sont prévus de manière à être éloignés des premiers dispositifs d'alimentation à tube (4) et en présentant un chevauchement au-dessus de ceux-ci. - Dispositif (1) destiné à peser une large variété d'ingrédients selon la revendication 1,
dans lequel chaque première goulotte (10) est intégrée à deux premières trémies de mesure adjacentes (6) de la pluralité de premières trémies de mesure (6), et
dans lequel chaque seconde goulotte (11) est intégrée à deux secondes trémies de mesure adjacentes (7) de la pluralité de secondes trémies de mesure (7). - Système (50) destiné à peser une large variété d'ingrédients, comprenant :une paire de dispositifs (1, 1) pour peser une large variété d'ingrédients selon la revendication 1, montés face à face respectivement par rapport à une première porte de nettoyage (20a) ou une seconde porte de nettoyage (20b) des deux dispositifs (1, 1), etconfiguré pour alimenter la matière de départ (A, B) vers les unités de remplissage de pots (23) ;dans lequel la paire de dispositifs (1, 1) sont disposés face à face avec un intervalle de 20 ∼ 50 cm, etdans lequel les trémies pour matière de départ (2, 3), les dispositifs d'alimentation à tube (4, 5), et les trémies de mesure (6, 7) peuvent être retirés pour être nettoyés.
- Système (50) selon la revendication 4,
dans lequel la première porte de nettoyage (20a) et la seconde porte de nettoyage (20b) sont prévues dans un logement (20) du dispositif respectif (1, 1) sur l'avant et l'arrière par rapport à la direction d'écoulement de la matière de départ respective (A, B), et
dans lequel chaque première porte de nettoyage (20a) et chaque seconde porte de nettoyage (20b) de la paire des dispositifs (1, 1), une quelconque paire des premières portes de nettoyage (20a) avec la première porte de nettoyage (20a), ou de la seconde porte de nettoyage (20b) avec la seconde porte de nettoyage (20b), sont montées en série dans la direction d'écoulement, et sont en outre montées parallèlement à la direction d'écoulement.
